Anyone ever see this syntax? What does it mean?

return class$com$bea$p13n$security$realm$RDBMSUser != null ? class$com$bea$p13n$security$realm$RDBMSUser : (class$com$bea$p13n$security$realm$RDBMSUser = class$("com.bea.p13n.security.realm.RDBMSUser"));
I know the shorthand if statement but what are all of the $'s?

It's a really bad idea to post your iPhone's serial number and I've asked the Hosts to remove it.
Any one device can create only three iCloud accounts. As you have apparently already created three accounts (or if it's a used phone the previous owner did) you cannot create any more one it. This is tied to the hardware, not the account, and there is no way round it.
You can create a new iCloud account on another iOS device or on a Mac, and then you will be able to sign into that on your iPhone.

  • Logic 8 bounce issue - anyone ever see this?

Whats up everyone? Has anyone ever experienced this issue before in Logic 8 pro?
I finished a track and bounced it then decided to move the session folder onto a external hard drive away from its original location ( my desktop) I decided later on to go back to that original session and make a change then rebounce the track. The session looked as if it was bouncing but then the final mp3 & wav where corrupt. I guess you can say I learned my lesson ( never move session folders)
Has anyone ever seen or experienced this before? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi,
Well, still the first thing that springs to mind is pilot error... you should set out to replicate this result, or at least from now on make sure you oversee and doublecheck every step of the process. Include the name or a unique acronym of the client or something to avoid having different files with identical names.
    regards, Erik.

  • When I tried to move the Firefox icon to the folder after downloading the update, it says I do not have suffient privileges to do this. What does that mean?

I can't seem to complete downloading the new version of Firefox. I got to the point where it said to drag the icon to the folder, but then I got the message that I don't have sufficient privileges to do that. What does that mean and how can I complete the download?
    Thank you.

    You can ignore that.<br />
That is referring to the time stamp of the Firefox 6 file that is older than the time stamp of the Firefox 3.6.x release.

  • TS3276 "message failed because you have exceeded your sending limit."  Has anyone seen this before & what does it mean?

What does this mean?  Has anyone seen before?

Most e-mail servers impose limits on how many messages you can send per day and how many different e-mail addresses you can send messages to per day. This is a measure to prevent spam, and you're unlikely to hit those limits unless you're sending messages to a very large group of people. Generally, those limits are somewhere in the hundreds.
If you haven't been sending that much e-mail, or to that many recipients, then your e-mail account may have been hacked and used to send spam. See:
Someone is sending messages from my e-mail address!

  • Anyone ever see this problem before???

    (AKA...welcome to bizarro world)
We picked up a 500MHz iBook (Snow, dual USB) from a recycler because he showed us photos of it's good screen and thought the unit would be good for parts. We were really expecting a piece of junk but when we received the unit we were surprised that it's almost in mint condition.
We turned the unit on and here's what happens:
    1. White background with Apple logo shows up, no spinner. Sits like this for about a minute.
    2. Suddenly Apple logo is replaced by a rectangle that looks like it has random colors in it.
    3. About 20 seconds later, the spinner shows up, and then the system boots.
We thought something was wrong with the boot disk. We've seen a lot of school systems and companies mess with these systems by replacing the Apple logo with one of their own....cute trick if they do it right....if they do it wrong they hose the system. We booted off of a Firewire disk w/Tiger on it and the unit ran fine. Ran AHT on the unit and it passed with flying colors. We decided someone must have messed up the hard disk so we would proceed with a complete repartitioning of the HD and then an install of Panther.
Did the complete re-install of Panther. Unit worked great!!1! Proceeded to download ALL the updates for the unit. Suddenly, the system starts acting flakey. It's dropping internet connections, and can't complete downloads. We reboot. NOW the original problem re-appears (i.e. wierd boot w/scrambled logo). We suspect the disk is erratic and on its way out. We re-attempt the complete installation...once again, it works fine AFTER we do a CD based OS install, and yet once again after attempting software updates problems are re-introduced.
We've done updates on many 500MHz iBooks and completed Panther online software updates without a single problem. There's one catch, and this is the only thing I can think of that's different with this particular system: THIS UNIT HAS A COMBINED DVD-ROM/CD-ROM reader on it...not a CDROM or CD R/W.
Anyone else ever see a problem like this before?

    OSX Fan:
Congratulations on the mint condition iBook G3.
I would first try re-installing 10.3.9 Combo Update. Remember to Repair Dis Permissions in Applications > Utilites > Disk Utility before and after installing.
I suspect that the HDD is failing or failed. As you may know, the Verified S.M.A.R.T Status reading is not as accurate as the Failing or Failed reading. This computer was introduced in May 2001 so it is well past the 3 to 5 years average life of an internal HDD. Download and run SMART Utility - 2.0.2 and see what that tells you. If the computer boots via firewire that seems to indicate that it works fine. If the issue is in the Panther upgrades, the Combo upgrader should resolve that issue.
Please let us know how the above recommendations work, if you try them.

  • Anyone ever see this error when calling a dll? "Arbitrary.dll?"

