AP Div within a centralised container Div?

Is there a cunning way to use AP Divs within normal floating
or centralised
container Divs?
Cheers

I keep on doing this - forgettig to save the CSS file after
editing it
through the CSS box. Is there a keyboard shortcut for Save
All, or do I
have to use the menu all the time? (CS3).

In general, you should look at using environment entries (variables) in the
deployment descriptors (both the war and EJB jar rather than properties
files for configuring J2EE applications. The reasons for this are many:
    1. This is the official way to do it according to the spec. Properties
files are the J2SE way of doing things
    2. As you note, that it's not obvious how you would (legally) read a
    properties file inside an EJB.
    3. It's consistent between the web and EJB part of your code
    4. the weblogic console and tools have good capabilities to edit these
    fields.

  • Determine Image Position within it's containing graphic frame.

Hi,<br /><br />I am trying to obtain the offset of an image item within it's containing frame. i.e. if I set the top left co-ordiante to be x:10pt , y:10pt<br />I need to obtain this programatically.<br /><br />I have tried using Both the ITransformSuite and ITransformFacade without much luck. The values I am getting are not what I expect.<br /><br />I.e.<br /><br />>K2Vector<PMReal> i_x;<br />K2Vector<PMReal> i_y;<br /><br />>Utils<Facade::ITransformFacade>()->GetItemsTranslation( UIDList( imageRef ), Transform::InnerCoordinates(), &i_x, &i_y );<br /><br />always gives me 0,0 ( as you would expect ).<br /><br />>Transform::ParentCoordinates()<br /><br />Gives me a value but it doesn't seem to be relative to the top left of the containing image item.<br /><br />The strange thing is that if I create 2 image frames and import the same image, I get different values for the positions within the parent ( even if the positions of the images within their respective frames are the same in the InDesign"Control" panel  ).<br />But if I create a box and duplicate it and then import the images, I get the same values for the offsets ( although they are still not what I expect ).<br />This difference seems to be related to the original position a box is drawn with on the spread.<br /><br />Ultimately, I would like to obtain the scale, rotation, skew and offset of an image and then apply those same criteria to another image ( possibly on another document ).<br /><br />TIA,<br /><br />Mike.

Aperture already works the way you want it to. "Rejected" is just another rating. Like all ratings, it doesn't move your image from its Project. (You can make a Smart Folder to show images rated as "rejected" -- just like you can create a Smart Folder for any rating (or series of ratings).) To see rejected images in a Project just press "{Control}+8". This and other filter short-cuts are built in Aperture. Click the magnifying glass icon inside the search field in top border of the Browser to see them.

  • Get URL from within a Ejb-Container

    Hi all,
I try to realize a WD-Application with Hibernate ORM. Now it seems , that from within the Ejb the hibnerate.cfg.xml couldn't be found.
No I try to read the URL from hibernate.cfg.xml. There I did some test with the getResource()-Function. At least I managed to get a URL from a zip-archive, but I'm not able to found the URL from something inside the archive, <b>and my configuration is in an archive!!!</b>
    See the following tests:
      URL myurl11 = cl.getClass().getResource("/"); //works
      URL myurl12 = cl.getResource("/"); //works not! (without getClass())
      URL myurl2 = cl.getClass().getResource("/version.txt"); //works
      URL myurl3 = cl.getClass().getResource("version.txt");//works not (relativ)
      URL myurl4 = cl.getClass().getResource("/apps/sap.com/dc~oracle~ear/src/java/src.zip");//works
      URL myurl5 = cl.getClass().getResource("/apps/sap.com/dc/oracle/ear/src/java/src.zip");//works not
      URL myurl6 = cl.getClass().getResource("/apps/sap.com/dc~oracle~ear/src/java/src.zip/de/pa/ejb/systeme/SystemeDao.java");//works not
      URL myurl7 = cl.getClass().getResource("/apps/sap.com/dc~oracle~ear/src/java/src.zip/de.pa.ejb.systeme/SystemeDao.java");//works not
      URL myurl8 = cl.getClass().getResource("/apps/sap.com/dc~oracle~ear/src/java/src.zip/de.pa.ejb.systeme.SystemeDao.java");//works not
As you can see with "myurl14" it works for a zip-file but not futher. How can I get Into an archive? Or even adress things relative?
    Can anybody help me?
    Thanks
    Richard

    Hi Joe,
Thanks a lot for ur reply,
But the LD_LIBRARY PATH is set to the user that runs the App Server, Since it is throwing a UnsatisfiedLinkError, there must be a problem with the link only(i.e calling native method).
The flow of data is as follows
1 A method from ejb calls another java method in an other java class which is in the same jar file, passing the actual arguments.
2 That java method calls the Native methos residing in the same class file
3 The Native mentod calls a c function as usual
My ejb is working fine up to the Native Method call, at this point it is throwing an error
All my java files are in a package, and my .h file contains package name in the prototype of c function
If you get any ideas please mail me ASAP
    ThanQ

