Bill to Intercompany customer with 2 address

Dear Experts,
I have a scenario for Intercompany Sales from two Plants (one in Maharashtra & the other at Gujrat). We have set up the Intercompany customer and assigned the plant to the ordering co. code / S.org. Untill now every things fine.
During intercompany billing both the plants will raise the bill on the same customer no. The problem arises that in Maharashtra we charge VAT. But in Gujrat it cannot charge VAT as the address is of out side state & Customer Tax Clss is maintained 1, one cannot go on Changing the address for every IV transaction.
Can we have two I.C. customer assisgned for the same S.organisation with different address. Please suggest.
Awaiting your early response.
Regards,
Pramod Kumar

you can assign same customer with  two BP in customer master..........

    Hello Guru,
I have one scenario in retail business.ie I have one single vendor with two different customer but the address of that customer is same in both of them.i.e the vendor address will be same(applicable) in both the customer. But the VAT number is different in both the customer when ever i create the vendor master system should ask the different VAT number.

Yes. I could have laid odds that this would be the first response :-)
I know it is unusual, and I am aware of the inherent issues with doing something like this. I have read the multipathing guide, but it wasn't that helpful, because I want the same IP address, not just the same subnet. It is NOT for load balancing, or failover support. I'm afraid I can't give too much detail at the moment because of the nature of research project. What I will add is that I want to do this on an 802.1q enabled NIC, on the same physical port, with different logical interfaces for each VLAN having the SAME IP address.
We can already do this on Linux, and as I said in the original post, the route man page suggests that it can probably be done on Solaris. What I really need to know is how?
    Any takers?

    Hi Gurus,
Is it possible to create a customer master with different address as we maintain in SAP CRM.

    Hi Kannan,
There are no multiple addresses but you can use multiple unloading ponts for the same address for the ship to Party.
So when you create a Sales order the system will give a pop up with the unloading points allowing you to select the desired one.
I hope I understand your query correctly.

  • I am living in moscow, but i have a mastercard in vietnam. I changed my location in itunes from Russia into Vietnam. But when I change my billing info, and write my card's informations. It said I have problems with the address. I typed my address in VN.

I am living in moscow, but i have a mastercard in vietnam. I changed my location in itunes from Russia into Vietnam. But when I change my billing info, and write my card's informations. It said I have problems with the address. I typed my address in VN. What should I do now ????

To answer the second question first, the owners of the music (and that is not Apple) decide where their music can be sold. If they decide (for whatever reason) not to sell their music in a particular country, they will not let a music retailer (that is Apple this time) sell it in that country. So the "system" is beyond Apple's control.
As for your first post; (if I understand you correctly), the iTunes Store knows that you are in Russia, so using a credit card registered in Vietnam is simply going to look like you're trying to get round the system.
The credit card is tied to an address, and therefore to a country. Simply using a different country's address is not going to work.
By the way, this is a world-wide situation. It's not a matter of having to use a Russian card, whatever card you use has to be registered at an address in Russia.
Use the support link in the iTunes Store to contact Apple and see if you can straighten out whether you can buy songs, where ever you are and with whichever card you have.

In this can I use Return STO process ? I dont want to adjust quanity in next shipment because I have to close sales.
Some times at the time of GR we found that they have send 85 qty and sometimes we finished GR and Invoice then we get to know later that qty was less.

  • InterCompany  Customer Consignment stock with Valuated

    Hi
Any one help me in  understanding the Customer Consignment Process.
First a normal consignment Process with Valuated Stock
Second thing We need to move the Goods from one Company  to another Company directly to  Customer  Consignment Valuated Stock. Please Give the full Process Step with the detailed Transaction . A has the SO .The stocks are Available in B Company .We need to Move the Stock from one company to direct consignment.
Any help will be highly appreciated .
    Thanks
    Jeevan

