Boot up Screen help -- This has to be an EASY fix

Question

Does anyone know how to get the MacBookPro to boot up to the screen which allows the user to chose whether you are the Administrator, Another Account or a Guest?  Now when it boots up it defaults to the Administrator and you need to Log Out then you get the screen where the other Users are show for selection...

Yes all of the video cast members play on their own.
Here is the code I have right now:
on exitFrame me
if (sprite("Promo3").currentTime <

_movie.go(_movie.frame)
end if
end
I used to have this doe before I split the video into 4
individual parts and it worked fine:
on exitFrame me
sprite("Promo").movietime = 7000
end
/*-------------- About 10 frames over -------------------*/
on exitFrame me
if (sprite("Promo").currentTime < 8868) then
_movie.go(_movie.frame)
end if
end
But the one file was so much larger than the few seconds of
footage I needed from the 4 individual parts.
