Bom dia.
Teria como ajustar, para que quando o usuário entre no painel dos chamados, apareça todas os ticket abertos e não somente os deles?

I had this problem also.  After contacting Cisco, they informed me that the Help Desk Administrator role doesn't have the authority to make chages to accounts that have higher privileges such as System Administrators and Help Desk administrators.
Basically, the Help Desk role can only make changes to users.

    Okay I will freely admit this may be more of a rant then a request but I am curious if I am doing something wrong, contacting the wrong people, saying the wrong thing... etc
    It always goes down this way:
    I have a problem with a download (latest was trying to rent the movie The Guard). Movie seemed to download but then gave error message at the end. Waited a few days, every time I logged into iTunes it downloaded another copy of the movie and gave me the same error message. Last count I had over ten versions saved on my computer.
    Go to the "report a problem" link for that purchase and fill out the information.
    Because of my previous interactions in these situations I now always tell them the same stuff up-front:
    No firewall
    No anti-virus
    Tried to download multiple times over several days but still get error
    Other purchases (before and after) downloaded and play fine
    Yet everytime what follows is a minimum of 3 if not 5+ e-mails telling me to check things like:
    1. Is your firewall set to allow content through?
    2. Have you tried disableing your anti-virus?
    3. Have you tried to log out of iTunes and log back in?
    So if I know this going in why am I here now... because this time they upped their game and in their effort to fix my problem they "deactivated all my computers".
    Now in the poor guys defense maybe there is some way that something on my account may affect one single download but no others... I guess it is possible.
    But seriously when I tell them all that stuff up front why do they always insist that the problem has to be on my end.
    Wouldn't the simple fact that I have purchased and played other iTunes Content at the same time seem to lead you to think the problem might be with the content/store not the purchaser?
    I know I am spitting in the wind. The help desk people just follow a check list.

    If so, try clearing your browser's cache and try the page again. If you continue to have problems with the page not displaying any categories, you might try a different web browser.
    As to your problem, what model of iPod do you have? Are you aware that rentals are only supported on the iPhone, iPod touch, iPod classic (released in September of 2007 - the older 5th-generation iPod does not support rentals), or iPod Nano (3rd generation)?

  • Solution Manager help-desk VAR setup

    I am setting up help desk in Solution Manager 4.0
    The guide tells me to to execute report: AI_SDK_CF_GET_SUSR_VAR_CUST
    When I try to execute it in transaction se38 I get the following error:
    RFC_system_error Function module BCSN_Z001_VARS_SUSER_LIST not found.
    Can anyone tell me what is causing this error and how to fix it?
    Could my RFC connection be the problem?

  • Help desk cannot assign retention policies to new mailboxes

    I am running Exchange 2010 SP1.  I would like to give my help desk the ability to create new mailboxes.  When a new mailbox is created, we select the option to assign a Retention policy to it.  I added the help desk members to the "Recipient
    Management" group.  They can now create new mailboxes but they get an access denied error when they select a retention policy to be assigned to it.  As a member of the "Organization Management" group, I am able to assign retention policies to new
    mailboxes.
    With the RBAC editor, I created a custom management role group called "Mailbox Management" based on the "Recipient Management" group and added the "Retention Management" role to the group.  I believe this will give them the permissions to apply retention
    policies to new mailboxes but it also gives them the permissions to create/modify/delete retention policies themselves.  I only want to give them the rights to add mailboxes to retention policies. 
    I assume I need to create a custom management role and assign this new role to my new management role group but can someone tell me the minimum role entries I need for my help desk to be able to assign rentention policies during the mailbox creation

    for the customized role group.

  • Third party help desk error

    Hi everyone,
    I am trying to connect a third party to my Solution Manager help desk. The third party is an ECC 6.0 SAP System.
    I reproduced the Service Desk WebService API in the third party and it works fine .
    I have a problem when I follow the instructions in SolMan to configure the third Party. The step when I have to create the HTTP destination to third party I write the path of the Web services( like /default_host/sap/bc/srt/rfc/sap/zict_api_copy) but I get the error SOAP nº 112).
    If I go to SICF in the third party system I get the same error with this Web Services but if I test it in the WSADMIN it works fine.

    Sorry if I am posting this question in a wrong thread. I would like to know what are the frequent activities that SAP help desk(level 1) perfroms? and the company has for CRM for Utilities company. I know the basic funtionalities such as tracking ticket and resolving it ..but i am new to CRM modules, could anyone tell me what might be the frequent problems that helpdesk has to deal from their internal users for CRM (utilities)? Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi... Am planning on taking the "mac os x help desk essentials" exam in a few weeks and would like some help in answering this question.
    Q. 'You work as a support technician at ITworld.com. A IT world user complains that her Mac is exhibiting system problems. You tell the user to reboot her Mac in Firewire Target Disk Mode. You now want to troubleshoot the users Mac from your own Macintosh. Which of the following tasks will you be able to perform from your own Macintosh? (choose two):
    a. Run repair disk from disk utility
    b. Run repair disk permissions from disk utility

    I know it's not "B" since Repair permissions can only be executed on the startup volume. The Repair permissions is dependant upon the Bill of Material (BOM) receipt file located in \Library\Receipts.

