Auto generated calls from ipcc UCCX?

Dear All,
I am using ipcc version 8.5. i have to add an feature in the contact center in which the system will auto generate calls to the customers for complaint managment and play a prompt with menu options that if complaint is resolved press one if not press 2.
I am new to ipcc so please can anybody help with proper steps to make it working.
we have a outbound licesnse.i tried another way doing it via a campaign but when i added a new compaign only agent based option was available so i am not left with the option to make ivr campaign for that.
the second option is i tried to make a http triggered application. but i really dont know how to make it work. how to use get http info in the script and place call method.
if any one can explain it in a simple way with proper steps it would be really appreciated.
Best Regards
Bureera Sabir

According to the 2nd article - I've created an empty Company_Phone_Number_Normalization_Rules.txt file and placed it in the Lync file share, in order to avoid any suspicion that the built-in file might be used. I've updated the address book but unfortunately
can't restart the FE services at this time. There's no still no change in the client.
Yet - the problem here is the numbers shown aren't present in the files making up the Lync address book inside the local user's sip profile folder.

  • System Condition is not picked from TL while generating calls from Plan

    Hi,
I've marked System condition field at work order header as required.
However, the system doesn't pick up that field from Task List when generating call from maint plan.. that would still be not populated therefore preventing e.g. from bulk release..
Do you know why is that? looks like a system bug or so..

    Hi Paul,
I have to revive that topic..
defining system condition as decribed before seems to be working only for work order being called from maintenance plan
on the other hand, for notification generated from plan and then transformed to work orders defining system condition at task list details at item level  does not work..
also ,defining system condition at TL header doesn't help (like in order example)..
at the same time, defining system condition at operation level are getting transferred to order with no problem..
    do you have an idea?
    Thanks in advance

  • Auto generate mask from motion?

I have a clip of a person walking around a scene and a clip without them walking around(the background). I want to apply a different color to the walking person so I will obviously need a mask around them on the top layer. How can I auto generate a mask of the moving person instead of frame by frame mask readjustment?
Is there a track motion and auto move mask tool?

    Yikes! That sounds complicated...
Welcome to the world of motion graphics and compositing.
Basically I have a blank room video layer at the bottom. Above that I have transparent footage of the same room with a person walking across. I want that footage on the top layer to be a moving mask that follows only the person. Then I want to apply an effect to that moving person mask and make then blue (they are already transparent). Is this possible?
Sorry, your terminology is a little vague, so it's not clear what you have or what you are trying to achieve.  What do you mean by "Transparent footage"?
I'm assuming you have a back plate of your room environment, plus a second layer of footage which contains a person walking around in the room - framed exactl the same.
As Mylenium said, use the Difference Matte effect to generate a matte of the walking person.  You may be able to directly use the matte for your purposes and just key the character out of the background.  If you truly need a mask, you will need to use the Auto Trace function to generate the mask from your matte.

  • Problem with redirect script when calling from external - UCCX

    Hi,
I have a problem with external calls not being redirected when the call comes from an external that begins with a certain prefix on teh ANI.
The call path goes PSTN - VGW - UCM SUB - UCCX.
To give you info this should be redirected to a auto attendant on unity but it just hits the fourth option unsuccessful.
If i change it to match an internal ANI and test it works.
What trace and log do i look at to see the call coming in from the UCM and what is happening with it why this is failing when it trys to redirect a call coming from external?
I have also attached my script.
    Thanks for the help.

    Hi Martin Braun,
Go to GUI status which you set in the PBO of your screen,
    and open "Function Keys" part.
You should have set function key F4 for a button on your GUI status,
delete this button and create with another function key again.
    I hope it helps.

  • Installing components using auto-generated plans from Jython CLI

    Hi All,
for specific reasons, we want to install a set of components with fixed signatures from Jython CLI, but without appropriate plans. In fact, we want to simulate the behavior that we know from Plugin UI, i.e. linking directly to an installer of a component.
We figured the following steps are necessary within CLI code:
    1) For the targeted component generate an appropriate install plan using 'pdb.p.genplan' command. This unfortunately does not create the plan within the system, but rather has to be redirected to a file.
    2) Import the previously generated plan using 'pdb.p.ci' command from this file.
    3) run the plan using fixed signature to install component
    4) eventually remove the plan.
Now, the problem is, that step 1) generates a plan targeted for the folder '/system/autogen', but step 2) fails on importing the plan there, because the folder is owned by the system plugin. So we would end up parsing the XML file, replacing path and so on .... We definately don't want to reinvent the wheel, here.
    Any help appreciated!!!
    Regards,
    Frank

