ALEAUDIT IDoc cannot find request IDoc in Integration Server

Hi,
i m working with a scenario SAP ECC 7.0 -> IDoc -> PI -> IDoc -> R/3 4.6c
I m sending a purchase order (ORDERS.ORDERS05) from SAP ECC and i want to receive an acknowledgment from R/3. Unfortunately there are only zeros in the field E1ADHDR / E1STATE / DOCNUM, this leads to the error "ALEAUDIT IDoc cannot find request IDoc in Integration Server" on PI.
Does anybody know what to do in the R/3 system to send the original IDoc number in E1STATE / DOCNUM?

Hi Volker,
yes, that was the right hint
I needed to change the RCVPRT field to LS to force the receiving system to send the ALEAUD with original number at the right place. Strange reaction, but it is SAP software, he, he.

  • Error: Idoc name IDoc cannot find request IDoc in Integration Server

    Hi,
I am getting an error while working on a scenario.
scenario is Idoc to file. when the Idoc is posted, i am getting the error "ALEAUDIT IDoc cannot find request IDoc in Integration Server"  when i see the status in SXMB_MONI
I have tested the message mapping and configuration induvidually. They are working fine.
Kindly help me out in solving this issue.
    please reply

    Hi,
The AleAduit sent in the case of Idoc to File if the file is posted successfuly is not actually a App Ack, and that is why we get the info Ack not possible.
But, as the R3 might expect this Idoc, XI still sends it back to the Source R3 system.

  • Cannot find sent IDOCs in XI

    Hi,
my requirement is to send ORDERS05 IDoc from one SAP ERP 5.0 via a XI-System to another SAP ERP 6.0 to create purchase orders.
I´ve done the required settings in the sending system like TRFC port (WE21), partner profiles (WE20), RFC destination (SM59), logical system (BD54).
I´ve done the settings in the XI via transactions SM59, IDX1, IDX2 and the integration builder.
I can create and send IDocs of message type ORDERS. The have the status "03-The IDoc was sent to an R/3 System or an external program via a transactional RFC" and the port of the XI system.
But I don´t know if the arrive in the XI system because when I go to XI I cannot find the IDoc, wether with TA SXMB_MONI nor with TA WE02.
    Can anyone help me please?
    Thanks in advance,
    Gerald

You are right, I think my user has authorization problems.
When I do an "authorization check" for the system user I get the message "name or password not correct (repeat login)". But I am sure that I use the same name and password for RFC destination of sender system as in PI-System created before.
Therefore I think it should be authorization problems. Are there any special roles or profiles that are needed for this kind of system user? I´ve granted several SAP_XI* and SAP_BC* roles to the system user...
    Regards,
    Gerald
    It works now, thank you!
The problem was the password for the XI-user. It has to be in capital letters.....

  • Cannot find a report for SQL Server monitoring

We installed a SCOM 2012 environment recently and imported the SQL Server Management packs successfully. SQL Servers are being monitored.
However, in the reporting section, i cannot find a group for SQL Server Reporting. All other show up ( Active Directory, Appication Monitoring, Web monitoring, etc) Just none for the SQL Reporting.
    Please help

    Hi,
I assume that you miss some SQL management packs, would you please re-download the management pack here and import it:
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-hk/download/details.aspx?id=10631
After successful importing, you should see it under reporting workspace:
If you still cannot see it, please check operation manager event logs for more information to help to troubleshoot this issue.

