Benifits error message:The selected offer contains no plans

Hi,
I need assistance from some one who has prior experience in Benefits module. I have finished customizing the health plans and have been trying to enroll an employee into the health plan.
However i get the message: The selected offer contains no plans under automatic offer .
I made sure that under customizing both the first and second program groupings contain health plans.
I would appreciate any assistance to why this message is appearing.
Note under SPRO: both Define benefits program and Define standard health selections show benefits plans for both groupings(Firs and second)

For Health Plans, they dont come in auto offer but they come based on adjustment reason like for eg. initial hiring, Marriage, Child Birth,
Based on these adjustment reasons it sees which all plan type are permitted and then according to t5ubu it will displays the health plans.
So when you hire an employee, you have to create his IT0378 (Adjustment Reason) and when you will go to HRBEN0001 it will show you that Adjustmentt reason and based on your configuration when you will select the reason and click on get offer it will show u the health plans.
The IMG path for configuration is
1. PM -> Benefits -> Benefits Adjustment Reasons -> Define Benefit Adjustment Groupings
In this step, you define adjustment groupings. These groupings allow you to specify different adjustment permissions for different groups of employees.
Example
Full-time employees are allowed to make changes to savings plan elections when they change positions within the organization. Other employees are not allowed to make changes.
Two adjustment groupings are defined:
FULL - Full-time employees
OTHR - All other employees
2. PM -> Benefits -> Benefits Adjustment Reasons -> Define Benefit Adjustment Reasons
In this step, you define adjustment reasons to control changes to employee enrollments according to company policy.
The adjustment reason types that you define here are assigned as subtypes of Adjustment Reasons records (infotype 0378) in HR Master Data. Since a record can only have one subtype, a new record must be created for every adjustment reason an employee experiences.
According to the adjustment concept, an employee can only make changes to her enrollments if he/she has an Adjustment Reasons record (infotype 0378) with the required adjustment reason as a subtype. The only exceptions to this are if changes are made during an open enrollment period or if an anytime adjustment reason is assigned to the plan type.
In addition to defining adjustment reasons for certain events that can trigger changes, you may also want to define a special adjustment reason to allow changes to plans at any time.
Example
An employee adopts a child and wants to include the child in her health plan coverage. The following adjustment reason is defined:
CHLD - New child
The employee is allowed to include the child in all health plans as a dependent, but must do so within 3 months of the adoption.
Recommendation
To ensure that the Adjustment Reasons infotype is created for any relevant changes, SAP recommends that, wherever possible, you include the Adjustment Reasons infotype in appropriate personnel actions in Personnel Administration. To do this, you should consider which of your personnel actions permits an adjustment to benefits, and assign the infotype to the associated info groups.
3. PM -> Benefits -> Benefits Adjustment Reasons -> Define Adjustment Permissions
In this section, you assign adjustment permissions to each benefit plan type for an adjustment reason and, if appropriate, an adjustment grouping that you have defined.
3.1  PM -> Benefits -> Benefits Adjustment Reasons -> Define Adjustment Permissions -> Health Plans
In this step, you define the changes permitted for all plans of this type. You do this for each combination of adjustment reason, adjustment grouping, and plan type.

    Try
    Reboot the computer, see if that fixes it.
    Then try:
    Backup your files off the computer (not TimeMachine) and disconnect
    Hold c boot off the 10.6 disk and simply reinstalling OS X
    Log in and update to 10.6.8
    c boot off the 10.6 disk again and use Disk Utility >Repair Disk
    reboot and all should be fine, except some third party programs that install kext files, those will have to be reinstalled from fresh sources.

    I recently purchased/upgraded from Premiere Elements 5 to Premiere Elements 9 and I cannot open the projects in version 9 that were created with version 5. It shows it as offline. I get a message to open up a file and when I do i receive the error message: The selected file cannot be linked because it has 6 audio channel(s) and the clip was created with 2 audio channels. Can someone help me or tell what I am doing wrong?  All of my projects that were completed in version 5 cannot be opened up in version 9.

    I ran G-Spot on one of the files and here it what I have:
    DVD "VOB" format
    MPEG-2 Program Stream << { 1 vid, 1 aud }
    Sys Bitrate: 10080 kb/s VBR
    I guess I am really confused.  The project that I am trying to open PrE 9 was completed in PrE 3 w/templates , scenes, etc. The movie was burned to a DVD.  I cannot understand why I cannot open it with a newer version of PrE.  According to G-Spot (I am assuming this is what you mean above), it is already in 2 channels.  To me this should be ok.  I put many, many hours into these videos and now it seems all for not.
    Here is what I did so far:
    I uploaded the required media files to a new project in PrE9 and let them index and conform.  I saved the project with the same name in a different location.  Do I have to do this to the project files and/or the original media files?  Confusion starts here.
    The next step is where I am confused.  I do not know if I am proceeding in the right direction from here.  There is the share tab in the upper right hand corner.  Is this what you are talking about?  I am truly lost from here.

    It seems that your Apple TV may be unable to see your movies, where are your movies kept, have you recently moved them, have you done anything else that might be related.

  • Acrobat error message: The PDF document contained image masks that were not downsampled.

    I'm .pfing a document from InDesign CS2, and even after I use Acrobat 8 to try to reduce the file size, the file is still about 12 mb. I 'm getting the error listed above, and wondering if that has anything to do with it.

    Content streams are pages, type 3 fonts, comments (annotations), form fields and XObjects.
    If you're really concerned about the file size, one trick (although not recommended since it can cause other issues such as fonts busting out, colour transformations etc) would be to open the PDF and then PRINT to the Adobe PDF printer using say STANDARD or SMALLEST FILE SIZE ... this re-fry might will remove/re-create the content streams and reduce the overall size.

