Big One Off £200 charge on my monthly sim bill

My average monthly sim bilss is around £12.However on my last bill I got a one off charge for £200!!!It was listed under 'One Off Charges' as a 'TM HS Zone D'.I have no idea what this and certailnly wasn't made by me. Does anyone know what this coud be? I was in Cambodia last month but always had data roaming turned off and used wi-fi in the hotel.  I even had use of a complimentray mobile phone from teh hoyel so i cannot understand what this charge is. Is it data, a hack or something else? I've been in conatc with EE but they have yet to get back to me to resolve this. Any ideas?

Yes, you can get it back if you don't use roaming.   Pay monthly customers Plan Terms

  • Turn one off payment nito a monthly payment?

hi my names freddie, and have recently moved into the student house in leeds. although we can afford to pay the line rental, we cant afford a one off payment of £127.99 to install the bt box. could this be broken down across the year? so every month we pay £12.79 + line rental (£11.54). we've looked at all of the different thing we need, but we think if we cant get this we will be forced to join virgin because we already have a virgin box. please help us stay with BT. xx

    Hi freddie,
Ask for spread connection where the 127.99 is split into 6 monthly installments.
Or check out BT.com for any offers!

  • One Off Charges

I recently switched to btinfinity from btvision bronze package to bt infinity with the same vision and calls package when i was talking to the receptionist he never mentioned the one off charges for connection fee or vision activation charge i thought they would just be switching me from bt vision and bb and calls to the same with infinity but I'm being billed with the one off charges that were not even mentioned to me on the phone and I did not sign anything that included these charges it is not very good pr on bt's way of doing things

Does one of the amounts tie up with the app's price (plus your state's sales tax if you are in the US, with the other one being how much, and where are you seeing them (on emailed receipts, on your account's purchase history, on your credit card) ?
Did you add or change your credit card details on your iTunes account when making the purchase - each time that you do so a small temporary store holding charge ($1 or approximate local equivalent) may be applied to check that the card details are correct and valid and that it's registered to exactly the same name and address as on your iTunes account (it should disappear off your account within a few days or so). Store holding charge : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3702
If you have got 2 actual charges on your iTunes account for buying the app then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work then you can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

  • £99.00 one off charge?

    Hi,
This post is for a referral to mods so no need to reply to this post anyone.
So I had a problem with my infinity and multicast channels quite some time back and had to call BT to arrange a engineer visit. The engineer visitied and resolved my problem which was a fault line coming from the pole outside the house and he had to install a new line I think? Therefore, this is BT's liability and duty to keep in working condition, not mine. For a period of several days I was without a service I am paying good money for. However, accidents happen and I was ok with this as long as there was a work in progress to have it repaired and working again.
That was away back in June and at no point on the phone or when the engineer visited did I agree or sign anything to indicate I would pay any "one off" charges. So BT, why have you charged me £99.00? Unless you can provide phonecall evidence or my signiture on a piece of paper indicating I would agree to any charges you have one opportunity to remove it from my bill or the next step is Ofcom as any other resoloution is not satisfactory as this charge is not applicable.
    Ball is in your court.
    Regards,
    William.

  • Many small purchases, or one big one?

Hello, I'm actually really new to the credit world and just got two cards, a Chase Freedom and a Discover IT for Students. I want to get started building my credit and increasing my credit limit. I realize it's a slow process, (and maybe getting two cards at once wasn't the best idea) but I want to make sure I don't needlessly slow down this process.
My main question is, are many small purchases in a month better than just one big one, or does it even matter? For Example…
    Chase Freedom CL: $1200
Discover IT CL: $1000I was hoping to use these cards to make payments on my tuition. If every month I only spend a $200 payment from my Discover card, is that better or worse than just buying 20 items at $10 apiece?Again though, the ultimate goal is to increase my CL and CS.

Great cards to start on. I wish I had gotten two in college. I just graduated and got my second. Like others have said, the amount of charges doesn't matter as long as you keep your overall and individual util at or under 30% which you would be doing at the charges you're describing. if need be, don't shy away from making multiple payments in a month to keep your util low while using the cards as much as you like (responsibly, and within your need/ability of course) while earning the rewards. Enjoy building. You're definitely off to a good start!

  • HT4060 My ipad mini wont charge I bought a new charger since the old one didn't charge my ipad and the same problem is happening i charged it over night and when I woke up it said 50% soo can someone help me this is my first apple product a

Well my ipad mini isn't charging.. I with the original charger it didn't show the charging sign when plugged in.. And I bought a new one a 12:00 one from bath bed and beyond. Now it ain't charging again even thought it did a few days ago.. Now I don't know what to do.. I don't wanna keep buying chargers..

