AP Div within a centralised container Div?

Is there a cunning way to use AP Divs within normal floating
or centralised
container Divs?

I keep on doing this - forgettig to save the CSS file after
editing it
through the CSS box. Is there a keyboard shortcut for Save
All, or do I
have to use the menu all the time? (CS3).