Hey folks, I'm attaching a jpg of the error I get as soon as I try and load a vi whose subVIs call a "Call Library Function".
Double clicking on the call function I can verify that the 'Library name or path" is correct, and the Function name is what I want.
I do not understand why it is telling me I need "Arbitrary.dll" - the name of the lib is adwgc.dll as indicated in the path (that I verified).
Anyone deal with this error before?  I'm pretty clueless at the moment, any help will be appreciatized and surely kudo'd!
    thanks

You get this error because adwgc.dll is internally loading Arbitrary.dll because whoever wrote adwgc.dll called some function in Arbitrary.dll. The only to fix this is to get Arbitrary.dll and put it in a folder that adwgc.dll can load it from. Putting it in the same folder as adwgc.dll should work.
Where did you get adwgc.dll from and are you sure they didn't supply Arbitrary.dll as well?

I get the same thing, and it seems to happen randomly. It most often happens I connect my iPhone and iTunes is not already open (I do not have it set to open iTunes for me or to auto-sync). But it doesn't seem to hinder the function of the iPhone at this point.

If a reset or restore of the device does not resolve the issue, your iPod likely needs servicing as the LCD screen may be damaged.

A black triangle come up in i photo when I try to edit a picture from my library.  I don't know what it means or how to get rid of it?  Thanks for
    any help.

In iTunes, click on "iTunes" in the menu bar, then on "About iTunes". Which version do you have?
If you are running OS X 10.5.8 (as per your signature), the iTunes 10.6.3 is the latest you can install and use. If your iTunes version is older, you can get that 10.6.3 here and see if it can deal with the library.
The latest iTunes, version 10.7, requires OS X 10.6.8 or newer. Unless your signature is wrong and you run a late Snow Leopard, Lion or even Mountain Lion, it won't work for you, and you could add me to the list of people asking the same question as Allan, "where's that library from?".

  • Cannot open the application "Firefox.app" because it is not supported on this architecture-what does that mean?.

Firefox has always worked fine...until I installed v4. Now I get the above error, and it won't launch. I'm running OSX v10.5.8, and all of my drivers/software are up to date.

Firefox 4 requires at least OS X 10.5 and an Intel Mac. There is a third party version of Firefox 4 that runs on OS X 10.4/10.5 and PPC Macs, for details see http://www.floodgap.com/software/tenfourfox
If you prefer, you can get the latest version of Firefox 3.6 from http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-older.html
Mozilla are working to prevent Mac users with non-compatible systems from getting the notification about Firefox 4, and also not displaying the "Download Firefox 4" button on http://www.mozilla.com

    Is that in "Wiley" language
Don't I have to covert it again from Wiley into English?
"Wiley" is not a language, it is a system for transliterating Tibetan letters into Latin letters, chiefly used by scholars because it gives an accurate representation of the Tibetan word in Latin letters, including letters that are silent or pronounced differently in Tibetan. Like English, Tibetan is only partially phonetic in its writing; there are numerous letters which are written but not pronounced in speech, while other letters are pronounced differently than theirr "nominal" sound either singly or in combination. As in English, where a student must learn that "tion" is pronounced "shun".
Transliteration produces a letter-for-letter copy in a different alphabet, such as the Latin alphabet we use. Transcription of Tibetan produces a word in Latin letters that shows how the word sounds, which may be very different from how it's spelled. (There have been numerous systems of transcription for Tibetan; currently the best for international use is the THL Simplified Phonetic Transcription [see below]. Also many Tibetan words and names are commonly known in varying idiosyncratic transcriptions which don't follow any formal system.) Translation gives the equivalent of the Tibetan word in another language, such as English. For instance, the expression above:
བཀྲ་ཤིས་བདེ་ལེགས། (common Tibetan greeting, like Hawaiian "aloha" or Hebrew "shalom")
Wiley transliteration: bkra shis bde legs
THL transcription: tra shi dé lek
    Common rendering: Tashi Delek
    Translation: Auspicious Blessings
If you're interested in learning about Tibetan, a good place to start is Wikipedia, which has good articles about the language, its script (alphabet), and transliteration systems.
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Standard_Tibetan
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tibetan_alphabet
If you're seriously interested, you can try this Tibetan Language Student website:
    http://www.learntibetan.net
Note that the Tibetan text on this site is not in Unicode, so you have to download a special font for it.
This book is the best introductory on the Tibetan script and how it works: "Tibetan Language Pre-Primer":
    http://www.namsebangdzo.com/Tibetan_Language_Pre_Primer_p/11371.htm
Or if you're really serious, the Tibetan Language Institute:
    http://www.tibetanlanguage.org
And the Tibetan & Himalayan Library offers pages which can convert Tibetan script to Wylie transliteration:
    http://www.thlib.org/reference/transliteration/wyconverter.php
    and phonetic transcription:
    http://www.thlib.org/reference/transliteration/phconverter.php
    and simple translation (currently unavailable?):
    http://www.thlib.org/reference/dictionaries/tibetan-dictionary/translate.php
Is שלום.  an actual real word?
שלום is Hebrew, not Tibetan, and is a word. Hebrew is phonetically written, so both transliteration and transcription for שלום is "shalom", and it translates as "peace" in English.
