Automatically change Sales Order Document Currency with default Currency
Hi,
Currency is EUR customer master data.
I created the qoutation. Quotation' s document currency is EUR. It is ok.
After I created sales order with reference the qoutation.
My request is ;
The sales order document currency must be always ILS (local currency)
Is it possible aoutomatically? (user exit ...?)

Yes. It is possible through UserExit. This User Exit should be executed, before saving the Sales Order.

The tcode to create orders in crm is CRMD_ORDER. The standard sales order is TA.

Automatically Trigger a Idoc when a sale order Document is changed
Hi Experts,
Currently Idoc is pushed manually through sale order change transaction " VA02 " menu path
" extras - > output - > header - > edit "
I have done the nace settings for output types & condition records . Now that the Idoc gets triggered automatically
when a document is created in VA01 transaction. Is there any other settings required such that the IDoc can be sent automatically once the document is changed and saved through VA02 transaction also.
Or do I need to process the IDoc through user exit of VA02. Kindly advice how to proceed with it.

After making entry in WE20, you can change sales order and save the application.It may work. -
Change the Payment Method at header level in Sales order document.
Hi Experts,
I have a doubt and a problem; I want to change the Payment Method at the header level however that is not possible never at header level is the same even either I chose other when I was creating the sales order document or I tried to change after that. The system allows changing the Payment Method but when I display the document after that the change is not done always is the same payment method. Maybe it is defined at customer or sales organization level.
At item level it is possible change the payment method with any problem.

Payment Terms can be changed both at header level and at item level in sale order.

1. Sales order changed at planned order stage
In this case any chagne of quantity done in the sales order level will be taken care by the Planned order until it was not firmed .
In case if it was firmed for the increased qty you will get a new planned order getting created.
In case if it is reduced and if it was unfirmed it will get changed accordingly
2. Sales order changed at production order stage
if the planned order was converted to production order change we can manually changes the respective Production order util no confirmation was done to any operations..

Change Sales Order Item Category for a configurable material with config

My problem is related to Variant configuration. We have a requirement that depending on the ordered quantity and required replenishment lead time the business scenario for a configurable will get changed. that means some characteristics value selection will trigger the business scenario to be followed, whether it will be Make to Order, Buy to Order or 3rd Party drop-ship order. and the business process to be followed will be triggerd by the Item category to be selected in the sales order line item.
so , the requirement is to change the item category of the sales order line item with the carecteristiocs value selection in the variant configuration screen. As we know, when ever the material is getting entered in to the sales order line item, depending on the Item category group in the material master data the item category in the sales order line item used to get determined. after that when we are selecting the characteristics value set in the variant configurator, systen shoud chage the already determined item category of the sales order.
Hope I have clearly furnished my problem and requirement. Can anyone show me the way to fulfil my requirement. Any further clarification requirement to understand and resolve the issue is cordialy appriciable.

But as u mentioned the way to make the non editable field into editable one. But that will applicable in case of manual chage. But can it be applicable for changing the Item category by using Object dependency??
Actually in our scenario, for some of the item category that field in the sales order line item remains editable. we have tested with that also. Once the item category is getting determined, object dependenct is not able to modify the item category in the sales order line item.
I have explores something, if I include PSTYV field in VCSD_UPDATE, will it work? VCSD_UPDATE is the table that contains field of sales order can be modified with the usage of object dependency.
Please let me know ASAP.

Creating a sales order document
Hi,
When I create a sales order document in one company I want to automatically create a purchase order document (in the same company), and when this one is created I want to create a sales order document (in another company) with the same data as the purchase order. The purchase order is created via DIAPI and it works fine, but the problem is when creating the sales order in the second company. When I add the itemcode to the line , it doesn't write automatically any data of that itemcode, the vatgroup neither. So I have to introduce this field. The thing is that althought introducing the vatgroup manually, it doesn't calculate the vatsum, so in the doctotal isn't added. I've tried writing it manually but the problem is that the vatsum field is readonly.
Why can this be? How can I solve it?

When makin the sales order you must just select a vat group.It will then calculate it using the settings for that vat group. So, is the vatgroups set up in your other company?? Don't calcualte everyhting like line total. Just do itemcode, price,itemcode, vatgroup, warehouse and then the system will calculate the rest. Dont do PriceAfterVAT and all the extra's.
If you did it through the front end would you enter all that? No, you would just select item,qty,price and wh. The system calculates the rest for you.....same goes for di api. Do this to minimize errors.

I have just tried on my system and managed to overwrite the existing price by passing the following parameters.

CURRENCY.

Under customer master you can maintain currency eg. usd, eur etc. that will do.. (hope you have maintain diift. Dist. Channel for Export sales and maintain Recon A/c for export revenue.) This will copy to Sales order.
Under t.code OB08 we maintain the Currency Exchange Rates which will help for copying control.
Under Displaying Billing document - Accounting - you can click on Display Currency Tab, here you will understand the rate conversion i.e from USD to INR.