  • Init deletion problem...cannot find request

    Hi all,
I have a problem with finding the init request. when i activate my chains it asks me to delete the init request. But I cannot find the init request. I use transaction RSRQ to find the request...it takes me to the monitor and shows me that the request it still running. When i click on the init request it gives me the following message....
Object ZPAK_4TNGT3YJGOGOGC8EP1F61EDL9 does not exist in objekt version A for object type InfoPackage (ISIP)
i want to delete this request. How can i do that?
    pls advice..
    thanks,
    wills

    Hi,
    1. First you should think about why process chain is asking to delete the Init request?  It could be possible that you are activating and scheduling the process chain at the same time but you didnt change the update type to delta after doing init for one perticular infopackage.
    2.  If your Init is not complated yet then first you must complete the Init request then schedule the process chain.
Init deletion could cost a big so be sure that you really dont want it.
Last problem "Object ZPAK_4TNGT3YJGOGOGC8EP1F61EDL9 does not exist in objekt version A for object type InfoPackage (ISIP)" - Looks like this infopackage has been deleted from Bw system.
Let me know if it helps.

  • Cannot find the SCA files on server

    Hello,
    We're currently attempting NWDI usage.
I was following the tutorial regarding track usage.
I've created a track and my own software component.
I have defined dependencies for my software component as I was told in the manual.
Now when I saved the track changes, I was told that I need to check in those SC's manually , as It is also said in the manual.
I tried to look for those SCA files in question but couldnt find any matching ones (SAP_BUILDT.sca , SAP_JTECHS.sca & SAP-JEE.sca) were nowhere to be find on the NWDI server.
Also i couldnt find my own created Software component.
Am I missing something here? I know I have to import thse files manually to be available on the track , So where are those files?
    Thanks in advance,
    Eli.

  • Info idocs and request idocs

    Hi,
I am working in SAP BI extraction presently.
In sap bi/bw systems, data is taken out from SAP R/3 system and sent into BI/BW via Idocs.
This process is called as extraction. I  know that data transfer between the SAP R/3 and BI systems happen via idocs.
But here in sap bi we have two type of idocs,
    1. Request idocs ( Message type is RSRQST)
    2. Info Idocs (Message type is RSINFO)
Request idocs come from BI system to R/3 and from R/3 system data is sent to BI system via Info idocs.
Please can some one give clear explanation about these request and info idocs and how technically they are different
    from normal idocs.

  • BUPA_SEND cannot find the Bank Key in GTS

    Hi
I have transferred bank master data using t-code /SAPSLL/BANMAS_DIRR3. I can see the bank in GTS. During the transfer the country ISO code was used as the prefix to the Bank Key (USXXXXXX) to make the External number. I then use BUPA_SEND to send over the account information which does not go over on the inital data tranfer. when I do this the Idoc cannot find the bank. The GTS  tables BNKA and BUT0BK are not populated. Should they? Has anyone had this problem.

    Hi Boer,
Is this bug resolved? If yes, please let us know the SAP note number.

  • After decommisioning our server Reader update cannot find path so I can neither uninstall nor install

We have recently decommissioned our server and are using dropbox. Updating Reader failed because it cannot find the path to the server, as it isn't there anymore but I cannot find a way to uninstall or update.

If you are on Windows you can use this tool to uninstall http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html
But you may still encounter problems when trying to reinstall; make sure that no entries point to your server on these registry keys:
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders

  • Related integration server in business system

    Hi Gurus,
I am trying to create a business system of type WebAS ABAP , in the last step ( Integration Step )  i have selected
<b>  Business System role :</b> Application system
But in the   <b>Related integration server :</b> drop down i am not getting any values .. what could be the reason . What should i do to get values ??

    Hi,
In your SLD , is there a Business System that has been registered with the Role <b>Integration Server?</b> . You need to do this as a part of your post installation activities of XI and I think this is not done.
Once you create a Business System of role Integration Server you will then be able to find the option Related Integration Server with a value to be selected.

    > I can search with partner in sap side but i can get lot of idoc's
    Hi,
If solution given by experts in above replies doesn't work then you can try below method.
What you can do is, take some unique values from message content tab (which came in some specific segment from IDOC)
Now in R3 use tcode WE09 and set the dates when this was processed. Set other filter criteria as much as possible e.g. direction, idoc basic type, port, partner etc and at the bottom you can "Fast search mode" their you give the segment name and it's value.
This will help you get you IDOC.

    Sarvesh
