I get the error below when calling the processPurchaseOrderReceipt operation. The JDE and JDEDEBUG log is empty. When I turn on BSSV logging I get a bunch of sql statement with the error below but nothing really descritpive. Any ideas?

  • BSSV SSL error

    Hi All
    We have a BSSV server running on Weblogic - all according to the MTRs.
    We have built a custom Business Function and it is now deployed as a Published Business Service.
    I can test this using SOAPUI and adding the wsse:Security headers and the services works perfectly.
    Now the problem is that we are trying to proxy the service so that non-SSL enabled clients can call in.
    To do this, I have built a proxy service and have it deployed on a separate Weblogic machine (at present, the Integrated server on JDeveloper) in the dev environment.
    I have taken the Demo Certs from the BSSV server (also still in the dev environment) and placed them in the "Trust" store on the proxy machine.
    Originally there was a hostname lookup error which was overcome by placing the line "set JAVA_OPTIONS=%JAVA_OPTIONS% -Dweblogic.security.SSL.ignoreHostnameVerification=true" into the setDomainEnv file.
    The original error has now gone away, but now a new error has appeared. The essence of it is:
    java.security.NoSuchAlgorithmException: Algorithm MD5 not available
    on the client side, the error given is:
    <faultcode xmlns:wsse="http://docs.oasis-open.org/wss/2004/01/oasis-200401-wss-wssecurity-secext-1.0.xsd">wsse:InvalidSecurity</faultcode>
    <faultstring>Error on verifying message against security policy Error code:1000</faultstring>
    <detail>
    <ns2:exception xmlns:ns2="http://jax-ws.dev.java.net/" class="javax.xml.ws.soap.SOAPFaultException" note="To disable this feature, set com.sun.xml.ws.fault.SOAPFaultBuilder.disableCaptureStackTrace system property to false">
    <message>Error on verifying message against security policy Error code:1000</message>
    From my understanding, MD5 is used to checksum the keys and compare as part of the SSL handshake.
    Can anyone suggest what might be going wrong?
    For completeness, I am posing the full error from the BSSV Server log files (193 lines)

  • Error when creating a BSSV (Database Vaue Object Class) in E1 Demo

    Hi All,
    I am getting the following error while creating BSSV
    Can not load Table/View records - [DATABASE_CONNECT_FAILED] Database Connection failed for DataSource Object Librarian Local.class com.jdedwards.database.base.JDBException
    any solution

    Guys,
    I got it. The name of the view was not named starting with 'Z'. So I renamed it as 'ZREQ_DAT' and it works now.
    Thanks,
    Sirish.

  • "Credentials could not be validated" Error -  Weblogic deployment of BSSV

    Hi All
    I am a long time integrator with little JDE experience.
    I am tasked with getting Business Services published from JDE Business Functions.
    I have followed the MTRs and have Weblogic 10.3 on a Windows 2008 64 bit server.
    JDE is E812 with tools 8.98 4
    The Management Agent is installed and on the Server Manager, the Business Services Server was created.
    A business function has been written and after following the steps from both the Business Services Dev guide and a presentation from openworld, the function was built into a published Business Services.
    Now, when this is tested, both from the JDeveloper Integrated Server and from the Weblogic described above, the following error occurs:
    "Credentials could not be validated from message or from configuration file"
    Can anyone suggest why this happens? Are there deployments missing from my J2EE?
    Apart from the deployment from the Jdevelopper, a complete build of the ear has been done and deployed on the managed server, but this gives the same error.
    I have checked that the jdbj.ini is installed correctly and that the details are correct in there.
    Any help would be appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Ryan

    Hi
    We managed to get this working, but it is almost impossible to say what went wrong in the first place.
    Basically, we began a fresh install with a new domain and following the docs everything came right!
    there was no need to go into the JDE DB tables though.

  • Compliation Error while invoking Secure web service.