    Hi Nick,
    1. Go through Consignment Stock Processing
    Purpose
Consignment goods are goods which are stored at the customer location but which are owned by your company. The customer is not obliged to pay for these goods until they remove them from consignment stock. Otherwise, the customer can usually return consignment goods which are not required.
Consignment processing offers the participating partners several advantages. Customers store the consignment goods at their own warehouses. The customer can access the goods in the consignment warehouse at any time. They are only billed for the goods when they are removed from the warehouse and only for the actual quantity taken.
Since consignment stocks still form part of your valuated stock, you must manage this stock in your system.
    However, consignment stock must be
Managed separately from the rest of your stock so that you know exactly what stock is stored at the customer location
    Managed separately for each customer
In inventory management, the consignment stock is managed as special stock in your inventory and is assigned to specific customers. This enables you to keep track of returnable packaging stock by customer.
If the consignment stocks are not managed by the sold-to party but by a central office, you can use the partner function for special stock partner.
    Prerequisites
    Special Stock Partner
The special stock partner has been defined for carrying out consignment stock processing by means of a third party rather than the customer. This means you can manage all special stock under one partner. It makes sense to use the special stock partner if your customer is using decentralized order processing but manages consignment stock centrally.
Inventory Management Using the Special Stock Partner
If you want to process your consignment goods using a special stock partner, proceed as follows:
Create a customer master record for the special stock partner (account groups 0001 and DEBI are defined for this purpose in the standard system).
Enter the special stock partner in the relevant customer master record on the partner screen using the partner function SB.
When you create an order for this customer, the system automatically proposes the partner function SB in the document header and the document items. Consignment goods which have been entered in a consignment fill-up are always posted to the stock of the special stock partner when goods issue is carried out. You can also enter the partner function SB manually in the document header or in the relevant items if a special stock partner is required and is not proposed from the customer master record. If a special stock partner does not exist in the document header, inventory management is carried out using the sold-to party.
    Process Flow
There are four main transactions for processing consignment stock in the R/3 System, all of which support separate management of stock:
    Consignment fill-up
Consignment fill up is used to supplement the customer’s consignment stock.
Goods issue of the appropriate stock is posted from the unrestricted-use stock to consignment stock (special stock). The goods remain in the possession of the vendor.
When you ship consignment stock to the customer, you record the transaction by creating a consignment fill-up order (order type KB). As a result, the system carries out the following actions:
If special stock does not yet exist in your inventory for the customer (or special stock partner), the system creates it when goods issue is posted
The relevant quantity is removed from regular inventory in your plant and is added to the special stock for the customer. The total valuated stock for the plant remains the same.
The transaction is not relevant for pricing since the consignment stock remains the property of your company.
    Consignment pick-up
Consignment issue enables the customer to take consignment goods from the special stock for their use or to sell.
Consignment issue involves removing the goods from the special stock and making it the property of the customer.
When the customer removes consignment stock to use or sell, you record the transaction in the system by creating a consignment issue order (order type KE). As a result, the system carries out the following actions:
When goods issue is posted, the relevant quantity is deducted from both the customer’s special stock and your own total valuated stock.
The transaction is relevant for pricing since the goods now become the property of the customer.
    Consignment issue
Any consignment goods stored at the customer’s warehouse that haven’t been used can be reposted to your company’s warehouse with a consignment pick-up.
If the customer returns consignment stock to you, you record the transaction in the system by creating a consignment pick-up order (order type KA). As a result, the system carries out the following actions:
When goods issue is posted, the relevant quantity is deducted from the customer’s special stock and is added back into your regular stock at the plant where the goods are returned. Your total valuated stock remains the same since the returned stock was regarded as part of your own inventory even while it was at the customer’s premises.
This transaction is not relevant for billing.
    Consignment return
Consignment returns are used for when your customer wants to return goods to the consignment stock.
If the customer wishes to claim on consignment goods which have already been issued, you can record this transaction by creating a consignment return order (order type KR). As a result, the system carries out the following actions:
When goods issue is posted, the relevant quantity is added to the customer’s special stock at the plant where the goods are returned
Since the ownership of the goods is passed from the customer back to your company, the transaction is relevant for billing. In this case, the customer receives a credit memo for the returned goods.
Depending on the settings in Customizing for Sales, you can create consignment returns with direct reference to a consignment issue. The consignment issue appears in the document flow for the consignment return. This function is not supported in the standard version of the SAP R/3 System.
When you create consignment returns in the standard version of the SAP R/3 System, the system automatically sets a billing block. To credit a return, you must first approve the request for a credit memo by removing the billing block in the return header. You can control the automatic setting of a billing block in Customizing for Sales.
The following order types used in the standard system for processing consignments:
    Transaction
    Sales order type
    Consignment fill-up
    KB
    Consignment issue
    KE
    Consignment pick-up
    KA
    Consignment return
    KR
    Pricing and Availability Check
Whether pricing is carried out for the individual transactions depends on the item category. The schedule line category controls the availability check and the transfer of requirements in each of the transactions. The schedule line category itself is determined by the item category and the MRP type of the material. The order types KE and KA check against the consignment stock for the customer involved and order type KB checks against your own plant stock. Requirement records for consignment stock are stored as individual requirements, independently of the setting in the material master record.
    2. You can sell the products to the same customer through other sales areas  with configuration of common divisions and distribution channels.
    3. Go through the IMG settings Sales and distribution --> billing ---> Inter company billing
I hope It will give you some Idea,
    Regards,
    Murali.

