Burn Notice season pass "Depth Perception" is not downloading

The latest episode 5.16 of Burn Notice Season Pass is not downloading - it usually is available the next day. It has been 2 days now. What's up???

Yeah they've been having issues with season passes not downloading properly lately.... rather annoying. As a prepaid purchaser we shouldn't have to wait and NOT have our shows while it's sitting there and those who didn't get the season pass are able to buy and download it. We already paid for it, give it to us NOW.

Why must I open iTunes in 32-bit mode to play Burn Notice Season 7 episodes on a MacOS 10.8.4 system?

I have an Intel Mac Pro (tower system) running MacOS 10.8.4 with iTunes 11.0.4 (4). Why must I open iTunes 11.0.4 (4) in 32-bit mode to play the latest (as in June 2013) episodes of Burn Notice (Season 7) when PRIOR episodes of Burn Notice (i.e., Season 6 and below) have no problems being played in 64-bit mode? But after I play the Season 7 episode ONCE in 32-bit mode iTunes, I can restart iTunes in 64-bit mode and then play that same episode without a problem? It seems like something in the file is erroneously set in 32-bit mode upon downloading from the iTunes Store that once played in a 32-bit mode iTunes, upgrades it so it can be played in a 64-bit mode iTunes. If I try to play the Season 7 episode in 64-bit mode iTunes without first playing in 32-mode iTunes, I get the dreaded error message, "This movie requires QuickTime, which is not supported by this version of iTunes."

Just got same problem.
#1. There is no Box, under Label or anywher to uncheck or check.
#2. The device I want to use does not have an update driver. What I really need if for the Box to check or uncheck which should be there according to Apple Help.
#3. I tried this, resetting the whole computer's kernal extension by using a Terminal command (although I don't like doing that). It didn't work. sudo systemsetup -setkernelbootarchitecture i386
So I reset it to: sudo systemsetup -setkernelbootarchitecture x86_64
But emphasize, again, I don't like doing SUDO commands in Terminal.
So...Anything else to try?

I always check email for a confirmation of purchase before I worry- and I did get one. But apparently ( not like normally) this last pass purchase I made had some kind if delay in showing up as purchased on ATV. Half an hour later- there it is.... Which is good sine I had to answers on what to do other than restart again. If it doesn't show in yr acct or have a receipt- id rebut it. It's easier to get them to refund a duplicate than search for the invisible.

Season Pass - LOST (Televison Show) - Not working

I purchased a season pass for the 3rd season of LOST. I've downloaded all 6 episodes when they were available. iTunes would kindly send me an email... The 7th episode which aired last night (02/08/07) is available and ready to download. However my season pass is not showing up. iTunes wants me to buy the episode.
Apple what's up with my season pass?
Anyone else having a this issue? Suggestions?

Ditto on the unavailable download. I have the season pass as well and when I check for purchases it says I have downloaded all available purchases. Clearly I have not done so because I have not downloaded last night's episode. I had a similar problem a week or two ago with Heroes, and after three or four days I was finally able to download my pre-purchased episode.
Seems that other users recently had the same problem with 30 Rock and Studio 60. Looks to me like the iTunes folks are not up to the task of managing the season pass option.
What's the point of a season pass if you can buy individual episodes before season pass episodes are available?

I found a way around it...
1. Go to iTunes Store
2. Click your Apple id (top left)
3. Click Account
4. Scroll all the way to the bottom click "Purchased" (it's under Features)
5. Navigate to whatever you downloaded:
if you downloaded a TV Show. Click TV Show at the top. Choose the show in the left. Then click the season and you can download it from there.
I know it shouldn't be this hard. But this is the solution I've found till apple can fix the glitch.

Bought season pass now how do i download new episodes

i bought ha season pass for suits season 2 and downloaded the 4 available episodes. now there's a fifth episode and i clicked on the itunes store on my computer and nothing happens. on the left side is the explanation of season pass that says "future episodes will download as they become availalbe." and it says to make sure to sign in and then click here to download any episode waiting in my queue but there's no "here" to click. so how do i get it to do this. i think i'm signed in cuz my apple id is at the top of the screen.

When researching a problem such that my Seasons Passes new episodes did not appear as new downloadable content ("You have downloaded all the content for this Apple ID"), Apple Support tells me that Seasons Pass content are no longer considered applicable to "check for available downloads".

Actually, they are put in your downloads. But this is only for new passes going forward. And you have to chose the (Download All) options as well during your purchase.

Can you switch from single episode to season pass

I have a couple of shows that I purchase as soon as they are released but I've noticed some of them are cheaper if you get a season pass and just let them download as they air. If I have already bought some, but not all of a season can I do a season pass without having to purchase the same episodes? And if I can do this, do they adjust the price to reflect the season pass price or do I have to pay for the previous episodes and the season pass?

A seson pass is not a downloadable item. It is an entitlement to future items. If there are any items that are immediately available with the pass, they should be marked as "free" in the ps store. Download those items.
When the other dlc included in the pass become available, they will also be "Free".
Does it not explain this in the season pass description in the store?

Hi. I'm trying to change my account details (ie country), but am getting an error that I have an incomplete season pass. I've already downloaded all the episodes from the tv series, how do I "complete" the pass?? Thanks!

I don't dispute that fact at all, but I know for a fact I had 2.81 GB as download on my account virtually before I even started using it, 150 mb belonged to me as download, and 4 gb for occasional play on runescape doesn't add up either, both his computers are running on Virgin, not the BT internet connection, and why can't I log into my own account as the password doesn't match and have to reset it many times, I suppose thats another .5 gb used as well ???
