I was billed for something I didn't order.  I tried the "report a problem" but nothing happened.  Any suggestions as to who I call?  I would like to talk to someone in person but can't figure out where to call from the website.  Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

    I've had my fair share of issues in the past with BT and so its no surprise I'm having problems yet again.
    I'll split this into 2 issues relevant to billing etc.
    #1
    The first is the issue of BT Sport HD.
    I never ordered this service. Why would I? - There is no television box in the house that is HD compatible.. so it would be illogical to order something that we can't possibly recieved. What I think may have happened is that when our contract was renewed someone from BT must have selected the HD option aswell, however as I can only access my bills to a certain point I cannot even look at this possibility.
    And yet I'm being told by some unhelpful member of BT staff that it doesn't matter if I ordered it or not or whether I can actually use it - if its on the Bill and they are 'providing' it they can charge for it. They also argued that why didn't we cancel it when we saw it on our bill. The simple answer is that because it was only a £3 charge we didn't notice the abnormality to the bill and it was only in december when I was checking through the details of one bill that it was noticed. At that point I emailed BT to ask for it to be cancelled and I expected that to be the end of it.... however 6 months later this is clearly not the case.
    #2 - lied to.
    The second issue is that of a missed engineers appointment in December 2014. At the time I was annoyed about them missing the appointment and fairly asked for compensation; however I was told at the time that the only thing they could do was re-arrange the appointment and that compensation was not an option.
    However I have subsequently found out that this was infact a lie and that the customer service guarentee explicitly states if an appointment is missed that we are able to claim... however I'm now being told there was a 120 day period by which I had to respond.... classic BT.
    It is safe to say we are not happy bunnies, and that the treatment we have recieved is appalling. I have had past experience with the Mods on these forums, so I'm once again turning to them for help as they seem to be alot better than the people on the telephones.

    Sorry that the BT Sport HD pack has been added to your account without your consent and that you feel your were lied to when trying to seek compensation for the missed engineer's appointment in December.
    Under the guidelines of the customer service guarantee scheme (CSGS), you're entitled to £10 per missed appointment.  You can view more info about CSGS here - Customer service guarantee scheme

    I'm probably not in the right place for this, but my account was billed for something that I A) Did not buy, B) Did not want to buy and C) didn't even show up in my iTunes download page. What can I do about this?

    I just bought an iBook and in my email receipt I also was charged for something I didn't purchase. I clicked on"report a problem" and got a non- working URL. So I called support, the only number I could find. 45 minutes later on the phone, my $1.99 was credited and I was told to just use gift cards so that no one could use my iTunes acct. Huh?

    Immediately change your iTunes password.
    I suggest removing your CC info and only add it when you want to purchase then remove immediately after purchase.

    You've checked the purchase history on your account (Store > View My Account on your computer's iTunes) ?     me too, some game tokens or coins or something,  we didn't use.  i changed our account info almost the moment it happened and they disabled my id..its been 10 days now.  still can't get anything..even free stuff.  paypal reversed it but guess apple figures they'll punish me for not paying for something i didn't use?  round and round on the website or talk to a machine.  how did apple rate so high in customer service?  I've got 10 emails saying thanks for changing  your password but I'm still locked out.

    I was just notified that I am being billed for an additional subscription that I did not order.  I cancelled it but I am concerned that my account has been hacked.  Is there any way to get customer service to advise what IP address was used to order the additional subscription? Or to talk to a human concerning my account?  I am very concerned over this apparent breach of my Skype account.  Any help appreciated

    If you have created Free of charge delivery (FD) sales order then the item category will be KLN only.After PGI then stock level will reduce  and the effect of the stock is that you are issuing stock to  customer at free of charge.And as you have assigned cost center then the data will flow to the controlling area and the Financial document  after  PGI.
    Secondly if you assign TANN as a item category and do delivery and then PGI then if the reference document is different then it will have affect as the KMN and TANN item categories doesn't have same features

  • System allowing order related Billing for rejected item in sales order

    Hi all,
    I have created a new reason for rejection: "Billed before Go live"
    I have then asigned it to sales item 10 in sales order thus rejecting it.
    I expected that when I do the billing for this sales order, the system will not allow to bill the rejected item, but the rejected item is still getting billed by VF01
    Can anybody please tell me why this is happening.

    Hi,
    mere reason for rejection is not enough for blocking from billing, at item level  you need to put billing block also apart from reason for rejection, then only you can reject the item and block from billing.