    Hi,
    I am trying to invoke secure JDE Business Service in SOA 11g from a simple Composite process as a partnerlink.
    The JDE Business Service is deployed on a weblogic server. The service is getting invoked through SOAP UI but is giving compilation errors when used in a Composite process.
    Error(17,30): Load of wsdl "https://hostname:port/DV900/AddressBookManager?wsdl" failed
    Error(20,30): Load of wsdl "AddressBookManagerDefinitionsWrapper.wsdl" failed
    Error(33,88): Cannot find Port Type "{http://oracle.e1.bssv.JP010000/}Oracle_E1_SBF_JWS_PkgBldFile_AddressBookManager" for "AddressBookManager" in WSDL Manager
    Could someone please let me know how to resolve this issue.
    Also, is this related to some kind of keystores that need to be imported into JDeveloper or Weblogic Server
    OR
    Certificates that need to be imported into my application.
    Any help will be appreciated.

    In Document 663626.1 there are a few tests/samples that could help with testing and verification.
    If this isn't what you're looking for, you may want to check out the Information Center for Using Business Services (BSSV) in the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools and Technology Product (Doc ID 1365168.2)
    Hope that helps!

    Regards,

    Hello Karthik,
    The errors you receive point to a missing BSFN named GetSiteInfo which was built into the CCUSTOM library.
    This is a custom object and as you are executing your code in the JDV900 environment you might want to confirm that the BSFN mentioned was built & deployed correctly for JDV900.

    Hi all,
    i ma getting the following error while calling a bssv(secured wsdl having https extension)  webservice from SOA.

    Hi ,
    Most probably you are experiencing this problem because you have not configured the necessary WS client policy il or because you have configured a WS client policy which is not compatible with the server-side WS policy.
    Check whether you have configure the client policy, if not  set the necessary WS client policy

    Hi all,
    We created a Web Service in our DEMO installation of ERP9 Tools 8.97, Database Local SSE (User - DEMO, Password-DEMO). The Web Service is using JDE Vanilla BSFN - B0100021 - Formatted Address and created through JDeveloper using JDE BSSV tool.

    </env:Envelope>"
    Please help.
    Thanks,
    Tufan

    I can confirm that the lab and BSSV functionaly works in DEMO, I have it working nicely. However, I dont think you can deploy this to a Business Services server. I haven't tried as yet. but you can test all the published BSSV via jDeveloper to verify that you have the correct code. It starts O4CJ and web services locally and brings up an input web page to enter the AN8, the data outputs to XML.
    Tip:
    1) Make sure that you have an entry in the P00950 security workbench. .
    2) make sure that you select the BSSV item (i.e CustomAddressManager) and select 'set to publish' available (this only appears on checkin) when you check the object in. Make sure that you have entries in the F98601, 602, 603 tables in Object Librarian
    3) Open P00950 select published bssv, click on the grid line (1st column) in the grid form of W00950X click the searchlight, in W00950U hit find you must see your published BSSV in here.
    if not you go back to step 2. You must 'set to publish' for the bssv i.e CustomAddressManager object. Otherwise you will not be able to see in the W00950U form.
    4) Repeat for the 2nd column and Make sure you select the 'Secure by Method' this will take you to W00950Y form and you must select your bssv and select the 'Allow Execute' on the bottom of the form.
    Once you have these in place then you will not get the 'Not authorized' error messages.

    Hello again,
    I have modied OCM record with a correct BSSV (the name and the port number were wrong).
    And other thing that I have tested is change the parent DLL with a new DLL created by me (Object Name: CALLWS.dll, Product Code: 0, Product System Code:0) and the error is:
    *ERROR CallObject@25b780: CallObject.executeRequest(): Problem executing function [invocarWS] lib [CALLWS] LoadLib failed.Please see Enterprise Server log for details. Library in which business funtion resides cannot be loaded user:JDE Env:DV900*

