Auto adding email accounts to users Outlook

Hi guys,
We use Microsoft Exchange 2013 (as well as Outlook 365) to manage our email accounts.
When we add a 2nd email account to a users account the user still has to manually add the email account in Outlook. Is there a way or setting where if we add an email account to a users mailbox it will automatically populate in their Outlook?

Hi,
are you adding 2nd email account as extra profile or additional mailbox?
Run this command to enabled automapping:
Add-MailboxPermission -Identity “[email protected]”
-User “[email protected]” -AccessRights FullAccess -InheritanceType All -Automapping $true.
If you grant access for another mailbox thru acces groups,automapping wont work.It has to be granted directly or use the abow command.

The iPad's Mail app has no provisions for creating groups. However, you can use a third party app that many users recommend.

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
Or this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.

Email accounts in one outlook 2010 profile issue

Hello all;
I hope I have reached to the correct forum.
We are using 1and1.co.uk as the email host. Hence no exchange server.
My client has 2 different email accounts set on outlook 2010. One is his email which everyone sends and other account he uses to check othe financial details.
It has been set up few months ago and he dint have any issue until 4 days back he found out if anyone sends an email to him it goes to the inbox of other account. He says sometimes it leaves a copy and sometimes it only goes straight there.
Both accounts are in one outlook setup in his computer profile.
I had created a rule after this that all emails sent to [email protected] should go to the inbox of [email protected] But even then it is going to different inbox.

Which type of email account are you using? IMAP or POP3?
If you are using POP3 account, please check the delivery location of your mail account. To do this, click File > Account Settings > Account Settings > highlight your POP account and click the
Change Folder button on the bottom of the Account Setting wizard. Check if you have set the proper delivery location for the problematic mail account.
If the delivery location is set properly, please try to create a new mail profile in Control Panel and reconfigure these two accounts in the new mail profile to check if the problem continues. See:

Secondary email accounts accessed via Outlook

Confused about Primary and Secondary accounts. Can I set up on BT.Yahoo a secondary account which I can set in Outlook so I can use it direct from PC without going to webmail? Have set up one secondary OK, but when using Desktop Help & I try to do auto-configure into Outlook it says that the account is already in use.
Have spent a lot of time with call centres without much clarity.

Is there a specific reason that you need to use Outlook? If not, try Mozilla Thunderbird (from the same people who make Firefox) as your email client instead - it is much more user friendly and very easy to set up multiple email accounts. Z10 not adding email accounts

i had added an imap email account to by blackberry yesterday. however, i faced issues with mails not being sent the entire day and though id better delete the email account and re-set-up.
What i have since found is that each time i try and add the same email address, i go through the entire motion of inputing the server etc data and press Done. Once the screen reverts back to the email accounts window, the new email address has not been set-up.
is there a way around this as i am unable to really use my BB Z10 at present without email.

Interesting, your BBM contacts should all be tied to your BlackberryID, so they should come back. Some other users have seen this issue, one was in this thread here and they seemed to have success restoring them by entering airplane mode and switching back out, which essentially turns off all of the radios and then pops them all back on.
Maybe that will work, although your issue seems slightly different so maybe it won't help?

Sending Email to system user outlook email

hi guys,
i am developing a program and there are validations and error messages should be populated in a Internal table itab_error and report this error to screen and email this error to system user outlook email.
can any one please help me how to do this entire process of populating error messages into internal table and sending these errors to system user outlook email
and also tell me what are the configuration steps needed before sending error messages to system user outlook email because i heard before sending error messages to system user outlook email, i need to configure going into some transaction.
can any one please help me because this is urgent requirement

thanks for your reply, but the program you sent will send attachments to user email but what i need is Error messages captured in internal table itab_error should be sent automatically to user outlook email.

Added email account, don't want separate inbox, etc.

What a PITA! I just registered, spent a while typing, responded to confirmation email, spent a while more typing, and got "Access Denied" when I hit submit. Everything I had typed is gone, and I have to start all over again! I repeat - PITA! The re-type will be a bit more bare-bones. I hope it's enough to get help.
I've been using Tbird since 2009. 4 email accounts, all pop3 configured to use a single Local Folders Inbox. I use popfile to classify/sort incoming mail & message filters to move them into 20+ different folders under Local Folders. It's been working perfectly for years.
I just added another gmail account, configured EXACTLY like the others. But the new one shows up as a separate account above Local Folders in the folder list, with its own inbox & trash folders. NONE of the other 4 accounts show up there. I get duplicates of all incoming mail on this new account - 1 in the account's own inbox, and 1 in the "common" inbox that then gets moved into the correct local folder by the message filter. And the extra account in the folder list causes a couple folders to "fall off" the bottom of my screen. I've set it up VERY carefully so everything fits on my screen WITHOUT SCROLLING. Except that it DOESN'T fit anymore!
What have I done wrong?

