Document number in approval is not unique. Same number may refer to more than one document. All draft documents will only be assigned a unique marketing document number until approved and created.
That is probably you can see the same number in the 2 reports

Controlling approval status report cancel option
Dear Experts,
Is it possible to control the approval status report screen based on Stored Procedure?
Im having problem with users cancelling their draft documents before any approval status is decided upon the draft. Through the images below i want to control the cancel option they have
can the update button be controlled through store procedure? as I cant get the object type of this screen.

Invoice Approval Status report ends up in error
Hello Gurus,
I have submitted "Invoice Approval Status" concurrent request and the output was correct desired one but recieved the below error.
REP-0069: Internal error
REP-57054: In-process job terminated:Finished successfully but output is voided
It runs well all the time, but it appeared once. What might be the reason for this and what can I do to avoid this error.

How to delete the entries in a approval status report
Hi,
I have designed approval procedure for marketing document.The approval procedure works fine.But there are certain documents which has gone through approval procedure and is been approved.
I understand after approval we cannot alter the document hence i created new one with the changes then i have posted it.Now the exisitng document which are no longer required i want to delete or cancel it.
I am going in user log in and trying Data>Cancel but the document is not getting cancelled.Is there any solution for this???

The On Hold error generally refers to the Business Partner or Item is marked on Hold. Please check BP and Item Master for the Items in the PO.
Also if possible provide the complete error details

Is there any standard report in the SAP where we can find out for the given managers, if level 1 approver is Mr. X, then which all has been approved by Mr. X and and pending with subsequent approvers?

Yes, standard report is available for PR approval status list using T-code ME5A - List Display of Purchase Requisitions and the following input data's are given .
Purchasing Group : ___
Scope of List : ALV
Plant : _____ (if required)
- Assigned Purchase Requisitions to be ticked.
- Released Requisition Only to be ticked.
- Requisition for overall Release to be ticked.
- Requisition for Item-wise Release to be ticked.
Now execute the report and then report top layout button click for 'Release indicator' option selected for released status confirmation purpose. If release indicator status is 'X' means PR released, otherwise PR is not released.

For one of my custom workflow the client needs a custom report to know the approval status. This custom workflow will be a multilevel approval and they want to know the status based on the object key(document number) like who has approved it at what time, who else has to approve etc which standard workflow tables can be used for this? Please advice.>

Approved shopping carts not displayed in shopping cart status report
Hi Gurus
we are facing an issue in shopping cart status report. When the approver selects 'Approved by me' in shopping carts status report system is not showing any list. There are number shopping carts approved by the user . Other selection like selection period, status , completed indicator were selected properly. But if the approver selects 'Rejected by me' the system is showing all the shopping carts approved, rejected, and awaiting approval related to the approver.
This is happning with one user only. We had checked user authorization and parameters and every thing is fine . Aslo compared the same with other users for whom this report is working fine . We are in SRM 5.5 extended caassic senario.
Any suggestions/solutions on this
VB SASIn olden days of SRM , we forcily assign account assignment for PR which do not have accounting data in the PR to create a successful SC in SRM and remove the account assignment while creating a PO in the backend.

Status report template activation and assignment
Hi,
when I try to create Status report after selecting the Document folder and clicking the New Status report in Status Report tab of cproject, an error message is appearing as
'No templates for status reports have been entered for the project type' .
Where can assign the templates for staus reports?(SPRO or somewhere)
Also We have configured ADS already and able to generate Approval Documents. Can anyone guide this problem?

First check whether ADS is installed on Java stack. For this goto SA38 transaction and give report name FP_TEST_00 and execute it. Leave the fileds as it is and execute it. A dailog box will pop up asking printer name. Give it as PDF1 and check preview.
If it is working fine, check if any forms are active for the project type you have taken.
For example, if you took upgrade project, goto spro > cprojects > basic settings > forms for printing and for status reports > Execute activate forms per project type.
Select Your project type and double click on PDF print form. If you are not able to see any entries, goto new entries and select DPR_STATUS_REPORT_AIF and check the boxes Active and Status Report.
Revert if any issue.

