Auto email multiple copies to multiple user as per filter

Hello all ,
I am developed a report
as below
Auto email status report to particular Heads if store proc returns data for him .
I can make a copy of report for one head using his division filter and user_id
and if store proc returns data for him so email to him ..
same thing for multiple users with same store proc can return the data and email
but i dont getting how can i do this...?
Please (Visakh 16) and others help on this

Hi,
I think you should create one Delivery Profile, with multiple Email Devices. Within the Delivery Profile you should add all the Email Devices you want to use.
If this Delivery Profile is active, you can add Active Devily Profile as the User Destination on the Destination page of the iBot.
Otherwise you can check if it works when you select 'Email' as the Specific Device.

The original problem was when a temporary error occurred in sending one of the addresses, and we didn't handle that properly. Happened sometimes when Brightmail was involved.
Since these are not Messaging lists, but Outlook lists, it's entirely possible that it's Outlook that's not handling the errors correctly.

How to auto login multiple users on boot?

I have mac mini and have users with autostart some programs. But autostart is only when i login on this account.
So now only i can login in to each account and when switch to next account. But it is not good.

Yeah, I'm a big believer in just keeping the machine running, but unfortunately the machine ends up freezing up a few times a month and then it hours of agony as the family complains they can't log into their accounts..etc. I'm going to try updating the hard drive to one of the new Seagate Hybride SSD/HDD drives to help speed the machine up overall. No worries, I've been cleaning off the machine trying to make it run a little smoother (2011 iMac 27", 16GB Ram, 2.97 i7) until I can get a new machine that's a little beffier (the new Mac Pro let's just say).

Multiple user id per user

HI guys we are implementing concurrent employement solution of SAP. Under that solution in certain circumstance user will be having multiple sap id. My question is ... Is CC 5.2 capable of reporting SOD conflicts taking into a/c all the sap id of user.. For eg
User A has threee different id to log into SAP id ie xyz,, pqr, lmn.. CAn CC calibrator anyway consider all these three as one and report accordingly..
continuing with my example .. id xyz has vendor create access,, id pqr has processing payment access. and lmn has access to goods receipt.. Is there any way in CC where CC report SOD conflict considering all the SAP id of a person together..

Thsi is tough luck.:(.
Even 'I tried for the same today, both with "User Group "and "Custom User Groups" but the report output in both cases is "User wise".
Another workaround can be if you simulate one of these users by adding the roles which all the other users have, if this can be presented and sold to the management in this manner. Thus in this case you need to give two reports to the management:
1. Having all the User IDs with roles associated to each User ID.
2. Result of simulation, when you add all the roles which are there with each of these users to a particular user ID.
It's just a way I can think of you can achieve it. If you come accross any other workaround, would request you to share with us too as this is a very Particular problem, which might not be faced generally by many people.

it will be a good idea to break down the email that you are sending into groups/batches. If possible, you can send email to DL s
Else, you can segregate the users based on roles and send emails. This will reduce the load. Hope it helps

Temporarily disabling specific email accounts for phone shared by multiple users

Hi all and thank-you in advance for any potential help!
My company has a Blackberry "Style Flip" 9670 for our sales-people traveling in Northern Canada in the Yukon area. This phone goes with whoever is going on that particular trip, however it has 5 different email accounts associated with it for the 3 users that share it.
I don't know if this is possible with a Blackberry or not, but we would love if there was an easy way to temporarily disable the email accounts that do not belong to the person carrying the phone at that point in time.
The way it is now, we have User A (2 email accounts), User B (2 email accounts), and User C (1 email account) sharing this phone. If 'User C' is presently up north and has the phone and sends an email to 'User A' and 'User B', the email is still received on the shared BB for both 'User A' & 'User B' and wastes a lot of precious bandwidth. The main dilema is the two users with multiple accounts on that phone receive a ton of emails daily. This means 'User C' may have 1 crucial email waiting to be received, but has to wait for all of 'User A' & 'User B's' emails to be received before getting the important email.
Is there a way without deleting the accounts each time to turn certain email accounts on and off? Any help is much appreciated!

Multiple users responsible selection in QM01 to send the email

Hi,
In QM01 we use to create the notification as per the notification type. We are using Noti. Type Q6 (Finance Notification). In the Partner field we used to put number of person responsible and then we used to click on the SEND EMAIL , a screen pop up and from this screen we have to select the user responsible to send the email.
Now we want to select the multiple users responsible at a time not one by one. Request you to please let us know if any setting is there so that we can select the multiple users at a time to send the email.

    I want to send an email to multiple user, I use the FM:SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_SEND_API1,
this FM can to mutiple user's email address ,but it can not re-set the email sender.
another FM is: EFG_GEN_SEND_EMAIL, this FM can re-set the email sender and email receiver, but this only can send one email to one receiver.
My question is, can anyone tell me how to send email to mutiple user,

I am working on the requirement where I need to create workflow in which I am sending email to multiple users. I have receiver list in a 'Z' Table. So I have to fetch those users from the 'Z' table on some conditions and send emails to them. I am send email to single user mentioned statically in Receipent box but I need to find the receivers dynamically and not able to send email to multiple users.
Please help me in this.

Hi Ketan,
First af all create one MULTILINE container in your workflow say LT_EMAIL. its type should be SOXNA-FULLNAME.
Then thorugh some activity step, fill all the recepient's email addresses in workflow container LT_EMAIL. Then create one activity step type to send an email using SENDRASKDESCRIPTION method of business object SELFITEM. in the ADDRESSSTRING pass the multiple container LT_EMAIL and in TYPEID pass 'U'.

As said,
Reports9i is better than Reports6i as far as sending emails is concerned. Reports9i allows you to send Reports in different formats as email attachements (PDF v3 is only one option). You can set subject, cc, bcc and some body text the way you want it. The Reports server only needs the address of a SMTP Server and you are ready to go. In Reports6i this is a bit more limited as you are not able to provide your own subject and body texts.
I know that you can do this with PL/SQL from teh databae, but never tried it before.
There is another option, which is to use a Java Bean in Forms for email. Thsi only works on the Web and a demo is included in teh Forms9i demos that can be downloaded from OTN. Though the demo is written for Forms9i it should work with Forms6i as well (not the Forms demo files because they are created in Forms9i).

finally I got a solution
Identified a workaround to solve the issue using SharePoint designer.
Step 1
Create a lookup list Example department
Columns
Title (by default) – Single line of text
Users – Person or Group
Emails – Multiple lines of text
hidden the Emails column (go to content type and set the column as hidden)
Create a SharePoint designer Workflow
Start Workflow automatically when an item is created
Also Start Workflow automatically when an item is changed
Workflow Stage 1
Set Emails to current Item: Users
The workflow will get all users email ids and add in the Emails column delimiter as semicolon.
Step 2
Create a custom list to get the email ids and send email
Create a lookup column ex: analysis and refer department list, Allow multiple values
Then Create a SharePoint designer workflow
