Avg time customer took to close the invoices

Hi All,
I am working on a report where I have to calculate Avg time the customer took to close their invoices for past three yrs.
So I guess I will look at the inv posting date to incoming payment closing date? What do you experts suggest as query?

I have posted my query, I don't know if orct table hold the date the incoming transaction was closed or not. right now I am only taking incoming transaction create date into consideration. Thanks all for your input.

I have created a custom popup page according to the "How-To": Build Custom Popup Pages in Oracle Application Express. http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/database/application_express/howtos/how_to_create_custom_popups.html
I have changed one of the search fields to a date and use the datepicker.
When running the custom popup page from a simple form page, and select a date with the datepicker, the custom popup page is closed, and I return to the form page.
How do I prevent the popup page to be closed, when date is selected ?

Why would you want the builtin date picker window to hang around after the user selects a date?

The Menu bar is visible but not functional, I have to force-quit Firefox 4.0 every time I want to close the application.

This is a recurring but not constant problem I encounter while running Firefox 4.0 on my MacBook OSX10.6.7. The Menu bar across the very top of the screen will be visible, but none of the menus will work if I click on them (File, Edit, View, History, etc.) I have to force-quit Firefox and restart it to get it to work again.
Also, my pinned tabs have disappeared, for no apparent reason. And to be honest, this version is way slower and buggier than my old Firefox, and it's driving me nuts.

How to handle the One-Time Customer Process (Customizations - Master Datas)

How can we handle the processes of one time customers (for example sales from a store without a warranty process fort he products)? Iu2019m planning of creating a different sales document type and use a single customer number for all of the documents created. On the other hand SAP has a solution for the one-time customers but I donu2019t know its details. Can anybody explain me the standard one-time customer process of SAP (the needed customizations and the master datas to be created)?

the one-time customer is an account group (CPDA) that is used for "walk-in" or "cash" buyers. although this account group can be used for regular sales orders, this is intended to be used with the Cash Sales type of sales documents, where no accounts receivable is created. you also need the one-time customer as a "dummy" and avoid creating many customer masters for buyers who may only do one transaction with your company.
when you use the one-time customer account group in the Cash Sales order, you enter the one-time customer number in the sold-to party field. the system will then prompt you to enter the actual name (and address) of the buyer. you can have the option of generating SD reports with the real names of the customers.
you create the one-time customer the same way you do with the regular Sold-to party. there are some differences, in the sense that this is a "dummy" account. you do XD01 or VD01 to create the account, choosing account group CPDA. you also make entries in the sales areas.

I do not want the "unsubscribe" option tab at the top of the feed bar; it interferes with the width of the bar and i have to expand it each time to close the tab for the "feed not found" notice..

this new rssfed update created an "unsubscribe" tab at the top of the feedbar. i don't want it there. i perfectly capable of unsubscribing by clicking the link. now the tab has to extended each time i want to close the notice of "feed not found"

When we use one time customer in sales order and invoice, we'll get an additional pop up window where we can input name and address of the one time customer.
Where can i get the table they get stored?
If i want to see the one time customer report as well as customer report in fbl5n, what t-code that i can use?

I can see the one time customer list (added from additional pop up window) in BSEC...:)
What do u mean with this statement :"Here you can add table BSEC and field XCPDK(One-time account), once you add this field in the table, the field will be displayed in the change layout option of FBL3N"
Does it mean that i have to add "a field" in "the change layout option" when i run the transaction of FBL5N or FBL3N?
What field is that? because i didn't find any field of "one time customer as displayed in BSEC" in "the change layout option".

Address field configuration for one-time customer FB70

Hi,
I understand there is more address field entered (street2, street3, street4) during the sales order creation VA01 for one-time customer. However, i hardly find the configuration to open more address field for one-time customer if user raise FI-invoice via FB70. Do you have any idea?

I understand that address field of FB70 are linked to BSEC table whereas address field of sales order creation (va01) for one-time customer, the latter linked to ADDR1_data and having the Street2, 3, 4 provided in the pop-up screen.
I am wondering is there anyway to have more address field for the FB70 since my client will have longer 'street' name so that the dunning will take place properly for one-time customer.

How to Reverse the clearing document & cancel the invoice

Hi gurus,
Can any body tell me how can i reverse the clearing document?
what happen i had wrongly put up the customer invoice with the special GL indicator (Advance from customer) & i had clear the invoice & special gl balance.
Steps which i follow:
F-29 - Customer Down payment
F-22 - Customer Invoice
F-28 - Customer Incoming Payment
F-39 - Clear customer down payment
F-32 - Clear customer payments
when i tried to reverse the document (T.Code FB08) which give me error that reverse the clear line item.
Please help me to overcome this issue....

Than'x for given attention. actually i tried this T.code FBRA, what happen which reset the invoice & clearing document.& i see the customer / vendor invoice as open item in display. when i tried to reverse this entry which is wrongly inputed in the system which i want to reverse. while reversing this entry again i see the balance of clearing document in the customer / vendor balance display.
i couldn't understand how to cancel this entry from the system?
Pls suggest me to overcome this issue.