    It seems like it is not possible to find the CALLWS dll... Althought it was built and compiled without errors and warnings...
    I would like to debug the Business Function in C from Microsoft Visual Studio 2005, but I can't, because breakpoints are disable.
    I have followed the following manual:
    E1: BSFN: Debugging Business Functions Using Visual Studio .NET 2003, 2005 and 2008 (I have founded it in Oracle Support (Metalinki)).
    And here they say:
    "It is a normal feature of visual studio 2003/2005 to disable break point at the start of a debug session and display a warning saying no symbol is loaded. Break point will only be activated on demand when the code to debug is loaded in to the runtime memory".
    I think is necessary add the referency with parent DLL (in my case, CALLWS.dll) but I don't know how can I do it. I have tested to insert in Business Function's source code the following line:
    "#pragma comment(lib,"CALLWS.dll")" to force to include it, but when it was built:

  • Getting errors on running BPEL11g and ESB11g Samples

    Can some one help resolve the errors we are getting on running the samples? This behaves the same way between BPEL11g and ESB11g samples.
    Followed all the steps from SOASampleMediator11g.doc from Samples, but after deploying and running a test with MediatorAddressBookManager gives following error:
    <env:Fault xmlns:SOAP-ENV="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/"><faultcode>SOAP-ENV:Client</faultcode><faultstring>Failed to get operation name from incoming request</faultstring></env:Fault>
    The BSSV logs don't show any trace of this or may be we are not looking at the right place if some one can point us.

    Hi,
    check out your oracle-webservice.xml. it must constains:
    <runtime enabled="security">
    <security>
    <inbound>
    <verify-username-token password-type="PLAINTEXT" require-nonce="false" require-created="false"/>
    </inbound>
    <outbound/>
    </security>
    </runtime>
    If not, change the webservice properties (check security). Undeploy/reploy your web services and restart the oc4j group which the ws has been deploy.
    Hope it helps,
    Cyryl

  • Cannot understand Security element wsu:Timestamp error

    I got the below error while trying to call the GetEvents method. I generated a Web Service proxy in Jdeveloper 11g and I'm using Weblogic 10.X. Below are my code. Do you have any idea?
    IntegrationEventWS integEventService = new IntegrationEventWS_Impl("IntegrationEventWS_saved_wsdl.wsdl");
    InputStream inbound = new Object().getClass().getResourceAsStream("/weblogic/wsee/policy/runtime/Wssp1.2-2007-Https-UsernameToken-Plain.xml");
    Default_Binding_IntegrationEventWS port = integEventService.getDefault(inbound, true, false);
    Stub portStub = (Stub)port;
    ArrayList credentialproviders = new ArrayList();
    CredentialProvider cp = new ClientUNTCredentialProvider(username.getBytes(),password.getBytes());
    credentialproviders.add(cp);
    portStub._setProperty(WSSecurityContext.CREDENTIAL_PROVIDER_LIST,credentialproviders);

    getEventsInput.setEventCount(null);
    getEventsInput.setQueueName("Opportunity");
    IntegrationEventWS_GetEvents_Output getEventsOutput = port.getEvents(getEventsInput);

    Thank you for the replys. However, when running the command:
    *$ java -classpath /export/home/jtownsen/java/ojdbc14_g.jar Connect*
    I got the following error message:
    Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Connect
    In case anyone is interested, I did figure out a solution. First, I set the environment variable like so: (using Korn shell)
    *$ CLASSPATH=/export/home/jtownsen/java/ojdbc14_g.jar:/export/home/jtownsen/java/Connect.class:*
    *$ export CLASSPATH*
    Then I compiled the program with:
    *$ javac Connect.java*
    ...which created the Connect.class file.
    And ran the program with:
    *$ java Connect*
    ...and the program ran with no errors returned.
    Now I can begin on the next step. Thanks again to those who have replied.