  • Filenames within the Aperture container

I have recently bought Aperture and, having transferred all my photographs into it (>200Gb), I am now trying to move the Aperture library to my file server where I have plenty of storage space. However, when I tried to copy the file to my server which is running RHEL4 I get the error message that the filename is either too long or contains illegal characters. I've lookind inside the Aperture container and have found folders with names like "2006-09-13 @ 07/27/44 pm -1importgroup" which is what is likely to be the problem. Can these filenames be changed or at least avoided in the future and if so how? The folders relate to imported folders of images from my archive drives.

Though this is arguably a MacOS bug as it should replace the '/' character (valid in HFS+ but not in standard unix-a-like filesystems) with ':' when passing it out over the file sharing protocol in question (I'd guess the original poster is using SMB talking to Samba).

    Hi Freeto,
This may be due to the Network Failures.
If you have triggered a job then because of the Network fluctuations the system may not respond properly and cannot execute the job.
So, this is the cause for the failure.
    Hope you understood.

  • Sum within a self-contained parent-child table

I have two tables - a "key" table containing a multi-layer parent-child relationship, and an "amount" table containing the keys for the leaf nodes in the key table as well as numeric values (e.g. amounts).
I want a query that returns each row in the key table as well as the sum of the amount table's amounts for all of that key's leaf nodes (so the root node would have the sum of all of the amount values).
Here's what I mean - I have two tables, KEY and AMOUNT
KEY has two columns, key and parent_key; key and parent_key have a CONNECT BY relationship on parent_key = prior key (with parent_key null for the root):
    KEY     PARENT_KEY
    0       null
    1       0
    2       0
    3       0
    1A      1
    2A      2
    2B      2
    3A      3
    3B      3
    3C      3
    1A1     1A
    1A2     1A
    2A1     2A
    2A2     2A
    2B1     2B
    3A1     3A
    3A2     3A
    3C1     3C
3C2     3CAMOUNT has two columns, key and amount; key points to KEY.key, and amount is a value for that particular key
(note that all key values are leaf nodes in the KEY table)
    KEY     AMOUNT
    1A1     1
    1A2     2
    2A1     3
    2A2     4
    2B1     5
    3A1     6
    3A2     7
    3C1     8
3C2     9 What I want is a result that looks like this, where each key's amount is the sum of its eventual leaf keys' amounts
    KEY     AMOUNT
    0       45
    1        3
    2       12
    3       30
    1A       3
    2A       7
    2B       5
    3A      13
    3B       0
    3C      17
    1A1      1
    1A2      2
    2A1      3
    2A2      4
    2B1      5
    3A1      6
    3A2      7
    3C1      8
3C2      9For example, key 2A's value, 7, is the sum of the values of 2A1 and 2A2; key 3's value is the sum of 3A1, 3A2, 3C1, and 3C2.
Is there a way of doing this with a single query?
The idea I came up with is, do a select on KEY with a "CONNECT_BY_PATH key" column so each row includes a string containing the keys of all of its ancestors, and then do a join on AMOUNT with amount.key IN the CONNECT_BY_PATH column; however, with a larger amount of data, this takes quite a bit of time. Is there a faster / more obvious way of doing this?

  • FireFox 3.6 and Adobe Reader X. Reader X PDFs opened within the browser contain links, which do not work. Anyone got clues on why the links fail and how to fix?

When we rolled out ReaderX and AcrobatX we uncheck the Diaply PDF in Browser window. OK with IE, but ignored in FireFox (3.6.16). We can live with that except the PDFs have links to other URLs and clicking on them is ignored. Same PDF opened outside the browser the links work fine. FireFox with Reader 9.4.0 no problem. Reader X with IE no problem. I can fix the Display in Browser with a change to firefox.js, but have not figured out how to fix the links when the PDF is displayed within the browser.