  • Verizon Residential billed surcharges to his customer with his tricks

Verizon Residential billed surcharges to his customer with the tricks from verizon online bill pay system. I submitted several bill pay payments online for last month's bill, totally
about $48-$49. I indeed found the online bill pay system showed negative balance in "account balance" after I
paid several times. However, Verizon did not do with all the submit and only $43.66 was paid. Then Verizon
told me there is $3.90 balance was forwarded to this month and charged me $7 additional fee. The trick is,
verizon told that you paid full in the beginning but finally he discarded some payments and said that I still
own balance and surcharge me. This is not the first time Verzion did this. From last year there is at least
three times. In the past I talked with customer service to request waive the $7 surcharge fee. But this time
the customer service refuse. Since he refuse to waive the surcharge fee, I'd say either verizon play the
tricks to charge the customer additional fee, or at least his online bill pay system has important problem:
does not show correct balance to customer after customer paid some part of balance first. You know he told me
I paid fully then later he told me I did not. For this kind of late payment, the fault is not on customer, it
should be on Verizon himself. So I think Verizon should not charge addition fee in this case

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Please go to your profile page for the forum, and look in the middle, right at the top where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases".
There you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. This should be checked on a frequent basis as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions.

  • Error while posting Customer with Multiple sales areas using DEBMAS05.

    Dear experts,
We are generating IDOCS vis SAP DS for posting Customer master. The message type used is DEBMAS and basic type is DEBMAS05.  we have a requirement to create 1 customer with multiple sales areas. However, we are ending up with a strange error:  "Fill all required fields SAPMF02D 0111 ADDR1_DATA-NAME1". Despite the IDOC going into status 51, the customer gets created and the 1st sales area too. the 2nd sales area however is not created!  The IDOC data definitely contains Name1, otherwise the customer would not have been created in the first place.
As the error message is related to the Address data, I also explored upon exploring this erorr further on the lines of Central Address management where in the ADRMAS and DEBMAS have to be passed together(IDOC Serialiization).  OSS Note (384462)  provides further details about this. One Important point from the note is:
"As you have to specify the logical name of the sending system among other things, SAP is not able to make any default settings in the standard systems. When you use the serialization groups delivered as a standard by SAP, the address objects are imported before the master objects. Thus the sequence address data before master objects must only be adhered to if one of the following points applies to your application:
Such fields are set as required entry fields that are only provided by the BAS in the Customizing of the customer or vendor master.
For your customers, contact persons exist to which a private address or a different business address is assigned.".
This is not the case in our situation, as we do not have required entry fields in customizing that are only provided by the BAS, so the error is all the more confusing and I am not too sure what the cause is.
If someone have experienced the same issue before and have found a solution to it, kindly help out.

I have found the cause and solution to this problem.
This error ”Fill all required fields SAPMF02D 0111 ADDR1_DATA-NAME1” and other similar errors like “Fill all required fields SAPMF02D 0111 ADDR1_DATA-SORT1“ which occurrs during the IDOC posting when there are more than one sales area or company code occurs when the customer number range is set up for Internal numbering. This means, that the number gets generated only at the time of save and upon debugging the IDOC, we found out that after creating the customer and the first sales area/company code record, the segment E1KNA1M is cleared completely! This is the reason, it throws an error which points to a mandatory KNA1 field as missing. (Like NAME1, SORT1 etc.)
This was resolved by splitting the IDOC into 2.
The solution is to First post only the KNA1 segment and create the customer.
In the second step, pass the IDOC with all other segments along with E1KNA1M, but pass only KUNNR in E1KNA1M and the rest of the fields in E1KNA1M as “/”:  you would have got the KUNNR after the first step.
Important note: This requirement to split the IDOCs does not occur when the customer number is known upfront. (Meaning cases where the customer number is externally generated) I also tested this and created a customer with external numbering and I was able to post more than 1 sales area with the same IDOC.
I noticed multiple threads with the same issue, but none of it had a concrete answer. I hope this information will be useful for anyone facing similar problems.
    Cheers
    Venkat

  • I have been a customer with Verizon, since 1996. Recently, my husband has been added onto my account. We have both been experience drop calls. My husband contact Tech support for over 2 weeks. We were pretty upset to be paying a lot of money for a service

