Bluetooth is disabled by your administrator after update to OS 10.2.1.537

I just updated to the 10.2.1.537 software release yesterday and noticed today that I was not able to use my bluetooth headset. I then noticed my bluetooth was disabled and when I tried to enable it, it shows on the screen 'Bluethooth is disabled by your administrator'. What is this all about and how can I enable my bluetooth? It was working before the upgrade. This is my personal phone and not a corporate phone. Please help.

Did you try to delete the headset from the device? Try to delete it, reboot the device and then try to pair it again

I recently did the software update on my Q10 and since then I can't access either wifi or bluetooth. I get the message wifi (or bluetooth) disabled by your administrator. In a workgroup setting.
Logged in as local ADMIN.
GPO SETTING - USER CONFIGURATION/Administrative Templates/System - Prevent Access to Registry Editing Tools

I have a batch file that looks like this below. It is a tool that we use to support the NBC software in use in over a 1000 computers some on a domain some off.

This BAT file worked without any issues in XP using the settings at the top BUT in Win7 I receive the message "Registry editing has been disabled by your Administrator" message.
By setting the GPO setting to "Not Configured" the BAT file works but we do not want to give users any access to the Registry.
Why does the /s setting not work in Win7 but works in XP?

My thinking is you could achieve what you wanted if it was domain based group policy as you could filter your admin accounts from applying the GPO so it wouldn't take effect for them, but would for non-admins.
But i don't think you can filter out the local policy in the same way - it's been a long time since i've used local policies - so there may be a way to do it - i'll take a quick look.
It's actually possible to do exactly this kind of filtering on the local group policy nowadays. At least in Windows 7/2008 R2.
It's not the same nice kind of filtering as you have on domain GPOs where you can select specific groups or users but you can setup different User Configuration for Administrator and Non-administrators.
Start MMC elevated and add the Group Policy Object Editor snap-in.
When the snap-in is added you have the possibility to change the target of the Policy Editor from the default Local Computer. Click Browse and select the Users tab and chose to edit Administrators or Non-administrators.
You can add them both to the console to simplify editing.
hopefully that should do it for you, if you just edit the local policy for non-admins.

After updated my Q10 to release 10.2.1.537 the battery always shown 0%, now cannot send out e-mail or dial out call!!! Help pls!!

So, this only started after the update?
If so, it's likely just a battery meter calibration issue. Remove the battery for about 90 minutes and then replace.

Yes I updated via wifi. And no...everything seemed to work fine. But I alsa had a problem with my photos..mostly on my iPhone. I had like 900 or so photos saved on my photo stream..and I used that to hold all my photos, rightt? CUZ I could delete pics from my camera roll but they'd still be on my photo stream Well now after I updated. THEY ARE ALL GONE. And I'm really sad. I don't know how to get those pics Back.

Can't log in as administrator after update

I upgraded to 10.4.8 and now I can't log in as administrator. At the log in screen, it will go away after I enter the passwordand act like it will work, but then the log in screen will appear again. I have a test account that I am still able to log in to. If i try operations that require the administrator password in this account, the password works. I tried turning the automatic log in for the administrator on in the test account and restarting it, but then the gray screen with the circle never goes away. I reset the PMU and now when I log in as administrator, the screen fades to blue, the mouse reappears, and then nothing.

Error in CF Administrator After Update to 9.0.1

I'm attaching an image of the error I get when I click the first "Settings" Link under "Server Settings" menu. I did some searching but I couldn't find anyone that was having a similar problem.

Contact list problems after update to OS 10.2.1.537

Hi all,
I have run into issues with my address book since I updated my BB Z10 to the new OS 10.2.1.537.
My contacts are all synced with my Gmail contacts, and the syncing still works fine. However, they are displayed in the adress book on my Blackberry in a weird and random way. Some contacts are displayed perfectly fine as e.g. "Ms Jane Doe". In others, however, the institution at which the people work is displayed as part of the name, e.g. "Ms Doe Some Institute". In one case the display name of the contact was even changed to a date-time-coding (the time I last contacted that person?).
I checked the entries via "Edit" and they seem to be OK, first and middle names, surname, title, institutions and alike are all stored in their respective fields. They are only displayed wrongly in the contact list. Moreover, some contacts are displayed wrongly and some are not, and I did not find any one particular thing that any of the two groups has in common and that could trigger the error: In both groups I find entries with many (e.g. websites, Skype names, several phone numbers) or few (only one number or e-mail adress) entry-fields, as well as entries which have links to LinkedIn accounts etc., and so forth. So this problem occurs randomly?
I also figured out that "editing" a contact by just going to "Edit" and then saving without making any actual changes fixes the display issue. However, I would not want to manually go through that procedure for 200+ contacts. Also, since the problem seemingly occurs randomly, I have no idea whether it will happen again with new contacts in the future or even re-occur in already fixed contacts when I edit them in Gmail, upon the normal regular syncing, or after restarting the phone.
Does somebody else have these problems as well? And does somebody have an idea what might be the problem and even better how to fix it?

Bluetooth connectivity issues after updating to OS X 10.10.3

I have been experiencing issues with bluetooth mouse connectivity (apple magic mouse) after updating OS X to 10.10.3. My Macbook Retina 15" pro (early 2013) keeps losing connection with the mouse. Switching the mouse on/off helps in re- establishing connection between the mouse and the laptop for a few seconds. I was under the impression that this update of Yosemite was intended to rectify bluetooth and wifi connectivity issues. Any suggestions/advice welcome.

Phone not working after update volume. Battery life resets on own

Ever since last ISO update phone not working right. Looses volume. Shuts off Battery life went out to lunch. Texting slow. Any fix yet I see lots of issues. And tec support wants to charge as phone is off warranty. Was working finè before update.

MSI GeForce 9800 gt after updating the driver can't see the whole desktop

I have a MSI GeForce 9800gt, and I've tried to update the driver. After update I can no longer see the whole desktop, I have to move the mouse to the edge of the screen to see the rest, it's like there is a zoom or something.
The driver that came with the CD works fine, but any other driver give's me the same problem. I've tried with v.191.07, v.178, v.258.96, v.306.81 and a few other. I've also reinstall the windows but with no better results (I'm using Windows XP Pro).

Bluetooth Disabled After Updates

I have the 8gb iPhone and I'm using it with the Apple bluetooth headset. Each time a new update comes out it disables my bluetooth functions on the phone. I go to the settings, general, bluetooth.
After an iphone update is installed I go to re-enable bluetooth and all it does is display the spinning circle. It will spin like this for as long as you like trying to enable bluetooth.
I've docked the freshly updated iphone with the apple headset to get it to auto pair (since bluetooth wont enable I can't manually pair) and all it will do is charge the iphone and headset. it wont pair or activate bluetooth.
I've tried to restore then load my old settings but that doesn't work. It still won't activate bluetooth.
The only way to get bluetooth working again after an update is to do a restore then treat the phone as a brand new iphone. I can not load any of my old preferences. I have to go through the menus and redo all my sync settins and phone settings This is a pain and seems to be the only way to get bluetooth working again.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?
(btw, I really like the apple headset. Fits in my ear great and I've had no complaints from people on the other end of the call. Only issue is the phone needs to be closer than 3ft to the phone to get best listening quality)

When you go to Settings -> General -> About, is there a Bluetooth address showing?
If not, try restoring the iPhone and setting it up as new. If it still isn't showing your iPhone will need to be serviced.