    My replies are in Bold.
Thank you for your response and message.
    1. Are you seeing this problem with all kinds of PDF's or some specific  kinds like secure PDF's (with doc open password or printing  restrcitions), reader extended PDF's or PDF forms.
This problem is with all kind's of PDF's.
    2. Are you opening a locally saved PDF by doing a drag drop in the  browser or right click and open with IE/FF or directly opening a PDF  hosted on the internet?
It doesn't matter. However I do it, I see this problem in Firefox, IE & Google Chrome.
    3.  Can you also check the version of the Reader X browser plugin? you  could find it at C:\Program Files\Common  Files\Adobe\Acrobat\ActiveX\AcroPDF.dll. Right click -> Properties  -> Details
If version is 9.0.x then you could try a clean install of Reader X.
I have checked it. It's the latest plug-in (though at the moment, I have gone back to Adobe Reader 9.4.1, as I've mentioned before, because I need the reader to be working fine for my work and daily life. I am just waiting for a fix before I try Adobe Reader X again.
As I've mentioned before, I am seeing this issue ONLY on my Windows 7 Ultimate (Laptop). In the desktop's at work, with Windows XP / Vista, I don't see it. Adobe Reader is working fine, browser integration is fine, the floating tool bar works fine, the right click menu pop' up where the right click is done...I can also save PDF' from the main toolbar at the top and so on...
I really have run out of ideas.... and I am very surprised that no expert support personnel (if at all there is one) have dropped by or said anything or mentioned anything about this.
    Anyway.... Cheers.

  • Should  Standard Toolbar FIND work on an ALV within a custom container ?

I have an ALV in a custom container on a screen.
The FIND and FIND NEXT of the ALV toolbar work fine against the grid.
Should the FIND and FIND NEXT of the standard toolbar also work against the ALV if they are "activate" in the GUI status?
If so, what do I call/execute in response to the "FIND" ok-code?
I've tried calling  the function ALV_POPUP_TO_SEARCH2 and the popup comes up, but it doesn't do anything.
Please advise at your earliest convenience.

    Hi Rich,
Absolutely.  Especially as they can paint the picture, and then blame the techies when their fiction is exposed.
Similarly, we had a situation where the Expense Report WD was failing, and the functional person ensured that everyone knew it was a technical problem and therefore my fault (with SAP as the popular co-conspirator).
Sadly the message above the Java stack messages was "No entry in table T706Z  for argument ' '".  Had the functional check their config and all was well.  No one apologised though......
Last week at a different site the same thing happened (this time with TA20C) but the funky took one look at it and reviewed their config to solve - so they're not ALL the same.
    Cheers

  • Return 0 count when a Department within a CTE contains records for one set, but not another

This is a bit of a complicated question to explain, but I am hoping not as complicated to resolve. I will try to describe this generically to allow anybody who can provide a solution to provide a generic example that anybody could adapt to their data.
In my query, I created a CTE which combines two separate sets of data. One set of data lists who is within a given audience (call it audiencelist). The other set lists people who are in that same audience and have completed a given course (call if courselist).
This is then all brought into one table by the CTE.
My resulting report in Visual Studio 2008 is then going to include an expression to count each employee from both lists by department within the same field. (I will achieve this by first grouping by department, and then by the appropriate measure,
which in the case of this example, I am calling audiencelist and courselist. Then, I will include an expression that counts the Employees.) The problem is, if a department has somebody in the audience, but NOBODY from that department has completed the
course yet, I need the department to still show up in the "courselist" but with a count of 0.
    Example of the desired result:
    Dept
    Field
    Count
    A       Audiencelist  25
    A       Courselist     15
    B       Audiencelist  20
    B       Courselist     10
    C       Audiencelist  20
    C       Courselist     0
I was trying as best I can to make this a generic example, but let me know if it would be easier if I share some of my actual code so you can provide a solution. My hope was that somebody could offer a generic example I could adapt to my data.

I am having a little trouble following this example, or the one provided at the link above. I was hoping to just allow for a generic example, but I guess it may help if I share my actual code. My query is rather long, but I will just share the relevant parts
for the sake of the sample.

The final main query actually just pulls in everything from this CTE. My next step was going to be to pull this information all into the report, sort and group by MeasurePC (the Department, referred to in my company as a "Profit Center" and by
the MeasureID (GM101Cert for those who completed the course, GM101Avail for those who are part of the audience) and then have an Expression that would count each MeasureEmpFK (the employee codes). However, that is when I realized it wouldn't count 0's for
any MeasurePC in the GM101Cert set of data that did not have any people complete the course.
Here is a mock-up of how the data would currently look from this above query:
    Country   Code

From here, I was going to pull the data into a report to count. Using the above example, my desired result would be:
    Country   Code
    SOURCESYSTEMID

I had planned to achieve this just by pulling the data into my report and then, instead of pulling the EmpFK, I would create an expression to count them. However, I realized this wouldn't achieve the 0 counts when some PC's did not have anybody who had completed
    the course yet.

