  • ATP Globla report

    Hi buddies:
Please help me about a tcode or standar report, where I can get a complete view for masive materials in order to ATP quantities.
I need be able to consult the "stock" but considerering the ATP rules, I've already the setting, but i need a report like a MB52 or something like that.
Thank you very much in advance
    OP

    Omar,
If "complete view for masive materials in order" refers to production order then SAP ECC/ R/3 has standard Tcode : COMAC. This will enable you to do the collective availbility check for plant or for certain group of desired orders or a single order.
This avail check in the production order would look at the ATP rules set ( ex. look for stock, incomming pur orders, incomming production orders etc...).
One can then go to T code : CO24 to get shortage materials at plant or order level.
In my answer I am assuming by orders you mean production orders. If yes then above 2 tcodes is what you would need.
If you have more questions please come back.
    Thanks,
    Ram

  • STO quantity not in ATP CO09

    Hello,
I made "Stock transport order" - "UB" and I can't see it in CO09 (Availibility check). I have assigned delivery type to checking rule". Could you tell me what else must be done?
In that moment CO09 runs well after NL delivery is made, but it is to late.
    Any suggestions?
    Best regards,
    /MK..
Edited by: Maciej Kromolicki on Jan 25, 2009 12:16 PM

    Hi,
I created a STO and executed CO09 - there was no problem, the STO appeared.
In selection screen of CO09 I used checking rule "01". When you enter the transaction you can choose "
Scope of check" button to see what are the settings behind your availability group & checking rule combination (this can be set in transaction OVZ9 - SPRO > Sales > Basic Functionc > AC and TR > AC > AC with ATP Logic or AP > Carry Out Control for AC).
If I removed the flag from "Incl. purchase orders" checkbox, no PO and STO were diaplyed.
    This is just one idea...

    Csaba

OVA9 Create entries for each sold-to customer for which you will receive EDI schedule releases. At implementation, the only field that needs to be maintained is "Check PO number," which causes SAP to make sure that the PO number sent on the release matches the PO number on the schedule agreement. This transaction updates table T663A. SAP will not post an EDI schedule release, if this record is missing.
OVAI Create entries for each Vendor / Partner description combination. (Vendors must match sold-to Acct. at Cust., and Partner descriptions must match ship-to Partner descriptions.) This transaction updates table T661W. SAP uses this table to determine the schedule agreement sold-to partner.
OVAJ If you would like SAP to post schedule requirements using discrete dates only, instead of weekly and/or monthly buckets, you can indicate the days of the week that you deliver to this customer. SAP will divide the customer's quantity for a week or month evenly into the days of the week specified by the distribution function code. This code must be sent in the DELINS IDoc in field E1EDP16-ETVTF.

  • Sales Order taking allocation

    Hi Gurus,
I have one sales order that has all its items with a reason for rejection.
The sales order does not exist in APO (it can be visualized with any of the ATP repair reports). But if I check the /SAPAPO/SDP94 I can see the quantity of this sales order as Sales Order Quantity.
How can I delete this quantity?
    Why is this happening?
    I have ran the reports:
/SAPAPO/ATPQ_CHKCUST - Product Allocation Assignment by Sales Order  --> to check whether the sales order exists in APO or not
/SAPAPO/ATPQ_CHKUSG - Product Allocation Assignment Check --> to check if exists a Assignment without order item
    what else can I check?
Has anyone tested the report /SAPAPO/OM_REORG_ATP? I did it in my quality environment but the report does not returns any information but the loops executed.
    Thanks in advanced
    Best regards
    -Italo

    Hi Rajendra,
    Are you referring IS Retail?
If so, Allocation tables are used in Push Scenario. Based on allocation table, users can create Purchase Order not Sales Orders.

  • Standard Report -  ATP Failed Sales Orders

Please let me know if there is a standard report to get the list of ATP failed sales orders.
In a case where customer requested delivery date has not confirmed and a new delivery date confirmed which leads another schedule line of the material.
My requirement is to get the list of all the ATP failed sales orders, where we have two different schedule lines for a material under Item level u2013 u2018schedule linesu2019 tab view.
    Your time highly appreciated.
    Thanks & Regards,
    Victor.

    Hi,
    Proceed as below:
    - Go to SE16
    - Input VBEP
    - Input ' 01 to 02' in Schedule Line Number field
    - Input other data as per your requirement or you can add more fields in selection from settings
    - Then execute
From above you can get all the documents for which there were two schedule lines generated.

  • No change of Quantity in ATP report for Return Purchase order

    Hi,
There is an issue with ATP report. We have a customised report for ATP, the quanity is not changed in the ATP report for the return Purchase Order.
Will there be ATP carried out for the return purchaser orders.
    Regards,
    Jagadish

    hi,
this is to inform you that,
i think when goods are going from the company at that point of time ATP check it will do then when goods coming in to the company in form of returns at that point of time you dont need ATP check.
any how sit with ABAPER and debugg the program because if you are getting any values into Retuns ATP field.
that might be the issue with your requriment.