  • Enterprise one BSSV using ADF

    Hi all
    I wish it is the right place to post this question. I been spend some time to find the right place right question.
    I am a EnterpriseOne (E1) developer and new to ADF because of new E1 pushing BSSV (businese service/ web service) technology.
    In fact Metalink does have little cookbook for JDEV 10g 120903.1, which using WS proxy way to call BSSV.
    However, I start using JDEV 11g ADF using ADF and found some cool stuff like here (Complex data type
    http://blogs.oracle.com/shay/entry/web_services_with_complex_data ) and here ( Agile tutorial
    http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/testcontent/adf11g-agile-131400.pdf ).
    It tell 11g ADF (WSBC) does have easier and better way for complex type WS. And I have problem to access BSSV (web service)
    1. WSBC did not pass WS security header information to BSSV and result wsse error in Soap.
    2. If it configure BSSV (on JDEV OAS) not use WSSE. I got 'nil' in ADF output from result.
    I can not go any futher on Metalink and I would like to see any pepole have some experence like me.
    And we can share some information

    At first, many thank for very helpful PSFT link.
    In the link, I found the devloper never input id/pwd in WSDC. I believe PSFT web servie was turned off the WS security.
    Then I disable OAS (WS/wsse security) for the BSSV (E1 web service). And WSDC able invoke the service without wsse error.
    However another issue is come. When the page is load/init the brower will pop up an error message "Internal Server Error (Caught .... no where clause is desired.".
    If user by pass the error. The system (button/method) is working fine. POP up messsage will happen again if user is load the page again.
    log belows:
    <SOAPProvider> <handleFault>
    The Web Service call generated a SOAP Fault :
    [env:Server] Internal Server Error (Caught exception while handling request: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException:
    Invalid Array length. WhereClause conditions array passed to WhereClauseBuilder is empty.
    Please use emptyWhereClauseBuilder construct if no where clause is desired. )
    <SOAPProvider> <handleFault> Verify if all the necessary parameter values are provided correctly and confirm to the schema constraints as defined in the WSDL
    <SOAPProvider> <handleFault> If the service requires any SOAP headers, Verify that they have been correctly defined in the request
    <SOAPProvider> <handleFault> The Web Service may have generated an exception in an attempt to handle the request, and has returned a SOAP fault to indicate that exception.
    <WebServiceConnectionMessages> <debugExecuteFailure> Failed to execute a SAAJ interaction.
    I would like to by pass the error message. Is the error caused by WSBC or BSSV. Do I need to do something to delay some init process for WSBC

    I do not understand this WSDL! Its wrong!!
    For e.g. why is this section repeated so many times:
    <complexType name="CrmCustomerId">
    <sequence>
    <element name="SETID" nillable="false" type="xsd:string"/>
    <element name="CPL_LEGACY_ID" nillable="true" type="xsd:string"/>
    <element name="CUST_ID" nillable="true" type="xsd:string"/>
    <element name="RESPOND_MSG" nillable="false" type="xsd:integer"/>
    </sequence>
    </complexType>
    Also when creating what mapping did you choose? JAX-B or JAX-RPC?
    Try JAX-B.

  • Errors generating client stubs for web services

    Hello,
    We are having issues trying to generate client stubs from the Unifier wsdl document (mainservice.wsdl). I see this was generated using Axis 1.4 (2006). I normally use Apache CXF but it complains due to the use of RPC/encoding. I tried Axis2 but it complains about "SchemaCompilationException: can not find type {http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/encoding/}Array from the parent schema". I am wondering if we need to use Axis 1.4?
    If you have successfully generated client stubs from the wsdl documents please let me know which method was successful for you.
    We have Unifier R9.12 installed.
    Thank you
    Rudy

    I found more notes on what I had to do:
    - the process above created package names like java.oracle_e1_bssv_jp010000
    - we need to rename these to be proper package names.
    - refresh the eclipse project so you see these folders
    - select the package, right click, refactor, rename
    - rename these to be like oracle.e1.bssv.jp010000 (remove the java. and replace _ with .)
    - there will probably be a bunch of errors in individual java files you will need to fix.
    - they are very easy, it should be a matter of just deleting the imports, these are not needed because they are in the same package.