First of all, thanks for the super-fast reply.
We got around with parsing using the xml.dom.minidom package in Python. Three more lines and poorer performance, but nothing you can measure against the CLI performance itself ;-)
I like the idea of using a template plan, as you suggested, because the generated ones bear another problem: We have to pipe in the plan parameters, which we don't know for sure, except for one, that is the 'markOnly' flag. So this might get us around piping in stupid dummy params.
How exactly do you wait for the plan completion? We use 'pe.p.lo', but don't know how to figure out, if it was successful or not, at all. No return code this time, and stdout isn't filled in markOnly=true mode.

  • Need to Auto generate bookmarks from MS Access

I have a report that I can turn into a pdf but I can't get Adobe Acrobat to make bookmarks for me automatically.  The first field on the page I need for the bookmarks are uses a distinctive font, font size, and color.  I can manually make a bookmark for each page but I have over 90 bookmarks to make and it takes too long.  I need Acrobat to make the bookmarks but am having trouble.  Please tell me how I can do this efficiently.  Thanks.

    Hi,
Adobe PDFMaker for MS Access permits creation of "Bookmarks".
Open PDFMaker configuration to select it.
With that said, the Bookmark (in the PDF) comes from the MS Access report title/caption.
Unfortunately, Bookmarks associated with fields in a record are not supported.
    Be well...

  • How do you remove or change auto generated text in returned form e-mails?

    Hello,
I am currently using Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional (Version 8.1.3) to create a form that will be sent to a group of people.  When testing it, I've noticed that when the end user presses the "SUBMIT FORM" button and a new e-mail opens with the completed form attached, the following text is automatically added to the body of the e-mail:
    Form Returned: XXXXXXX.pdf
Instructions to add this form to a data set:
    1. Double-click the attachment.
    2. Acrobat will prompt you to select a data set.
What I need to know is whether or not there is a way to either prevent this auto generated text from appearing or revise it so it gives a custom message instead.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
    Regards,
    Jeff

It sounds like you are getting a basic message that is telling you submitting the PDF is unnecessary and asking if you want to submit the data instead. I have not seen this one before, but that is my guess. If you are using the form fields created in Acrobat (not Designer), then just select FDF or XML for the data type to be submitted, not the form.

  • Auto generate apex pages based on metadata

If you want to generate actual Apex pages through code, you can take a look at ApexGen:
    http://code.google.com/p/apexgen/
If you just want to create dynamic pages (ie dynamic content on a page), just use one or more PL/SQL Regions on your page and render whatever you need on the page, possibly in combination with the APEX_ITEM package.

  • HOW TO GET AUTO GENERATED PRIMARY ID KEY BACK FROM AN INSERT STATEMENT IN .

Just recently I ran into a problem with what seems to be a deficiency in the Oracle Database. When trying to return an auto-generated key as is done in Microsoft's SQL database, it seems Oracle for whatever reason didn't add this capability, the key couldn't be passed back to the .Net call. After tinkering with the .Net software and talking with the Oracle techs, a decent work around to the problem (presented here) comes fairly close. Two things have to be done first before this will work. A sequence has to be created on the Oracle DB. Also a trigger has to be created against the table the keys are going to be returned from.
The class works by passing to the function 'update_datasets_return' a DataSet with as many tables as you want. The function spins through the tables and put the keys in each row inserted. It's assumed the first row will either be the primary key or some numeric value. This can be changed by modifying the: dt.Columns(0).ColumnName
Notice the word Inserted. On Updates and Deletes the key value is ignored because it's already present. The routine just updates the database as usual.
So in other words you could send a table to the function with rows inserted, deleted, or updated and it will take care of them all. One routine for all.

' With respect to a sequence, the CACHE option specifies how many sequence

' a sequence with a CACHE is that if a system failure occurs, all cached
' sequence values that have not be used, will be "lost". This results in
' a "gap" in the assigned sequence values. When the system comes back up,
' Oracle will CACHE new numbers from where it left off in the sequence,
' ignoring the so called "lost" sequence values.
' Note: To recover the lost sequence values, you can always execute an
' ALTER SEQUENCE command to reset the counter to the correct value.
' NOCACHE means that none of the sequence values are stored in memory.
' This option may sacrifice some performance, however, you should not encounter
' a gap in the assigned sequence values.

