BAM  Error: :m_bIgnoreChangeLists

Hello,
I am having the following error. I'm creating a report based on a variable. EveryTime that the report tries to update the variable it generates the following error:
Object expected:m_bIgnoreChangeLists is undefined. What can you tell me about this?
If I have all the variables including this one for a particular process I don't have this error. When I create a filter only with this variable the error occurs.
My internet Browser (IE 6.0) has this error: Error bShowGroupLabels is undefined.

Hello - if you are seeing any report problem or exceptions on UI, then (a) try without the filter. (b) Try another type of view and see if error reoccurs (c) see if your dataobject (the field on the filter) has any null or invalid data (or wrong type or format).
Also - for these type of errors - it is better to export your dataobject and report and send it to support. We have fixed these types of errors from 10.1.2 to 10.1.3- so I guess this is more with respect to your data or report design. Pl log support request using MetaLink or contact local oracle representative

  • Getting BAM Error: BAM-06008: The XML payload is invalid; extra contents we

    Hi All,
    Version: 11.1.1.4
We are getting the BAM Error: "BAM-06008: The XML payload is invalid; extra contents were found" after I added a another field to a BAM Object. I can see the new field in BAM and I can also see it when I pull up and map to a BAM adapter in my SOA composite. However, when I have the process send a payload with the newly added field it fails with the above error. However, if I add a new data object in BAM with the field it works fine. What would be causing BAM to think that the newly added field should be in payload?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
    --S

If the layout of the data object changes then you need to restart BAM server for changes to take effect. Also make sure, your mapper file isn't adding extra elements than expected.
    Thanks

For #5, not Windows, ConfigMgr 2012 R2. Anything before ConfigMgr 2012 R2 is not supported for the 8.1 ADK.
For the permissions, what accounts are you setting this for. In general, if the share is on the same server, Everyone Full or Read on the Share and System Full or Read on the NTFS should work.
For the error message, it looks like you are trying to import an OS Image and not an OS Install Package. OS images use a WIM file and OS Install Packages use the entire set of source files from the media. For OS images, you must thus explicitly point it
    to a specific WIM file.

    Hi Ramesh,
Below link has the information related to all the prerequisites for using BAM Add-In for Excel.
Kindly ensure that you have all the files in place before creating BAM Activity and View.

  • BAM Error on BizTalk 2009

    Hello All,
while deploying BAM, i am getting the below error.
    What might be the issue?
Microsoft.BizTalk.Bam.Management.BamManagerException: The BAM deployment failed. ---> System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Invalid index name 'NCI_ActivityID' (should start with NCUI_ for Unique+Non-Clustered indexes).
    parashuram
just one more info, before this i had removed view, activity and then tracking profile respetive order.
i understand the the order of the removal is not correct however there should be some way to come out of this issue.

Well you say you removed them, which to me implies that you ran the appropriate "bm" commands. IMHO after having removed the view and activity (which is the correct sequence BTW) removal of TP should have warned you about the missing activity during
    load.
Anyways, I suggest you use the bm list-activities and bm list-views to confirm that they have been removed. If you have the deployment file, I'd recommend using the bm remove-all -DefinitonFile:..... and carefully examine the output to ensure that the Activity
    has indeed been removed.
Secondly ensure that your DefinitonFile has been generated using the appropriate and supported combination of Excel and the BAM Plug-in.
    Regards.

  • Flat Files with BAM(Business Activity Monitoring)

I am using Flat File in my receive location and i am getting XML File in my send location.
Now I want to check the StartPortTime, EndPortTime with the help of BAM.
But I am unable to get these values in BAM portal. Is it possible to track flat files(txt files)through BAM.
Please provide me any solution as soon as possible.
    Thanks in advance !

    Hi Prakash,
In related to your other forum post on similar question:
    http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/a5fbff38-bff9-412a-bf02-9c0a816e52e2/flat-files-with-bam?forum=biztalkgeneral#4c53c118-fda3-44b7-8c42-5f65e034a813
There is no difference to flat-file schema and standard schema in terms of BAM tracking.
I understand that you were not able to see tracked data for flat-file schema in “BAM portal”. Can you try to see the data directly in BAM SQL-tables/view rather
than through BAM portal? Try to query the SQL-view - “bam_YourActivityName_AllInstances” (replace YourActivityName with your activity name)
order it by LastModified column. See whether your data from your flat-file has been tracked in the SQL-tables.
If you still not able to view the data in the above SQL-view:
Check event-log: check the eventlog for any warning. Generally BAM errors
    are logged as warning.
    Check
    TDDS_FailedTrackingData:
    Check
TDDS_FailedTrackingData table. The TDDS_FailedTrackingData table gets populated whenever there is a tracking failure
    TDDS_FailedTrackingData.
Enable TDDS: I hope you have enabled
BizTalk Host/Host Instance configured to run
“Tracking Data Decode Service (TDDS)" in your environment, because you can see data from other Receive Locations.
Check deployment & restart host instance/IIS:
Then only thing I would doubt is about your deployment of Tracking Profile of the flat-file schema. Ensure the Tracking Profile for the flat-file schema has been deployed properly.
Also ensure you have restarted your host instance or IIS (if it’s under isolated host) for your deployment to take effect.

  • BAM-06008: The XML payload is invalid; extra contents were found.

    Hi All,
    Version:11.1.1.6
We are getting the BAM Error: "BAM-06008: The XML payload is invalid; extra contents were found" after I added a another field to a BAM Object.I have added that extra field to corresponding data objects .wsdl file as well as in the .xsd. I can see the new field in the BAM DO. However, when I used to send a payload with the newly added field it fails with the above error. However, if I add a new data object in BAM with the field it works fine.
Why  am  I getting this error?
    Thanks,
    Rahul

I have followed the following steps:-
1.Make entry of new field in ".wsdl" file which is in the BAM folder.
2.Make entry of new filed in ".xsd" file.
3.Make appropriate mappings in ".xsl" file corresponding to the sensor's action.
Initially i was only restarting BAM and was facing above mentioned error. After restarting SOA as well as BAM server, it started working.