  • CO09 and BAPI_MATERIAL_AVAILABILITY for ATP Check

    Hi all,
    On R/3 4.6c...
I am trying to find if there is a BAPI or funciton module out there which I can use to get the material availability (ATP quantity) as per the results of CO09.
I looked at BAPI_MATERIAL_AVAILABILITY but the BAPI only accepts the checking rule. This does not have a switch to check with requirements. On CO09, there is a check box which allows us to check with requirements or not (With reqmts quants).
For my ATP check, I would like the system to assume that the total requirements quantity is taken into account during the availability check, rather than the quantities that have already been committed.
This is required for a system to system call hence the need for a BAPI or funciton module.
    Thanks for any help!
    Fred

    Hi,
You can get the ATP quantity by using function module 'AVAILABILITY_CHECK'.
       ls_atpcsx-matnr  = lt_ekpo-matnr.
       ls_atpcsx-werks  = 'D001'.
       ls_atpcsx-prreg  = '01'.
       ls_atpcsx-lgort  = 'CS'.
       ls_atpcsx-idxatp = '1'.
       ls_atpcsx-chkflg = 'X'.
       ls_atpcsx-bdter  = sy-datum.
       APPEND ls_atpcsx to lt_atpcsx.
       clear ls_atpcsx.
       CALL FUNCTION 'AVAILABILITY_CHECK'
         TABLES
           p_atpcsx            = lt_atpcsx
         EXCEPTIONS
           ERROR               = 1
           OTHERS              = 2.
       IF sy-subrc = 0.
         READ TABLE lt_atpcsx INTO ls_atpcsx INDEX 1.
         it_result_cspo-atpqty = ls_atpcsx-atpm1.
         REFRESH lt_atpcsx.
         clear ls_atpcsx.
       ENDIF.

  • CO09- structure to get the cumulative ATP quantity

    Hello,
Maybe someone knows the structure in which I can find the quantity which is displayed in the column of "***.ATP qty". I tried to find it in structure: ATPDSX
    Thanks a lot,
    Yael.

Here is the documentation associated with the BAPI. It does explain what you have to do in order to see the requirements from a certain date.
<i>Using this function module, you can determine the receipt quantity still available for a particular material in a certain plant according to ATP logic (MRPII).
The availability check is carried out on transferring the material number, the plant and the input table (WMDVSX). The scope of the check, that is, which stocks, receipts and issues are to be included in the check is defined by the combination of checking group (material master) and cheking rule. In the function module, the system uses the checking rule defined in Sales & Distribution (A). You can overrule this checking rule by using an interface or a user-exit (exit_saplw61v_001). A similar procedure is also valid for the plant parameters. The customer number in the user-exit means that the plant selection can be controlled via the customer. If no plant parameters are given via the interface, the system uses the parameter 'WRK' saved in the user's fixed values.
The results of the availability check are recorded in the output table (WMDVEX). This table contains dates and available receipt quantities (ATP quantities). The results of the check depends on the following entries:
<b>If no date and no quantity is transferred, the system displays the ATP situation from today's date into the future as the result.
If only a date and no quantity is transferred, the system displays the ATP situation from the corresponding date as the result.
If both a date and a quantity are transferred, the system calculates the availability situation for the quantity specified.</b>
In the last two cases, the parameter 'DIALOGFLAG' is supplied. This can result in the following:
    ' ' (blank) <=> quantity completely available
'X' <=> only partial quantity available or not available at
    all
'N' <=> Material not included in the availability check
(Material not relevant to the availability check)
The system also displays the end of the replenishment lead time (ENDLEADTME).
    </i>
    Check the bold text.

  • Report for materials with shortage (GATP)

    Hi,
We are using GATP for the cofirmation process. If you go to the CO09 transaction in the SAP-ERP system, it will take you to an APO screen. There are 2 fields (Receipts and Confirm quantities) on this screen; when Confirm quantities is greater than Receipts it shows that the material has a shortage.
Is there any report in APO that shows me the materials with shortage (Confirm quantities greater than Receipts)?
    Thanks a lot

    777,
Such info requirements are usually handled with the Alert monitor.
/SAPAPO/AMON_SETTING, create an alert type ATP, Availability check shortage.

  • How to retreive data from structure MDEZ in T.code CO09

As per our requirement 2 new columns are needed in a customize report .i.e
    - u201Cinc. lot dateu201D
    - u201Cavailable inc. lotu201D
u201Cinc. lot dateu201D:to get the values for inc.lot.date
From second screen of CO09(program: SAPLATP4 and screen number: 400) pick first date where MRP element is u201CPOitemu201D, u201CShpgNtu201D or u201CPrdOrdu201D.
u201Cavailable inc. lotu201D: to get the values for available inc.lot
Pick u201CCum. ATP QTyu201D from the same row.
These data are stored in structure MDEZ. Actually I want dat00 and MNG04 based on field DELB0. If DELB0 filed is POitem or Prdord or ShpgNt then only I should retrieve the dat00 and MNG04. IF there are more than one POitem in MRP element then we should pick the first POitems' mrp date and *** ATP qty  .Can you please help me out how to get these data from the structure MDEZ.
input parameters to get the values are material number and plant.

    Hi,
First of all data is never stored in structure so there is no way you can retrive data from structure.
you are looking into the screen field and it is not mandatory that it will always point to a table.
Now  the qestion remains how to get the data ?  you need to find database table for that field there are many ways like SE84 or SE11 where used etc.
Try to find the table if you still have the problem feel free to get back.

I need a back order report that will check on open sales order item (not confirm due to insufficient stock) and then lookup whether the open item had arrived and then recommend to User which Sales order to confirm the line item.

    Hi
Try Tcode CO09 to view the ATP quantities. The ATP quantities are the Available To Promise - which are not assigned to any sales orders or customers and are free for sale.