I have been a customer with Verizon, since 1996. Recently, my husband has been added onto my account. We have both been experience drop calls. My husband contact Tech support for over 2 weeks. We were pretty upset to be paying a lot of money for a service that didn't work. Verizon advised us that would upgrade both of our phones (to see if that solved the problem). Ok...this is where Verizon has forgotten customer service rules. He order 2 phone...one for himself, one for me. 1st the wrong address on the package..Fedex couldn't deliver...2nd...missing condo number Fedex couldn't deliver again...(2nd call to Verizon)...3rd package was finally deliver with 1 phone...missing my phone. Contacted verizon rep...reorder my phone again..but sorry we cannot give the same price as quoted on 21April...even though...its our mistake...Ok...Ok..what a surprise..but we can do this...after 65 minutes...found a price that was a little bit more...fine...just order the phone....I reordered phone on 28April...on the April 29...no email..so I can Verizon for the 4times in a few days..sorry your order was delay due to our Fraud dept. OK...talked to fraud dept...ok..account is good..will release phone and ship. OK...Next day, no email with deliver confimation. Contact Verizon 5 times now...sorry..your order was cancelled...YES...cancelled again...2nd time now...but we can reorder...OK...sorry but we cannot honor that price that was quoted..really...agent messed up...again...but we can do this for you....I don't understand...your mistake...ALL the times...
Strange ...how my order gets cancelled twice by Verizon's mistake....yet you cannot honor prices that your agents quoted!!!
I didn't reorder the phone....I cannot in good faith same with a company that does not stand behind their own mistakes...and worse...they make the poor customer pay for it...
I will not be renewing my contact...its time to Cricket Wirless...which my sister-in-law loves for half the cost....

I hope that you aren't complaining about dropped calls INSIDE your condo because no amount of switching or upgrading devices will solve that.
VZW will not guarantee service inside of any structure. There are just too many factors. If the problem is inside then you might want to look at one of the following:
1.) Network Extender (may cause issues for others in a condo or apartment style setting)
2.) A Google Voice Number (Free with a Gmail email address), downloading Google Hangouts Dialer and forwarding your calls to the GVN so that you can make and receive calls over Wi-Fi.

  • Credit block the customer with no transactions

I have a requirement i.e Credit Block the customer with no transaction for past 6 months
    how can this be achieved

    Hi
You need to decide first which transaction to consider i.e past six month sale order, delivery, billing etc.
If you want to consider the billing document for the sales history check -  then take the help of ABAPer & write a logic in below user exit , while creating a sale order system should check if any bililng doc exist within last six month, if yes, there should not be a block if no, then set a block.
    LVKMPFZ1: USER_CREDIT_CHECK1
To activate this block, go to OVA8, tick user1.
    thanks

  • Intercompany customer payment

    Hi guys,
I have done config on OBYA for cross company code transactions, we created a intercompany billing document. Now the intercompany billing document is open as receivable on company code A which is the delivering plant, and comapny B is the selling company code.
How do I use F-28 to pay to company code A ? when I select process open item under comapny code B, it selects open item from comapny code A which I think is correct, if I process the payment it clears out the open item from comapny code A and debit cash account in company code B.
My question is how does this works? wht are the correct entries that suppose to happen ? Do I need to raise a vendor invoice in comapny code B to reflect the payables or  not?
    Regards
    Shaun

Thanks for your reply, I am lil confused on intercompany customer payment in F-28 , I can only select open items(Receivables from the delivering plant company code where customer invoice is generated, where as I process F-28 under selling company code and whose bank account should I update in the bank a/c field? Is it delivering plant or the selling sales org ?I marked your reply as helpful.
    Thanks

  • 802.1x authentication with mac address

    Hi guys,
there is a strange requirement from one of our customer,
they want us to do 802.1x with mac address authentication and they dont want the pop-ups which ask
    for username, password and domain.
    is it possible??
can i avoid popping up the username password with 802.1x and that too with mac address???
Any help would be greatly appreciated
    Thanks
    Jvalin

    Hi,
The feature which you are looking for is possible in case of wired 802.1x. This feature is called as the MAC-Auth Bypass and is done mostly if the client machine is not 802.1x capable. However nowerdays it is used even if the machine is 802.1x capable. In this we enter the MAC address of the machine in the user database e.g. Active Directory. When you connect the client machine to the Switch, if we have MAC-Auth Bypass enabled on the port, it would take the MAC address of the machine as the username without any prompt for username and password.
A windows server admin can easily push a group policy which disables the 802.1x on the client machine and it would only respond to the MAC-Auth Bypass. But first you would have to make sure your switch has the Mac-Auth Bypass in the IOS.
For more information, you can go to http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/solution/macauthb.pdf

  • Missing element To when using SOAP 1.2 with WS Addressing 1.0 in Response

    Hi,
I'm developing WCF using  SOAP 1.2 with WS Addressing 1.0 between Windows Server 2012 and JAVA client Oracle JAX-WS 2.1.5.
The Request from the client contains the element <To>, but the Response from the Server somehow will ignore that element, which is required for the client, even I tried to add manually.(refer to http://stackoverflow.com/questions/15808852/how-to-correctly-implement-custom-soap-1-2-headers-and-ws-addressing-in-a-wcf-se)
Is this normal behavior that the Response will ignore the element <To>?
And is there another way to add the element?
    Thanks.

I'm developing server side service using .net framework 4.0.
Microsoft Service Trace Viewer shows that in ServiceLevelReceiveRequest the element <To> is exist, but then it is gone in the following step, ServiceLevelSendReply, and TransportSend.
    Thanks.