  • CSS divs running into each other 4x3 screens but not widescreen

I am trying to develop a site:
    http://www.poweredupgamers.com.
Everything looks great on a widescreen monitor, but when I view it
on older 4x3 monitors the divs run into each other and the spacing
gets all messed up. This occurs regardless of the resolution the
    monitors are using.
I thought by setting up margins with % (5% left margin for
left div, etc.) that the divs would change in size to fill the
pages regardless of the resolution the monitor is set at. The divs
do seem to adjust for the resolution, but the monitor format
appears to be a different issue. Do I need to set fixed div
positions or widths to fix this issue? If so, how do I set them to
ensure the page is filled properly (as little blank space as
possible) regardless of the monitor's resolution?
Does it have anything to do with fixed sizes for certain
images inside divs sizes based on % margins?
Thanks very much for any help!

Resolution is not the critical issue. Browser viewport width
    is. To make
your decision you need to have some ideas about the following
    issues -
    1. What is the primary target demographic for this site?
    2. What are the browsing habits of that demographic? Do they
    normally have
their browser window maximized on the screen?
    3. If they usually have their browser maximized, what is the
    typical screen
    width?
    4. If they usually do NOT have their browser maximized, what
    is the MINIMUM
    screen width in that demographic.
    5. How do I want to build the page?
    a. Fixed width and left aligned?
    b. Fixed width and centering?
    c. Flexible to fill whatever width from left to right?
    d. Flexible (within limits) and left aligned?
    e. Flexible (within limits) and centering?
As you can see, this decision is probably much more complex
    than you
thought, and will require that you know quite a bit about
    your intended
target visitor and their browsing habits.
If you elect to go with 5a, or 5b, then your decision would
    be - 'what is
the mimimum browser width I want to support without
    horizontal scrolling?'.
Once you have determined that minimum supported width, all of
    your decisions
are made. That's how wide you want your page to be.
If you elect to go with 5c, then you just build your page
    within a flexible
container (the simplest example - although an obsolet one -
    would be to use
a 100% width table to hold the entire page). Be aware that
    pages with
limited text content can look VERY sparse and empty on wide
    viewports when
    built in this way.
If you elect to go with 5d, or 5e, then you would add this
    sophistication to
    your decision matrix -
'what is the greatest width I want to allow the page and its
    contents to
    become?'
In this case, you would use the CSS styles - 'min-width' and
    'max-width' on
the primary page container. Just so you'll know, although
    these styles are
well supported *now*, earlier versions of IE (and some other
    browsers) will
    not support them so reliably.
So - which is it? 8)

  • Problems with relative positioning divs

    Hi all,
I'm still new to this css layouts thing, but am stumped by this problem. I have numerous parent divs with multiple child divs within them on my page design, and for some reason these child divs are not taking up the correct spacing that I enter in the CSS. They are all relative positioned, mostly using floats and clears (and I don't think I've missed any of those). Help! Hoping that it's something simple I've missed.
To pinpoint one example of this recurring problem, the #sidenav_one div will float: left with a spacing of top 8px and left 8px, but then #sidenav_two refuses to float: left, clear: both with a spacing of top 8px (I've had to put in 16px to actually get 8px, in both Firefox, Safari and Opera). (relevant parts of code highlighted).
I am happy to change how I've structured the page, if people think there is a better or cleaner way to do it. Thanks in advance.

This is much simpler than you would think. You're making it hard work for yourself because you believe css is much more comlex than it really is or need be.
You rarely need to use relative positioning at all. You are using too many <divs> and redundant css attributes to reach your goals.
Think of the web as a simple structure of boxes and ino those boxes you place html tags or 'when' needed other <divs> ('when' is the choice word here. In time you will know when and when not to)
Copy the css and page code below and paste into a new Dreamweaver document. See how much leaner and cleaner the css and html code is.

  • Form Guide - dynamic field within dynamic container.

I have a form Guide using dynamic containers, but within the dynamic container on the Form Guide within the same Repeater Accordion Panel, I also need a dynamic Row (2 fields) that need to repeat within the repeating container. I have built this in Adobe Lifecycle ES and once the Form Guide is finished will be taking it to Adobe Workbench to render.
Could you please assist in how to make the dynamic row repeat within a container/panel that is also already repeating?
    Thanks.

    Penny,
I have a requirement for the same thing. Unfortunately it doesn't look like this is possible as there is only one dataProvider per Panel - based on the type of panel chosen, this dataProvider will be used to populate a control (accordion, grid or tab) in the panel or used to populate a number of repeated (static) panels.
My workaround has been to create a set number (10) of repeatable control panels (accordian, grid, tab) and then use the panel display rules to hide those panels with no data in them. It is very tedious to do as the guide builder has no rebind feature (you have to create all 10 panels from scratch - you can't copy & paste the layout, then rebind the panel items to another field in the form).
    John.
