AR - How to split receivable account for several accounts.

Has enyone know how to split Receivable account for transaction in distribution window on 3 diffrent accounts
eg.
Total amount for transaction line is 5000
I have to create accounting as follow:
1st Receivable account Dt: 2000
2nd Receivable account Dt: 2000
3rd Receivable account Dt: 1000
1st Revenue account Ct: 500
2nd Revenue account Ct: 1000
3rd Revenue account Ct: 3500

I cannot remove "..." that appear for several account names . .

I cannot remove the quotation marks that appear for several account names in the new message window; eg I want "J. Smith" to read J. Smith. Strange thing is that there are no quote marks in the account name field in preferences. I've tried deleting the name then re entering it. I've also made the prefernces the same as the other names that don't have quote marks but still no success. How do I get rid of these annoying marks? Any help would be great!

The RFC 2822 - Internet Message Format standard requires names containing punctuation characters to be enclosed in double quotes. If Mail didn’t do that automatically for you, those messages would be malformed.

How to get all GL accounts for each account in a given bank...

Hello Experts,
Is there a way to get all GL accounts for each account in a given house bank?
IN our company, there are 5 GL accounts for each bank so 1 GL for 1 account. they are for recon, payables,
receivables, etc. I checked table T012K but it only shows the main GL account. Hope you

How to calculate average balance for an account for a particular period say for JAN-12 period and after the end of that period for another two days 01-feb-12 and 01-feb-12 ?
I'm using the following query :

Circular arrow on one of my email accounts goes around and around for 5 minutes or more and then popup says mail is going to quit. Nothing has come into this account for several weeks.

Safe Boot from the HD, (holding Shift key down at bootup), it will try to repair your Disk Directory while the spinning radian is happening, so let it go, run Disk Utility in Applications>Utilities, then highlight your drive, click on Repair Permissions, then move these folder & file to the Desktop.
Move this Folder to the Desktop...
/Users/YourUserName/Library/Caches/Mail/
Move this file to the Desktop...
/Users/YourUserName/Library/Mail/Envelope Index
Reboot.
If that doesn't help & you can afford to redo any Mail Rules...
Trash these files...
/Users/YourUserName/Library/Mail/... MessageRules.plist and MessageRules.plist.backup
Then if need be with the backup, Import emlx to mbox, See if this helps...

There is no customizing option in F1 help option. I also try to search in IMG there is also no link for the same.

Not sure what you are looking for, but if the invoice has Frieght accounting, offset account will be Receivable account which you can find in the transaction type window as well.
In simple advance invoice, Receivables account Dr and rest of the accounts Cr.

Enabling alternate account for specific accounts

Hi all,
Because of a project requirement we are to map two accounts (say A, B) with alternate accounts (say A1,A2,A3 with A and say B1,B2B3 with B). Currently alternate accounts are not used in production. In test environments we enabled alternate account at 'Installation Options' and 'Ledger for a unit' definition. Created alt accounts and mapped with accounts.
On the basis of account alt account combination tax applicable is calculated.
When we edit the journal in GL now, it gives error "The mapping between Account and AltAcct is invalid." for any journal line containig accounts other than A or B. Is therer any way by which we can avoid this error for journal lines containing accounts A or B. Or to validate the journal.
Otherwise if we have say 700 accounts in all in production, then creating alternate account for each account and mapping and analyzing the impact of the same gets beyond the scope of the project. Please help or suggest with any ideas.

Syncronization: How can i store mail for different accounts remotely, and copy most important mails manually to local folders on two devices?

Hello. I have two devices and two accounts, so what i want is this:
I only want to store mail from both accounts in a remote place and copy most important mails to local folders.
(I will be grateful for any ideas as to where/how this "cloud" can be - specially free places)
* Can I have a copy of these local folders in both devices and the remote storage?
* Could i synchronize devices so that: when i move a mail to a local folder in any device, its copied to the same folders in
the other device and the remote storage place?
* The remote storage place will have many other folders. When I open Thunderbird, I also want to see these and the mail
inside, and also be able to move mail from the inbox to these folders.
* One of the accounts is gmail. In Account Setting tool, there is an option for synchronization. If there is no easier way, I can have mail for other account copied to gmail, and just syncronize gmail mail. For this, how will I copy my present folder structure to gmail. And how can I syncronize the local folders on the two devices?