  • Screen Saver "The selected folder contains no pictures"

    Hello,
    I recently had my HD replaced on my IBook after thermal damage took out the old one, and the good Apple Store folks recovered and replaces the date from the old fwinky drive.
    However, tweaking the configuration back into place, I noticed that most of the "Slideshow" style screensavers are now broken, with the following as patt of the error message:
    "The selected folder contains no pictures"
    Where the HECK are the insalled screensaver images stored? I would bring them over from the G4 tower, if I knew where to find them... Is there a way to reconnect the screensavers to the images if they are still on the drive?
    I was able to find the screensaver files in:
    System/Library/Screen Savers ...
    But no sign of any images. Clicking or opening the file just launches the "Desktop & Screen Saver" preferences panel.

    That appears to work. The pictures are indeed actually there. It seems the slide show screensaver functionality is somehow damaged.
    Testing the screensaver on a new folder with some of my one images in it only shows a black screen. The problem apparently lies elsewhere.

    When I Hotsync Bluetooth connection is successful, then in step 2, "Connecting with the desktop" Hotsync errors out with message "The connection between your device and the desktop could not be establisthed.  Please check your setup and try again."
    Bluetooth configuration inticates Bluetooth serial port COM Port is set to COM3
    Hotsync setup: when I click "Local" tab I get error message "The selected port, COM5, is not available at this time.  HotSync Manager will open the port when it becomes available."
    Hotsync setup > "Local" tab > Serial Port dropdown shows only COM4.  I cannot change it to anything else.
    Note: I can send files to PC using Bluetooth just fine; error only occurs when I Hotsync using Bluetooth connection.
    Tried rebooting both laptop and Palm TX.  Still can't Hotsync.
    Operating system: Windows XP Pro

    You are not the only one having this problem. I have REPEATEDLY tried to bluetooth sync with my new toshiba windows 7
    Palm 6.2.2 to no avail. I have tried every bluetooth device they suggest and every "fix" or "solution" that has been offered here and in on line chat with a Palm tech. No dice! I even took my computer and all components to a tech. He worked on it for 5 hours. Every once in a while for no apparent reason it will magically sync, but never consistently. Using 32bit on my husband's computer with Vista, and the docking cradle still works so I have my data. A few others have apparently had success with this problem but I think it is an accident that it works for them when it does. Otherwise it would work for everyone. We have read everything we can find and spent literally hours and hours and hours.
    I am now in the process of trying to import/export to Outlook and plan to upgrade to another device like iPhone or blackberry that will sync data with Outlook. My Palm TX also has not been able to successfully sync with that although, as I said earlier, it syncs with Palm Desktop. Good luck with your's.

    Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly this time?

    II am trying to move a catalog to an external HD. I am getting an error message: The folder (names folder) contains your LR catalog and cannot be moved while LR is running.
    How can i move the folder within LR without LR running or if I move the catalog out of the folder in MAC Finder, will it impact the synchronicity of the file pATH? Where should the folder containing the catalog be kept? I keep some separate catalogs by year because of the amount of photos that they contain and I "store the catalog file within the LR folder on the HD

    Copy the catalog with Finder to the external. Copying the previews also is optional because if you don't LR will make new ones, but copying over the Previews.lrdata folder to the same location will save time. This is done with LR off. Now double click on the external catalog .lrcat file and LR will launch. After verifying that the new catalog is functioning properly, you can delete the old one from the internal.

    The good thing about mac-centric resellers such as OWC, is they have people on staff that can answer questions without you buying things first. They also have how-to information, and instructions are included in many of their products. I saw a link to watch a DIY video in one of their pages; an example of a RAID (with its own power supply) is shown on their drives page. Also a few in there, with no power supplies, for less money.
    If I were looking to backup and perhaps also have a partition for a system clone, I'd consider something like one of these: http://eshop.macsales.com/shop/firewire/1394/USB/EliteAL/eSATA_FW800_FW400_USB
    Some ideas on the RAID backup methods appear in google search, some of the pages are ideas and concepts; and the better ones also warn about using RAID for the only backup plan.
    Oh, OWC has live chat. Haven't tried it, nor have I bought anything from them. I have what appears to be two products from them, but have not used either. One is in a box as-new, but has only USB2.0 ports & my Macs needed FW400/800. It has been said their RAM is a good way to upgrade, too. But I can't confirm!
    A 'RAID-ready' unit for backup may be more versatile for just that, but I have not checked into these details. I use single HDDs in powered enclosures, and usually manually make backup clones to FW drives, of bootable OS X systems. Some of the OWC raid-ready use eSATA ports so that may not be viable for a computer without them.
    The unused in-box external drive I have is like the base model in the link above. However mine is USB2.0 (maybe) and won't boot my older Macs due to hardware variance; and my preference would be for FireWire options, these models do offer that. But the one I have does not. Dual 500GB HDDs, and they could be used in tandem as a RAID. That would be a choice set up in software. I'm not sure and not interested enough to read up just now.
    My backup method is not automatic, or a moving backup plan, if I don't get a move-on and make full system clones. I do make copies of photos and documents the manual way, to USB external drives; and occasionally backup to DVD or CD media. And USB flash, that helps to move files between computers without need to use file sharing via wi-fi. {Like Why fly? Walking is better exercise unless one is a bird. Squawk!}

    Depending on the ports in your Mac, you may be able to use other cables to attach between a backup or externally enclosed hard disk drive with multiple partition and bootable clone in one of them. Not sure about the Thunderbolt, and where that is the main port, adapters are required to access other devices, as allowed.
    Anyway, I am going on and on, yet not really saying anything.
    My ideas would not be all that interesting to follow as a backup
    plan when matching available newer hardware to task, but you
    can get some into better ideas if you are not in a rush. Get a
    good setup and then look into more an betterer stuff.