Region in the invoice

As the requiremnt like the region should change in the invoice. The scenario like for the same customer the region is different based on the SEA FRIEGHT and AIR FRIEGHT.
EXAMPLE : The customer is from German. for Sea Frieght the region is BERLIN for Air Frieght the region is HAMBURG.
Scenario 1: The invoice has been executed for the sea frieght BERLIN.
Scenario 2: Again the invoice has been executed for the Air frieght HAMBURG. But the region has not changed in the customer master.
The entry person without changing the region in the customer master for HAMBURG the invoice has been executed.
Now if we change the region in the customer master. The region is not ubdating in the invoice.
Any Solution for this?

hello, friend.
please explore the option of defining different ship-to parties assigned to the sold-to party in both the customer master and in the sales order transaction.
if pricing is dependent on the region of the ship-to, then it is possible to define your own access sequence so that pricing/freight charges could be determined from the ship-to region or the resulting route determination. consult your ABAPer if the access sequence needs to be enhanced further.

Close the session when closing the opendoc link

Environment: BOXIR3.1 SP3 FP 3.6
When the user logging into infoview/CMC that time one session is creating , once logged off session also automatically closing. But when we using the open doc link, we dont have option to sign out the application. At that time we wanted to close the browser. But in CMC still we could see the users session in active. Could you please help us to kill the session when the browser is closed .
is there any possible to kill such kind if session in BOXIr3.1

Hi,
You can only kill sessions using the SDK and it's not recommended.
Sessions should be automatically cleaned from the CMS after the timeout period. If it is not your case, follow the steps indicated in this KBA:

One Time Customer Mandatory field during Sales Order Creation

Hi
My client has lots of one time customer and they need to capture the phone number and name of the individual customer at the time of sales order creation using one time customer code.
They want only "NAME & PHONE NO" as mandatory field so that the Person who creates a Salesorder should enter the NAME & PHONE NO" . Please let us know where the configuration for teh above is?
We have tried in Account Group One time customer settings which is working at the time of creation of order and not at the time of creation of Sales Order, please help us on the above..

Hi Anis,
In the Account group , if you check the one-time customer then while creating the sales order itself it will appear to change the address for that customer.
By the time you can enter your required fields.
I think you mentioned as

Apple released iOS 7 yesterday and many of your Apple users may have upgraded their device(s) or will be upgrading in the near future.
When an existing OverDrive Media Console (OMC) user upgrades to iOS 7, the app will fail when trying to open a DRM-protected eBook. New or first time users of OMC are unaffected by this issue.
We are resolving the issue but in the meantime, here are immediate remedies for users:
1) Re-authenticate the app with their existing or a new Adobe ID. Refer to the iOS section of this Help articlefor assistance. (Recommended)
2) Uninstall and re-install OMC which will also require the user to re-authorize with Adobe. IMPORTANT NOTE: A re-install will clear a user's bookshelf, history, and app settings.
Audiobook users won't notice that anything is different unless they attempt to download parts of audiobooks they already downloaded to OMC before upgrading to iOS 7. A user will receive an error message informing them to download the title again.

I have a photo with 25 faces. I have named 17 with no problem but the remaining 8 names I am unable to make them stick. I go through the process (have done it thousands of times) and no luck. I have shut down the computer, I have unplugged it, I have turned iPhoto off and nothing will allow me to name these remaining photos. I type in the name and click RETURN and the name holds, I close the photo and bring it back and the name is gone. I have done this dozen of times - still no luck. I have a few other photos of groups and the same thing is happening with just a few of the faces. All the faces are clear, same size and no different in clarity than the other faces. I have tried changing the size of the "box" around the photo to name it - still no luck.
I am on the ground floor so I can not throw the computer out the window.

Im wondering why my post hasn't been answered yet. I did file a report with the BBB and I had a rude representative from Verizon call me named Steve. He said I can file all of the reports I want and I will just keep getting calls from him. I can understand why my phone couldn't be replaced because of the small crack. I guess I have to eat that one (but it sucks because the lollipop update is what caused the problems) but what about all of the data overage I had to pay for for trying to fix this phone because of a lollipop update. I dont think it is fair to have to pay that as well. In addition, because I have an east coast phone number but live on the west coast, I cannot have tech support after 8pm. Verizon has cut this off. Im very dissatisfied and I have been a customer of Verizon for 13 years. Im hoping for a response this time.

iTunes loses my entire library with artwork, playlists and podcasts every time I close the program. Upon restarting it takes at least 15 minutes to rebuild the library and podcasts and a lot longer to replace the artwork, I also lose playlists. I would really welcome some feedback and assistance here and am losing faith in the Apple product. Since iTunes has been updated to version 11 it seems to have caused a lot of issues for many people. I am hopeful of a reply and a resolution. I have approx. 1200 albums at just under 90 Gb. Thanks in advance for any help.

Firefox 6.02 will not save my privacy settings (Use Custom Settings) when I close the window

I am trying to set up my preferences in Google and it tells me that my cookies are not enabled. I open the Firefox 6 Preferences / Privacy window and select the Custom Settings option, to enable third party cookies. When I close the screen the setting is not saved. I am using Firefox 6.02 with Ubuntu 10.04 LTS.

I took the check mark out of the "Remember Download History" box and closed the screen. It saved the privacy settings.