    I think this would be my first answer. You should be able to run disk repair if it's not mounted as a system disk.

    Apparently you can run repair permissions from a boot CD on 10.4. So why not from target mode?

    utility
    This is tricky. In the past, partitioning the drive WAS a destructive operation. But doesn't Bootcamp now allow non-destructive partitioning? I don't see how this would solve ther user's problem though. But should be doable from Disk Utility.
    d. Run secure erase from disk utility to defragment
    the drive
    Well, technically, I suppose secure erase would effectively defragment a disk. Might not be working at ITworld.com for much longer, though.
    e. Enable system administrator (root) login in
    Netinfo Manager

  • Help desk mobile push notifications

    Hoping that someone may have an answer to my issue. We are in the process of testing out SW help desk. I have the SW app loaded on my phone and push notifications have worked for 3 weeks, but just quit on me. When i went to check under menu-setting-push notifications, all I get is a "loading message". I know those settings used to be there, I've tried uninstalling, using ssl, etc based off of other forums to no avail. I have a droid turbo that was recently updated to lollipop, but notifications worked after the update. I also have another user trying to install SW app on an iphone 5 and their push notification menu tells them to upgrade to v7.2. We are currently on v7.4.00070, not sure what's up there.
    Anyone else running into this? Thanks!

  • BT Critical Help Desk Up-Date problem

    Hi There, every day for months now, when I switch on my pc up comes a dialog box in the bottom right-hand corner inviting me to load a critical update for the Help Desk.
    Everytime I have tried this, it has begun to load and then when it gets to 89% loaded, up comes another dialog box that states there are 'currently issues'  and the downloading will stop.
    My question is: what are the isssues, does anyone else have this problem, and is BT ever going to fix it? Oh, and is there anything I can do to stop this dialig box coming up in the first place?
    My systems are working well, there are no issues with my pc- apart from the odd occiasion when Help Desk pops up and tells me I have a problem with my emails, when I don't.
    Anyone with any thoughts?

    Hi welcome to the forums
    There are many who post herethat recommend not using the programme ( personal choice ) but from my own observatio ns it does onn sow occasions cause more trouble than it is worth I would
    suggest uninstallibg it then trying a fresh reinstall if that does not work then I am afraid there to me is only one choice delete the programme unless you really need it

  • Help Desk Tickets not updating when Refreshing (7.4.00070)

    I usually create tickets right from the Help Desk (Open Tickets) screen, and lately I've been noticing that sometimes when I create a ticket, (and assign it to myself) it won't show up in the queue until I navigate off of the page and then back. (Like clicking Dashboard, and then back to Tickets). Clicking the [Refresh Tickets] button doesn't seem to work. I'm not sure if it's a bug, or a performance issue (but my VM running Spiceworks seems to be happily chugging along.)
    Client: Win 7 x64 Pro, connecting via Comodo Dragon (V43.3something)
    Server: Server 2012R2 (Virtual Machine- 6 cores, 8GB of RAM) running Spiceworks as a service
    Network: Under 250 devices, Gigabit connections to/from server, less than 500 tickets.

    I have just tried to install that update but again it tells me "The installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail. Contact software manufacturer for assistance"
    Is there some way of finding what is wrong?
    I really have been trying to update for months now.

    Hello Experts!
    Can someone please tell me about CRM IT Help Desk vs Solution Manager Service Desk and if they are two independent products? I want to see if these two 2 different products? since Solution Manager Service desk is based on CRM 5.0, can I setup CRM IT Help Desk? and make SOLMAN Service Desk and CRM IT Help desk together work together?

    Hey Kumar,
    There is nothing called as CRM IT HELPDESK......
    But a CRM system could function as an IT helpdesk.........It depends on your requirements as to how you are gonna use it.....
    CRM and SOLMAN are two independant products of SAP and both run on diffrent servers...
    Solman has lot of features of CRM itself....
    Solution Manager also has its own service desk... Solman is based on CRM itself technically.....
    So whatever is doable in CRM is also Doable in Solman......The vice-versa is not true.....because in Solman SAP has added some functionality  which is not present in CRM.....
    You can configure Support desk in CRM and Solman and also make them work together if it makes sense for you and your management to do so......
    Technically since both are SAP systems they can communicate via RFC calls.....

    Is there any standard DataSources/InfoObjects/DSOs/InfoCubes etc. available in SAP BI Content?

    The point I think was to ensure that you knew exactly what was required. A customer service desk can have many interpretations from a BI perspective.
    You could have :
    1. Operational reports - calls attended per shift , Average number of calls per person , Seasonality in the calls coming in etc
    2. Analytic views - Utilization of resources , Average call time and trending , customer satisfaction , average wait time
    3. Strategic - Call volumes corresponding to campaigns etc , Employee churn and related call times
    Based on these you would then have to construct your models which would be populated by data from the MySQL instance for you to report.
    Else if you have BWA you could have data discovery instead or if you have HANA - you could do even more and if you have a HANA sidecar - you technically dont need BW. The possibilities are virtually endless - it depends on how you want to drive it and how the end user ( client ) sees value in the same.

    You can not merge accounts.
    Apps are tied to the Apple ID used to download them, you can not transfer them.
