Have you deleted your prefs?
From the Photoshop help files:
Restore all preferences to default settings
Do one of the following:
Press and hold Alt+Control+Shift (Windows) or Option+Command+Shift (Mac OS) as you start Photoshop. You are prompted to delete the current settings.
(Mac OS only) Open the Preferences folder in the Library folder, and drag the Adobe Photoshop CS Settings folder to the Trash.
New Preferences files are created the next time you start Photoshop.
If that does not work reinstall.

Sounds like your phone is carrier locked, presumably to a service provider in France. There is no way to use it with another carrier unless you can contact the original carrier and get them to unlock it. Only the carrier it is locked to can authorize an unlock - some will unlock some won't.
As far as using it jailbroken, you will not get support for that here. -

As I'm a fellow user I don't know when it might be fixed, but you could check that page occasionally to see when it's back up. -

Did you try to reset the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again? You will not lose data doing a reset.
If this does not work, set it up again as new device, without using the latest backup afterwards.

So I don't get any problems.
Apple aren't going to rush out to help you.
They are not going to tell you that their systems have failed & lost all your data. -
I store important info in my notes app on my Iphone 4S that I refer to daily. Some of my notes have 'disappeared' from my notes app. Any ideas how to retrieve my lost notes. I am up to date on my software. All notes are backed up to Icloud. I have approximately 74 notes on my iphone but Icloud is showing only 15!

It sounds like there’s an issue with Settings, the Notes app entry isn’t showing up as expected. Take a look at the article linked below and try restarting your iPhone 3GS.

The problem is: after I concluded the long process of migration my OS X is not working correctly. I have been worried since and have been trying to figure it out by going into forum and even apple's own support comunity!

PedroWelcome to the account number problem. Each user account has a number, starting with 501, 502 etc. Whereas Setup Assistant uses the first account (say 501) which is the same as the original data disk, later use of Migration Assistant creates a new user account (say 502), so cannot then communicate with the old data.

i had to have my computer fixed and had to reinstall my iturnes and now it won't let me burn or put any of my music that i had imported. the only thing i have found is to delete them and reimport does anyone have any ideas how to fix this without delete my whole library i have over 10000 songs and this will take me days.

Frankly, the only thing that should need to be done it restore the iTunes folder from the backup onto the computer. There is no reason to add or import anything. -

I recently changed my iphone 4 passcode, soon i forgot it, i have tried and tried to remember but i cant.so now my iphone is disabled. i tried backing up my iphone on itunes but it told me that i need to turn off "find my iphone" on my device which i cant access, i ive looked online and i found out that i can go onto icloud and earase it that way. So i did, it then told me that it will be erased when my iphone is connected to the internet, sadly it is not connected. I dont know what to do. I would appreciate the help
If you forgot (or don't know) your passcode, restore the device with your backup on the last computer it was synced with when the passcode was turned on... this will remove the passcode.
If you do not have access to the last computer it was synced with, or you've never synced, you will have to force it into recovery mode & restore as a new device or with an old backup if one is available.

itunes has sent a lot of my music into iCloud. I have not asked for this. I can't log on to icloud, since I only have an ipod. How do I get my music back? It seems to have disappeared from my computer.
I have read the the advice you gave, and I had already tried that. It did not help.
When I tried to download an album with nine songs, (I have paid for the complete album), two songs were missing. One of them has showed up/disappeared a couple of times, but with a cloud/arrow-symbol next to it, what I thought to be a symbol for downloading from the cloud. When I click it, it starts a downloading process, and then I am told it cannot be done, "please try again later". The other song is nowhere to be seen. The song with the cloud/arrow-symbol, I bought 3 times, once with the album, twice just the song. That didn't change matters. iTunes tells me I have downoladed all songs I have purchased.
I do not really understand why you do not understand what I am writing, I only describe what happens when I use iTunes.
If a person want to use iCloud, one needs an iPhone, iPad or an iPod Touch. That information is not given until you have downloaded and installed the iCloud program. That is why I have it on my computer, but cannot use it. To set up an iClod account, you have to connect one of the above mentioned devices. I don't have one, so I cannot do it.
If you want the (13013) problem explained, I suggest you google it. I am not the only one to have that problem.
I am thankful that you spend time on trying to help me, but I cannot explain things clearer than this. -

I guess you could try but I don't believe Apple can help with activation lock issues. They may, however, be able to determine if the Apple ID belongs to one of you and reset the password for you if you can prove your identity.
You might want to try calling Apple by going to https://expresslane.apple.com; click 'More Products and Services, then 'Apple ID'. In the next page select 'Other Apple ID Topics' then 'Lost or forgotten Apple ID password'. Perhaps they can help determine if it's your ID and reset the password for you (and they probably have more expertise in doing this than the Apple store). -

Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.) No data/files will be erased. http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1430

Acrobat XI won't recognize scanner
I installed Acrobat XI replacing Acrobat 9 and the program won't recognize my scanner. Setup: Windows 7 x64, Canon MG6120 All other programs, to include Photoshop, work fine with the scanner. The scanner works in other user profiles (for Acrobat XI)