The first awkwardness I see is that there's no obvious format in which to store messages remotely such that you can work with them in an email client. It may be possible to set the "Local Directory" option in the account in Thunderbird to point at some remote folder (DropBox comes to mind) but I have never tried this and I'd be nervous about what happens if connection can't be made, or if you happened to access it from two different places simultaneously. The other concern is that mail stores get big, quickly, and you'd be forever uploading and downloading large (multi gigabyte) files. Thunderbird stores what looks like a folder containing many separate messages as one big file, so there's no simple opportunity for incremental changes to be up/down loaded.
The whole idea of Local Folders in Thunderbird is to detach messages from servers, so they don't track what happens on servers. I say this to point out the distinction between files stored locally and permanently ("Local Folders"), versus cached copies of online files ("synchronized"). It's not safe to regard your synchronized folders as permanent.
So, synchronized folders on an IMAP server are "mirrored" in Thunderbird so you do have a local (albeit temporary and transient) copy of messages; this is done mainly to avoid repeatedly downloading messages if you re-read them, and it makes searching faster an more efficient. But these "synchronized" message track what's being done on the server, and so if they are deleted anywhere, all synchronized devices will at some point also see the deleted messages vanishing. (Unless you made a local copy in the Local Folders account.)
I use a gmail account pretty much as you have described; I copy or move messages to that account so they are visible in my phone, my tablet, my own laptop and my works computer. It's free, and it's "in the cloud"; the only reservation I have is its privacy. There are other providers (e.g. 1&1/gmx) who don't seem to have the data collection fetish that google thrives on.
It's fairly simple to create filters in Thunderbird to automatically copy messages to your "cloud account"; even better is to set up forwarding rules on the other accounts' servers, so your messages are automatically sent on and waiting for you when you next login, already in the cloud account.

How to set multiple senders for one account

I have a BIS account with my provider and a paid gmail account which collect for me mails from different address. Is it possible to set multiple senders for this account, thus it seems that I'm replying from one of these address and not only from my google address? In fact, it's important for me also that all mails come out from the same SMTP server (google).

For the BlackBerry to "send using" a specific email account, it must be set up on your BIS account as an email account, otherwise, you can send from that account.
You can do that, and then block ALL incoming emails from those accounts, and allow only incoming mail from your one Gmail account, if you desire.

How To Split the String for "."

Hi Friends
I am Using Following Code to Split one String.
String str = "Jeetendra.choudhary";
String[] sp_str = str.split(".");
wdComponentApi.getMessageManager.reportSuccess(str[0]);
wdComponentApi.getMessageManager.reportSuccess(str[1]);
but its throwing null pointer exception.
when i am using following code its working fine.

String[] sp_str = str.split("/");
wdComponentApi.getMessageManager.reportSuccess(str[0]);
wdComponentApi.getMessageManager.reportSuccess(str[1]);
what may be the issue and how to split the string with "." ?

Use

You can check here:
Launch iTunes and go to iTunes Store > Account (Quick Links section on the right) > Computer Authorizations
Each individual computer has to be deauthorized from iTunes on that computer: iTunes Store: About authorization and deauthorization
If you no longer have the computers, you can deauthorize all by clicking the Deauthorize All button to the right in the Accounts section mentioned above. Then simply re-authorize the computers you are currently using.
*Apple limits this option to once every 12 months.

Itunes account for sub account not allowed?

I'm trying to open a new itunes account for my daughter who has a sub account from our .Me "Family Pack". So far, I have been denied completing the sign up process. The error message is: "We are experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later". Does this mean sub accounts in a .Me "Family Pack" can not own individual itunes accounts? Does it mean one itunes account must be shared among all "Family Pack" members? If so, this seems very limiting for itunes business and not a good incentive for buying the .Me Family Pack. Can someone tell me if this is true or how Family Pack sub accounts can open their own itunes account. Thanks

If you want them to have access to songs and videos, even free ones, you will need to provide some sort of payment method to set up the account, if not a credit card than a prepaid iTunes card or gift certificate. Apple uses this as verification of the user's country of residence, something the content owners require of them.
If you only want your users to have access to free songs, you can set them up an account using your credit card, then remove the credit card information from the account. Then they will only be able to download free songs and videos, though if they attempt to purchase something that has a cost, it may allow the purchase, create a balance due, and "clog" up the works until the item is paid for in some way.