If you need a working program of how this works, let me know.

Oh my god, it is too long! You definitely check out types, casting and especially ODP.Net (it does everything for you)... etc. They can help you to simplify your code. I do not have enough time to copy paste it to Studio and understand and solve your issue, so I got title of your message as your main question.
In Oracle, you can create an autonumber field by using sequences object. This is really useful when you need to create a unique number to act as a primary key.
    Basically you can create a sequence simply typing;
    CREATE SEQUENCE MY_SEQUENCE;
    now you have a sequence called "MY_SEQUENCE"... Then, I advice you select a number from sequence;
    select MY_SEQUENCE.nextval from dual;
I said I advice actually kinda must, although it called sequence, I cannot be sequential. Do not even try to predict the value. You can be sure that it is unique number so you can use it.
Then insert you record and use that number part of your primary key. I think that's it. Have fun.

  • Query UCCX database for calls from a specific Caller ID

    Hi,
I did some searching and could not find this answer specifically.
I have a request from the call center supervisor to provide a report of all calls coming into the CSQ's showing all of the important data (date, time, answered, not answered, length of call, disposition, etc.) for calls from a specific caller ID for a specific date range.
The caller ID starts with 9XX-XXX-XXXX, so of course UCCX Historical Reports will not display this number as a parameter in the Detailed Call by Call CCDR report because I am limited to the first 32,765 rows. I tried modifying the XML file but have not been successful.
I tried doing a query through the CLI but not sure if I have the query right.
    Any insight?
    Thank you very much.

I tried modifying the XML file for the Detailed Call CSQ Agent report
    ICD_Detailed_Call_CSQ_Agent_en_us.xml with the following:
    BEFORE:
    SELECT distinct callednumber FROM contactcalldetail
    AFTER:
SELECT SKIP 10000 FIRST distinct 20000 callednumber FROM contactcalldetail
Unfortunately, there are no changes in the available parameters shown:
The number starts with a '9', so I need to skip the numbers that start with 408. Any help?

  • Possible to pick and choose a call from the queue? (UCCX)

    Hi All,
I have one main UCCX queue that outside callers are placed in and I recently created an internal queue that's only reachable by internal transfers. I'm hoping to assign higher level CSRs to this new queue and use it for escalations. I was wondering if it's possible to let these escalation CSRs view the queue and select calls to answer rather than having calls automatically routed to them.
    Thanks for reading,
    Gary

    Hi Gary
No, afraid not... callers will be served in the order determined by UCCX, which is typically FIFO. You can bump up the 'priority' of a call from within the script, but this would be based on script logic, not by the Agents cherry picking...
    Regards
    Aaron

  • UCCX Agent Desktop Auto Answering Calls

Has anyone heard of a situation where CAD is auto answering calls?  The users are reporting it sporadically only when they get a off a call and a call is waiting in queue, the call will automatically connect right after they hang up the first call.
    Sounds bizarre, I know.
Short of restarting services, i'm not sure where to go with this one.  I've had a couple clients report this issue to me.  They are running UCCX 9.0 (2) SU1
    Thanks.

We've had a similar issue.  While the agent is talking, the CAD changes state to "work" i.e. it thinks that the call has been hung up.  It then goes to "ready" while the agent is still talking.  As a result, when the agent hangs up their call, they are in "ready" state and are given the next call immediately.
You may want to check if this is the case with the agent state.
If the state changes are happening like this, check that the handset is snugly sitting on the cradle, reboot the client PC and have them log off/on the phone.
Be sure also to check the CAD agent logs.  I'm about to check ours now to see if they show anything up.

  • Auto generated service PR from maint, order

    Dear Experts,
As you know while processing external services using control key PM03, a service PR will be generated for the service selected from the agreement or contract & from there we will create PO.
Here in my case while creating PO from auto generated PR it is not carrying the condition type ( Discount entered the contract).Instead of that it gives the option to enter the condition type in the drop down list. Then we can select the condition type as discount & process the order.
where as for the same service from the same agreement,if we create the PO from the manually created PR (not the auto generated from maintenance order) it carries the condition type of agreement (discount) to PO & the discounted price will be displayed automatically.
Why it is not happening to auto generated PR? is there any particular settings are available? is there any notes available?
Please help me out to come out of this problem.
    Thanks & best regards,
    Praveen