Could be the charger, cable or iPad. Plug the USB cable into your computer. It may say "Not Charging", however, it is charging slowly and will verify that the cable is good.
Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
The quickest way (and really the only way) to charge your iPad is with the included 10W or 12W (5W on Mini) USB Power Adapter. iPad will also charge, although more slowly, when attached to a computer with a high-power USB port (many recent Mac computers) or with an iPhone Power Adapter (5W). When attached to a computer via a standard USB port (2.5W, most PCs or older Mac computers) iPad will charge very slowly (but iPad indicates not charging). Make sure your computer is on while charging iPad via USB. If iPad is connected to a computer that’s turned off or is in sleep or standby mode, the iPad battery will continue to drain.
Apple recommends that once a month you let the iPad fully discharge & then recharge to 100%.

  • My iPad one won't charge with any cable I buy? Tell me what I am doing wrong.

I have an iPad 1 and have had no major problems with it til now. I want to continue using it, I use it for many things and it would suck if it stoped working because of something IDK about. My first and only apple product.
The charger cable (That came with it) finally broke. The wires just came apart and it wasn't salvagable. I had an Ipod cord here that a friend left and plugged it into the original port (The one that was working fine with original charger and came with ipad). It was a tight squeze into the iPad (which I thought was normal) but I got it into there so I thought it would work. It won't work. So i bought a charger said to be used to ipads, and I plugged it in, same thing happened. I did however still sync it into the computer with the new cable I bought. What am I doing wrong that it won't charge on the wall anymore? Wrong cable? I'm confused. Please help!

  • Is everyone getting charged 21.00 month extra for home fusion router along with the 60.00 10 GB.???

The stores and contracts say 60.00 month for 10GB. They tag on the extra monthly charge of 21.00 for having the router in the house.  I have mentioned this before but just wondering if anyone has got something done so they will take off the charge.  It should be the 60.00 they advertise only.  I have seen no fine print on the contract just the 60 a month only.  They have gotten me for 8 months without changing this and telling me its for an extra phone line which I do not have anyway.....
Anyone paying more than the 60.00 advertised??????

$60.00 covers the data plan only.  VZW breaks all charges and packages down according to the different components that are involved.  With HomeFusion there is a data plan, hardware rental and an installation fee.  While VZW is not technically lying they are also not advertising the entire cost of the package associated with HomeFusion.  This is a common tactic for advertising goods and services in many industries.
For example, when you buy a new printer the manufacturer does not include the cost of the new toner cartridges in the purchase of the printer.  Nor do they attempt to include the cost of paper or replacement parts should anything break.  Each piece is priced out and advertised accordingly even though you cannot use one product without the others.
That same $60.00/10GB plan is available to others via the More Everything Plan who are not charged an additional router fee.

  • One off support requests

Hi, my company does not have a support contract and so cannot raise TAR's in Metalink. A year or so ago I used an Oracle support service which allowed you to raise a TAR for $50 without having a full support contract and would like to use this option again for a tricky issue we have encountered.
I have searched the Oracle site but cannot find any reference to this support opion. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Any help will be greatly appreciated!

"Alternatively, add BT Sport to your Sky Digital Satellite Platform for £12 a month plus a one-off £15 activation fee. One month minimum term."
If, after taking BT Sport via the £12 per month method, you cancel (for example in 6 months time) then wish to re-subscribe (say 3 months after that again) does the above "one-off £15 activation fee" get charged again in that instance or is it truly one-off?
To put it another way, if you subscribe in August then cancel in September, then re-subscribe in December - does the activation fee apply in the event of re-subscription? Thanks.
Most likely because BT have to pay Sky each and every time they authorise your Sky subs card to receive the channels.

  • If I cracked my iphone 4 will apple give me a new one for $200

I dropped my iPhone 4, with a bumper on it, and the front cracked to ****. The phone still works perfectly and everything. I know warranties dont cover those kind of damages and neither does apple care which I have. I have heard I can get a new or refubished one for 200 dollars if I take it to an apple store. This blows but I will pay the 200 if this is true.

  • Charged for the month of service before signing up for Verizon

    Hello,
I signed up for service with Verizon on 1/18/2014. I received my first bill and it is charging me for December 19-January 18. I am quite surprised I am being charged for a month where I wasn't even a Verizon customer. Is this common?
I tried chat support to talk to someone and literally all options are 'all agents are busy'. Of course no email address for support. I don't want to have to go into a store to remedy this charge. Thanks for any help!

No they have no right to charge you for service BEFORE you became a customer.
However on you first bill the closing date is the 18th of January 2014
You new service should be billed in advance for January 19, 2014 until February 18, 2014 included in this should be your activation fee and one day of service not one month.
Then there are taxes and verizon fees in that invoice. You bill should show all this line by line, or charge by charge.
Take it into the store and have someone look at it.
Verizon does not bill for days you never had service. They bill in advance. If this is what to come, I would just leave, take them to court and get out fast.
    Good Luck
Oh make sure its a verizon corporate store, not a reseller.
