After the update, My ethernet cannot bring up with 1000Mbps

Before I can get the 1000Mbps, but after update, I can get only 100Mbps,  not the dmesg shows 10Mbps
How need I to do to fix this problem?

I assume that those apps that need the update were purchased with your sosn's ID. You have to use his ID to update the apps if they were. Apps are always tied to the Apple ID that was used to purchase them.

I found an article that might pertain to the situation you're experiencing. At the very least the suggested steps within are worth trying out:

    Hey High Socks,
Thanks for the question. If I understand correctly, iTunes isn't working when you try to launch it. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help you isolate or resolve the issue.

After iOS6 update, It says cannot connect to iTunes Store when I try to go to the app store.
How do I fix this on my iPhone 4S?

Same phone and ios, same problem. Worked just fine for me Sunday, but nothing today, all day. As a workaround I found I can still connect using iTunes on my Macbook Pro, the I synch my iPhone. There are way too many people with the same problem for it to be anything but Apples problem. Hope this helps.

  • Cannot send msn-mail after the update

After the update of OS X, I cannot send email (via httpmail) using my "old" msn account through Mail (prior to the update, I had no problems). Getting the mailbox updated, reading mails etc. is not a problem.
    Tried reinstalling httpmail.
Tried changing the Server Port to 587.
    Hints would be highly appreciated.
    Lars

Mail.app is short for the Mail application that I assume you are using as your email client to receive and send messages with your email accounts.
If this is correct and to confirm, you are accessing an email account provided by your ISP (which is Verizon) with the Mail.app in addition to your Hotmail account and you are able to send messages with your Verizon account but not with your Hotmail account.
If correct, go to Mail > Preferences > Accounts and under the Account Information tab for your Hotmail account preferences at the SMTP server selection, select the Verizon SMTP server to send messages with your Hotmail account and when quitting Preferences, select OK to save the changed setting when prompted.

    Dear Apple Support,
    Good day to you.
This is to report the problem i encountered when i updated my Ipad mini to the new IOS 8.1..
After the update my Ipad restart and after that it appears a picture that need to connect to itunes and need  to restore. So i connect it to itunes and wait to restore my ipad mini because it is not opening.
After restoring it my ipad is now opening and it is like new that i need to set up again.
I set up again until i reach the apple id and password.
I put my below apple ID and password to unlock my ipad but it didn't work. The message i receive is "the apple ID cannot be used to unlock this Ipad.
What will I do? Please help.
    Thank you

Subject: Your Apple ID was used to sign in to iCloud and iMessage on an iPad mini
    Dear Leslie J.,
Your Apple ID was used to sign in to iCloud and iMessage on an iPad mini named “Leslie Joye's iPad”.
If you have not recently set up an iPad with your Apple ID, then you should change your Apple ID password. Learn more.

    1. It is never a good idea to include personal info like your email address or Apple ID in a post on an open forum.
    2. The email you received DOES NOT say your Apple ID cannot be used to unlock this iPad. The email informs you that your Apple ID was used to unlock an iPad. Fortunately the iPad is yours. The message confirms that. If your Apple ID was used to unlock an iPad that was not yours your would then know to change your password. Since the iPad is yours you do not need to change your password.
    Is your iPad working?

  • 13 in macbook pro (early to mid 2011) : after the update, computer freezes with spinning wheel every 30 seconds first with safari and now with all the applications. I don't have any programs installed and still had good enough memory on the RAM.

After the update of my 13 in mac book pro (early to mid 2011) , it freezes every 30 seconds with the spinning wheel and now it just freezes. Ive never had this problem until I recently updated. Also, I just checked now for available update ( which there was one), the update would process till the last step and it shows it cannot be expanded? Now my computer wont even restart (just have a grey screen with a cursor). Can someone please tell me what the heck is going on with my computer?
I also checked the memory and it showed available memory was over 1.5 GB. I dont have any programms installed and do not have backup yet ( dont really need it anyways)
Problems: first with spinning wheel every 30 seconds and now whole computer just freezes when I restart, it only shows grey screen after the starting sound or it takes about 8 to 10 minutes to restart.
This ALL happened right after the update with google chrome crashing. I know my apple care plan expired so I cant even go to genius bar. Do you guys know how much it would cost to get it fixed ? Or any recommendations I can do to fix this?

    Try a smc reset:

  • TS5376 For "The program can't start because MSVCR80.dll is missing from your computer", I followed the steps and there is no C:\Program Files\iTunes and look for .dll files..Also, after the update, I no longer show my disk drive when I load a CD.

After downloading the new Itunes update, my compter now shows error: "The program can't start because MSVCR80.dll is missing from your computer". I follwed the Apple fix / steps but it did not correct it. Also, after the update my disk drive is not recognized on my computer. If I load a CD, I cannot even access it.

See also Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.
The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes (similar to the advice above) and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down page in case one of them applies. E.g. TS2308: iTunes for Windows: Optical drive is no longer recognized, or "Disc burner or software not found" alert after install.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there is backup and recovery advice elsewhere in the user tip.

You actually need to be told to backup your important data before doing a software update?  Seems very basic to me (and most people) that anyone with the slightest bit of intelligence would ensure they have a backup of their important data.

  • Has anyone experienced a reset of their apps level after the update to iOS 5?

Has anyone else experienced a reset of their apps after the update to iOS5 on your iPad2?  If so how we're you able to retrieve the information or your money back for all funds spent to advance in the game.

You could try closing all apps completely and then do a reset and see if that helps. To close all apps : from the home screen (i.e. not with any app 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of each app to close them, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
To reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