ATP Tree Structure is not getting created automatically after Sales Order is saved
In one one of our scenario, when we add material to Sales Order and save with Requirement Type(under Procurrement Tab of Sales Order) , in APO there is no planned order or only planned order which is dynamically pegged created because the ATP Tree in APO is not being converted. There is no pegging relevant item create(e.g. Planned Order). When we are checking the persistent ATP Trees in APO (/SAPAPO/ATREE_DSP - ATP-Trees) we can see that they are not converted automatically. They are still there. If we do it manually via transaction (/SAPAPO/RRP_ATP2PPDS - Conversion ATP Tree Structures -> Production Planning) it works. Afterwards the Planned Order is available and fixed pegged.
Why is APO not converting the ATP tree automatically ?
I also checked the scheduling horizon for conversion of the ATP Tree and it is correct: Is there any relation with Check Mode setting under ATP tab in Material Master?Hi Prasad ,
This enables you to debug the ATP tree . If you have created an entry here with your user name then it will not let ATP tree get converted into PP/DS orders automatically .
It's very surprising because all seems fine . Just cross check all the settings once with below .
The conversion time depends on the following horizons and dates:
· PP/DS Horizon
· Scheduling horizon for the conversion of ATP tree structures
· Requirements dates in the ATP tree structure
PP/DS immediately converts the ATP tree structure when the sales order is saved
· If the earliest requirements date for components is within the scheduling horizon or
· If the latest requirements date for finished products is within the PP/DS horizon
If none of these conditions are fulfilled when saving the sales order, the system saves the ATP tree structure in SAP APO. In this case you can only convert the ATP tree structure online or in the background when one of the conditions given above is fulfilled. Here, there is an offset for the horizons with which you can achieve an earlier conversion.
You maintain the scheduling horizon for the conversion of ATP tree structures in Customizing for Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling under Maintain Global Parameters and Defaults. You maintain a location product specific PP/DS horizon in the location product master. If no location product specific PP/DS horizon exists, the system uses the PP/DS horizon from the planning version. You maintain these in Model and Planning Version Management.

You can have list of open sales orders wrt to plant and probably it may be useful to you.
This can be done with configuration so that you can add plant to the selection criteria in the T code VA05.
Goto IMG - Sales & Distribution - Sales - Lists - Define Selection Criteria - Execute
Click New Entries and enter the below fields save the changes.
Program Name - SAPMV75A
TRG (Transaction Group) - 0
Display Group - K
Event - SELK
It - 8
Field Name - WERKS
Goto VA05 and now you can see the field Plant in the Fur Sel Criteria.

create a vendor with XK01 with the required Forwardng Agent. At the time of creating customer master record assing this FA. Now at the time of sales order creation this FA is defaulted automatically.
Incase you have multiple FA's then also you assign all of them to customer master partner tab with partner function FA.
During sales it will give you a pop up to select the required FA.
Make sure that partner function FA (or incase if you have created a new also) this is assigned to the account group of customer master you are using.

New Issue with Sales order document flow:
When linking from a sales order in document flow, we were reviewing why the description information varied. In looking at different values, we clicked on a new item within document flow that allows you to like to Service Documents. This is new in 6.0, or it was previously deactivated in 4.6C. If you link from a sales order to a service document, in ECC 6.0, you will get a short dump because the document flow is so great (viewing order #any in VA03 and use document flow and then select the service documents button as seen on the screen below
A Short dump will occur in program SAPLDOCUMENT_FLOW_ALV.
Here in ECC 6.0 is how it looks from sales order 9806:
Documents created from 2004 through 2007 are coming up as linked to this sales order and that is incorrect. There is some type of linkage issue. In the 4.6 C environments, the service documents link is not visible from document flow.

Go to the order VA03 --> Environment --> status overview. The exact status of the header and item can be found here. You may have chances to know why the status is being processed.
Also
Check whether you have checked 'document flow update' field at item level in copy control
Check your settings for completion rule in item category
If it is due to incorrect status message, run report SDVBUK00. That might fix the error. It is recommended to run this first in test mode.

Commit error while transferring Sales order Document to GTS
Hello,
We faced a transfer error while transferring sales order document to GTS.
When I debugged the code function /SAPSLL/API_6800_SYNCH is called. In this function, /SAPSLL/CUHD_MAINTAIN_SINGLE is called with parameter lv_no_commit = 'X'. When I checked why its value is 'X', I saw that if the RFC destination and the current system are the same, then lv_no_commit = 'X', (means if the R3 and the GTS are in the same server, same client.) In debug mode I set the value of lv_no_commit to space, and then it works. It creates the GTS document.
We are also transferring billing documents and it works fine. When I checked what is the difference between transferring sales order document and transferring Billing document, I saw that in the transferring billing document there is another function is called /SAPSLL/API_6800_CSD_SYNCH, and it's calling parameters(in background, as seperate unit) are different from calling parameters of /SAPSLL/API_6800_SYNCH. You can see the difference below.
For sales document transfer :

DESTINATION cs_transfer-rfc_dest
For billing document transfer :
CALL FUNCTION '/SAPSLL/API_6800_CSD_SYNCH'

I don't think this is an RFC problem or an error. But you wrote:

It is impossible to have GTS and R/3 on the same system and same client. At least the client should be different. So try to check why the call is performed like that.