Possible values for AP Invoice Approval Status in fnd_lookups

I have a EBS system deployed which is currently like a black box for me and iam doing some reporting on the top of it.
i need to find out the possible values of AP Invoice Approval Status in fnd_lookups , fnd_lookup_values or some other tables Defined in that system.
Something like the below is use for employee expense status

Project Status Report - cProjects 4.0
Hi all,
I am using cProjects 4.0.
After selecting the PDF Print form DPR_STATUS_REPORT_AIF for the project type and marking 'Active' and 'Status' report checkboxes, when I go to create Status reports, I can see the template "Project Status Report". However, when I click on the "Preview" button, I get a runtime error saying
"The following error text was processed in the system DRP : WebDynpro Exception: SOAP Framework error: SOAP Runtime Exception: CSoapExceptionTransport : HTTP server replied with status code 500(100.101). "

Project Status Report using CATSPS. Billable/Non-billable Hours?
I am working on a Project Status Report and am using CATSPS table instead of CATSDB table since thatu2019s the cross-application table for PS module. But I am facing a small problem in using CATSPS table. There is no field in CATSPS table that tells me if the hours are billable or non-billable. Table CATSDB had a field u201CBill Typeu201D (Billable/Non-Billable) but I donu2019t see anything like that in CATSPS. If I use CATSDB table and filter out status "30" for only approved hours, I am getting duplicate entries for actual hours in Crystal Report 2008. What is the correct table to be used in this case and also what is the mapping field(s).
Also, looking to display the billing type for the document in VBRP table. I am able to display the document type code but not the description itself. Which table will have this mapping?
Also, in Crystal I have the total Purchased hours at the 3rd level WBS but the total actual hours are coming from the 4th level WBS (Activity level). Each 3rd level WBS can have multiple 4th level WBS (difference networks). How do I know (logic) which 4th level WBS total to pick up and add to which 3rd level WBS total? Also, how do I display the total actual work hours form the 4th level WBS to display at the 3rd level?
Here is an example:
WBS , Level , SKU# , Network# , Activity# , Purch. Hours , Act. Bill. Hours , Remaining Hours

If you notice there are two level 4 WBS (EP-2927-AMB-00011 & EP-2927-AMB-00012) in this example that are under level 3 WBS (EP-2927-AMB-0001). The Purchased Hours are coming from level 3 which means the hours are assigned per project at the WBS 3 level. Within each project there are different activity levels where actual hours worked by each employee are coming from. I need to sum the actual hours from all the available level 4 WBS and bring them over to the corresponding level 3 WBS in order to calculate the remaining hours. My challenge is how do I know which level 4 WBS belong to which level 3 WBS since there are more than one level 3 WBS in a Project and each level 3 WBS can have multiple level 4 WBS?
Please advise.

My personal suggestion to you is try to describe problem very crisp and easy to understand so that you will get quick responses. Its very difficult to read and pin point what you are aksing and finally you will miss readers attentions.
As standard practice, hours planned at indiviudal activity level and actual costs posted on each indiviudal activity will roll up and display the aggregate values at corresponding higher WBS element level. At the same time system will let you know reamining hours at indiviudal level and not higher level as rolled up.
Your WBS structuure is bit confusing me, in what way you are encoutring problem in identitying level 3 and level 4 WBS elements. Key will clearly denotes which is level 3 and level 4. As cited by you, EP-2927-AMB-0001 this should be level 3 and EP-2927-AMB-00011 is level 4. I am sorry to say that structure key was not maintained proper way and bit confusing.

Cannot see project status report pdf inside cprojects using Firefox
Hi,
I am using firefox software to view project status report in cprojects. It shows me blank.
But if I view Approval document, the pdf shows correct in the browser.
As you might be aware,Please note these pdf reports display inside the webpage area,so please donot reply with solutions of opening pdf in separate browser window etc.