Nevermind - I FINALLY found it. Under advanced server settings - use other account's inbox. It's been TOO long since I set up all those other accounts!

Manual method is a difficult task .You can easily transfer your mails from the Thunderbird to MS Outlook using third party conversion software.i faced the same problem.i tried the following utility. Trying to import contacts from added email account?

I Have added a Gmail email account in Settings, which a colleague has been using to communicate with our choir members. I have ensured Contacts is on ( showing green). When I go into my contacts, I cannot see any of the new contacts, although I can address an email, if I start to type in a name in the address field, it presents option of email address. So, it seems the contacts are there somewhere just not showing. I need to set up groups within these contacts, so obviously need to see them in order to do this. I do select "Show All contacts" when in my Contacts. I have also tried un ticking other emails in Contacts, and just leaving this email address contacts ticked, but it says there are no contacts! Can anyone help please.

Assuming you have an iOS device, do the following:
Add your Google contacts to your iOS device as explained here: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/2753077.
If you are syncing contacts with iCloud on your iOS device, go to Settings>iCloud, turn Contacts to Off and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (they will still be in iCloud).
Download the app My Contacts Backup. Use this on your iOS device to backup the Google contacts as a vCard attachment to an email that you send to yourself. Confirm that you have received the email.
Go to Settings>iCloud and turn Contacts to On.
Go to Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendars>Default Account (in the Contacts section), set this to iCloud.
Go to Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendars...tap your Gmail account and turn Contacts to off.
Open the My Contacts Backup email and tap the attachment to import the Google contacts back to your device and to iCloud. You can delete the Gmail account now if you don't want to use it.

BBerry Curve 8310 Adding Email Account

Hello, I've used a BBerry Curve 8310 with T Mobile for 2 years with enterprise account, works great, added and removed email addresses as needed.
The "Add/Remove Email Address" feature is no longer on the main page, seems to have disappeared. I tried "Show All", it is not hidden, just not there.
Tried to add an email account through Setup Wizard, not working.
A) Is there a way to add back the Add/Remove Email Address feature?
B) Is there another means of adding/removing an email address?

Limit or issues with adding email account to iphone 4 AND Macbook Pro

Is there a limit to email accounts on iphone 4... I tried to add a 4th email account to iphone 4 AND to my email program on MacBook Pro. It worked for a couple days and not both say user name or pass is incorrect. I CAN check email from gmail.com STRANGE! :/ Annoyed

think all do that same deal when changing network if you're driving
it's not the speakers it's the wire connecting the device with the speakers
it will act as a neutral antenna and receive the harmonics from the gsm signals when they get a sms or change network and that will play in the speakers
maybe you could look into a very very very shielded cable 3.5mm cable which would be protected from those harmonics or maybe you should look into external speakers which use bluetooth a2dp profile

Disable adding email account iPhone

I have Restrictions enabled on my 14 year old son's iphone 3g (running iOS 4.2) but have been unable to configure the restrictions so he CANNOT add an email account (and subsequently send and receive email). There is a setting that makes it possible turn Allow Changes for Accounts to OFF which DOES seem to prevent someone from changing the settings on an existing email account but it DOES NOT prevent someone from launching the Email App and adding an email account (in the Welcome to Mail screen where all of the various email providers are listed). Anyone know what to do?

Well that may be what was intended (which makes sense) but that is NOT what I am experiencing. I have enabled "Restrictions" and in the section titled "Allow Changes:" I have turned "Accounts" to OFF.
When I launch the Mail app, I get a "Welcome to Mail" screen which has the following options:
Microsoft Exchange
mobileme
Gmail
Yahoo!
Aol.
Other
I can then easily add my Gmail and Yahoo accounts. I can not, however, delete them once they've been added.
Is this a bug in iOS 4.2 or am I missing something?

ITunes doesn't sync email accounts phone-to-Outlook

The old computer is dead, the new computer now has Outlook 2010, the iPhone has several email accounts it knows about, it got that information from the old computer when it still worked, I can't get iTunes to copy account information from the iPhone to Outlook on the new machine. Is it possible? I account syncing only one way? (computer to iPhone)
It has synced contacts, done a backup, copied apps, there are no error messages.
I have the Sync Mail Accounts from Outlook setting selected on the iTunes "Info" tab. But the account information is not being copied.

What can be selected under the Info tab for your iPhone sync prefereces with iTunes for an email account or accounts is for transferring the email account settings only from your computer to your iPhone so you don't have to manually create the account with the iPhone's Mail app. This only needs to be selected once. After the email account settings have been transferred to your iPhone, this can be deselected. This does not have to remain selected since there is nothing gained and no benefit with leaving this selected.
