Apple Store Only to billing address?

I've tried ordering from verizon for hours and it wouldnt get past the first page, now Im trying ordering from the apple store and am at the checkout. The only problem is that it is automatically filling my shipping address which is our office in NY, yet I go to college in PA and need to have it shipped to me. Has anyone found out if there is any way to change the shipping address? On my browesr it has the button for Edit Shipping Information greyed out so you can't click it.

Call them asap. They still might be able to change the shipping address over the phone.

Same problem here, but in my Ipad 1, after IOS 5.0.1 the 3G data connection don't running anymore, and de EDGE is very slow.
Some times i have 3g connection, but when i try to use safari or another aplication the signal disappear and lost the operator signal and apn configuration.
I tried many process to fix it ( Hardreset, remove simcard, change the operator, make apn configuration ), if any one have any idia, what can i do to fix this problem.

Sorry, but there's nothing you can do. The language of the Spanish iTunes Store cannot be changed to English. As to movies in other languages, that's up to the content owners. If they don't provide an English-language option, then it's not available. You'll have to live with subtitles, though those aren't always provided either.

Apple Pay says my billing address is wrong and it isn't

Using my iPhone and the Apple Store app, I tried to make a purchase with Apple Pay. Apply Pay has my billing address in there, and it's correct. It imported it from my iTunes account info. I attempted to make a purchase 4 times and it denied each time due to wrong billing address.
So then I switched to other payment methods, chose the CC on file (same one) with the same billing address, and it went through fine.
Something is wrong with Apple Pay and my bank info. However, I can't edit the address anywhere or seem to fix it.

Apple store only recommends adding 2 1GB cards, can I just get 1 for 1.5GB?

I'm a graphic designer who has never had to deal with IT issues before, but I switched companies and now I'm the IT person...
I have a 20" iMac (late 2006), that came with 2 512MB memory cards for 1GB total. I am having a problem with my adobe creative suite products, where if I run more than one at the same time, one will quit on me. Correct me if I am wrong, but I believe this could be a memory problem. According to adobe, 1GB memory is the minimum it recommends to run the programs simutaneously.
In addition, I often get the "out of memory" message when I'm printing and/or exporting files, so I think I do want to upgrade.
My question: When I look up my model on the iMac store, it only gives me the option of buying 2 1GB cards of memory to upgrade me to 2GB total memory. But, I would think I could just buy 1 1GB card and replace just one of my current cards for a total of 1.5 GB?? My only concern with doing this is that the apple store does not give me this option, so maybe there is a reason I would not want to?
Please advise if I can do this (if I do, what 1GB card should I buy?), and if I can, would I want to? Or should I just go for the 2 1GB cards?
I don't really want to spring a $350 charge on my boss when $175 may cut it, but I don't want to spend $175 and then have to upgrade again.

To edit payment information for your account click Account under Quick Links right side of the App Store window.
Then click Edit to the right of Payment Information.

I have a credit card issued by a US bank, but the billing address is back in the UK.
Sorry, but that card won't work. The credit card has to be both issued by a bank in the country whose iTunes Store you wish to use and that has a billing address in that same country. A split card like yours, issued by a bank in one country but with a billing address in another, can't be used in the iTunes Store in either country.
You'll need a credit card that is both issued by a US bank and has a US billing address, or will need to purchase US iTunes prepaid cards.

HT4623 Having upgraded my software I have now lost the use of wifi and the battery efficiency has dropped dramatically. I have followed online advice and reset the device - no joy and recently visited an Apple Store, only to be advised to buy a new phone?

Just updated software to 7.0.6 to find wifi facility lost and battery efficiency reduced. Apple store advise to buy a new phone. Surely the problem stems from the update ?

Also try settings>general>reset>reset all settings
If you have followed that article and restored your phone and set it up as new and you're still having that issue you may call and explain you followed the article and are still having the problem. Most likely they will either set up a replacement for you. If they ask you to set up the one time phone support agreement, and they assist you with a restore again, they won't bill you if they end up having to repair it.

That is most likely a scam and you should not click on it. It would help if you provided a copy of the email, just to be sure.

Unlocked iPhone in some Apple Stores only?

Was told in 3 Apple Stores in DC and VA that I cannot purchase an iPhone 5 off-contract at full price.
Then I went to an Apple Store in San Francisco and was told there no problem getting an unlocked iPhone at full price. I inquired from two sales people and got the same answer. One of them even advised me about which one to get for optimal overseas use (verizon). They also said this has been the policy since day 1. They said to line up in the morning because they don't take reservations for off-contract iphone 5 sales. Unfortunately they were out of stock the days I was there.
So my question is: Is there a unified Apple policy on full price / off-contract iPhones? Apple's iPhone web page has fine print that says to talk to a sales person if you don't want a contract. But this only worked in San Francisco. In DC/VA they said Apple isn't selling that way yet. So what is it?

Just yesterday I was able to purchase a no commitment (device only), full price, AT&T iPhone 5 in person at my local Apple retail store. Notice I didn't write unlocked. After getting it activated at the nearby AT&T kiosk and then later on plugging it to iTunes at home, I received the congratulatory message that the device is now unlocked. Very happy about this. By the way I am still under contract with AT&T so I am assuming that my old iphone may remain locked until the contract expires. Have to ask AT&T about it.

Bought iPod on the apple store but the wrong address not yet dispatched

I bought an iPod on the apple store online and checked everything before submitting the order. However when I got the conformation email the delivery address is not what was set. Now apple have all their offices closed today (typical), is there any way of contacting apple in regards to this matter as I do not want the order to be processed as if it does then there is nothing they can do IIRC.

I think your goal is to speak to a person. So I would call 1-800-myapple and select the option to get a sales person, not a service person. +Service for an existing order+ may be closed on the weekend, but I can't believe they would be closed over the weekend for a +new sale+. That would be like closing the local physical Apple Store on weekends.

My email address changed and even though I have changed settings on my iPad and at the Apple store, my old email address comes up and asks for my password. The old password doesn't work so how do I eliminate that from my iPad and iPhone?

I'm having the same issue, on two Apple ID's. My account information hasn't changed but it says that my address can't be verified. The weird thing is, they are taking $1.00 amounts out of my account everytime I try to verify my address to make purchases. On my second Apple ID, they took out $28.09 twice!!! They can't verify my address on either account, but they can take money out of my credit card? Sounds fishy to me ...they need to fix this mess ASAP!

Why is it that i am unable to buy an ipod nano 16gb in germany? In the stores it is advertised however not available, the store only has the 8gb and I can't ship it here? Is it a case of not yet launched, patent infringement or apple just being annoying?

I am trying, thus far with no success, to buy an ipod nano 16gb here in Germany. However whilst the stores advertise it they don't have it in stock and can't tell when it will be. The german apple store only has the 8gb version. Should i try to order from a reseller then they will only post within the uk. iSo my question is - whats going on? Why are there no 16gb ipods to be (apparantly) had in Germany? Not launched yet? Patent infringement? Apple being very annoying?

Call Apple or an Apple Store in your city and ask them. Or do a Google search.
