How do I pull up my call logs from this month or last month?

  • No calls in call log, or voice mail online (but can be accessed via phone).

I had Fios internet and digital voice installed on February 14th 2012. I've set up all the voice mail functions and can access them via the phone. Voicemails left an laso be played back via the phone. However none of this information is being replicated online via the website. Voicemails are always empty, and the call logs show no record of any calls being made.
Is there anything else thatneeds to be set up?
    Thank you.

No there is nothing else you need to do to setup the service. We need to check that your username is syncing to the account correctly. I have sent you a private message to get more information.

  • Outgoing call log shows calls from my own number to the same number

Every so often, I pick up the phone to dial out and get a fast busy tone.  I hang up, wait a few seconds, and try again, and I have dial tone and can dial out.
I have not noticed any pattern or timeframes when this occurs.
When looking at my online call log, I see calls at very random and arbitrary times of the day in the Outgoing column from my own number and TO the same number.  ALWAYS after that there is an entry that the call went to voice mail.  There is never an actual voice mail message, of course; I guess it hangs up before VM detects a valid message.
There appears to be an entry like this every single day, but, again, at very different times and with no discernible pattern.
Why is my own phone number trying to dial out to itself and at various times of day and night?

Having the same issue. Calls being made FROM my Maryland home landline TO a Virginia number.
I tried calling the number from my office phone, but it goes straight to an unoccupied voicemail.
When I first called about it, the Verizon representative also reassured me there was no charge for these calls, but that is not the issue. The issue is that someone or some machine has access to my home landline and it is making these calls. She was pretty insistent that it must be someone in my home, but much like others have stated, the records show that calls are made when no one is home, or when we are all home watching TV in the living room. We have one phone in the kitchen, so there are no secret calls being made. And certainly not 20+ times a month.
The first representative transferred me to another tech. At first, the new tech dismissed the idea that there could be cross-wiring (what the first tech suggested) because it's over the internet. There are no physical wires to cross.
The tech eventually ran a test and determined there was a "short bound in the wiring," so she said she was going to "reboot the ONC." I don't know what any of that means.
The test came back successful, and she was able to block the number (inbound and outbound).
I told both techs that this problem is not unique to my account; that there are several people on Verizon forums reporting the same issue.
She was not able to explain why, so we are no closer to figuring this out.
All I can recommend is calling Verizon tech support and having the number blocked. We'll see what happens with the next bill.
Also, if it's worth typing out, make sure you're reviewing your bills from Verizon. I've had to call at least five times in the 4.5 months about one thing or another.

The below means called the online number from inside uk from +4413000000???
This call was forwarded from  +4413000000

Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer Online Numbers between accounts. You can, however, set up call forwarding from one account to another to be able to receive calls when being logged into either one. Please see http://www.skype.com/intl/en/features/allfeatures/call-forwarding/

  • S40 call log complaint

Has anyone noticed that with recent S40 phones (eg 6600 slide, 6700), in the call log, when you have called / recieved a call from the same contact multiple times, you can only see the date/time/duration of the MOST RECENT event? In previous phones (eg 6300), you were able to see the date, time & duration of the last 5 (I think) events from that one contact. Annoying much?
This should be changed, sometimes you need to know previous dates/time and call durations of people you have spoken to or tried to call!!

  • Is there any way to salvage contact info, media and call logs from an account that is currently suspended

Is there any way to salvage contact info, media and call logs from an account that is currently suspended

        Hello screamer666.
I definitely understand wanting to maintain your information. If you have suspended your account, you are still able to access your My Verizon online account to review contacts saved with Backup Assistant or media and call logs saved with Verizon Cloud. Are you having trouble accessing your account?

  • Call Log not functioning properly

I recently updated my phone software to 210.21.006 and my hardware is Nokia E71-1.
Have observed problems with the call log after that. Behaves erratically like not recording any calls (missed, dialled or received) inspite of 20 calls per category not being filled.
Very disturbing when I can see the missed call notification on the home screen but not able to see the callers.
    Please help

My skype call forwarding doesn't work for last couple weeks too.
It doesn't forward calls when I'm online nor offline.

  • How to automatic save phone call logs

I am not able to save phone call logs as it is getting automatic deleted so plz give some suggestion to save all call logs

Phone > Recents or check your account online with your carrier.
Note, Recents is limited to 100 calls exactly.  No way to change that.
You can delete recent calls you don't care about to keep the list from filling up.  Swipe across the call and press the Delete button or use the Edit button, top right.

  • Incoming call log- Australian calls?

hi, I need to keep a record of all incoming calls over the year but have been advised the only way to do this is to purchase a specific app. The only call log app I can find is for US phone numbers only and i live in Australia. Any suggestions please?

Your carrier keeps a record of all calls. Can you not login to your account online & view/print such? Some carriers, for an additional fee, will even mail such each month.

  • Calls Missing from Call Log

I just got a Palm Pre Plus from verizon last week and I've noticed one bug and wonder if anyone else has noticed:
For some reason some of my calls don't show up in the call log afterwards. I haven't exactly pinpointed when this happens but I've noticed it happen to calls I've placed as well as calls that I've ignored. This seems to be a pretty big bug to me.
I'll do some tinkering and see if I can pinpoint exactly what causes this bug to arise.

Ray....thanks for sanity check. Its June 2 and still no logs. I have to prove something to a police officer who  says he called me to discuss a neighbor issue we have and I have nothing on my phone that says he called so I need to check 'missed calls'. I don't have a reason to check the logs too often so this is frustrating me....grrr. I can see placed calls and voice mail but thats all and here is what it says and seems to me they 'think' there is a problem and not just a maintenance or updating issue? "Sorry, call logs are temporarily unavailable. We're working on fixing the problem."  Hi TerriB!!!! You may need to call into Comcast, enter the trouble ticket to Tier1 and then Tier2....   something tells me that if you haven't been able to see anything for this long, there is something not quite right in the backend coding of your Voice Account....  somewhere a "link" is missing in your MISSED calls database location to report on the online page.... Hope they can fix it for you!!!!! -=Ray=-Ray, I went on  Comcast  chat and they told me "As of the moment, our engineers are currently upgrading our online features that is the reason why you are prompted with that error message."  My cr** detector went off.  I need to know if you can see yours please. I asked if everyone's logs are affected and the answer was YES......NOT TRUE!!!!   I can see all of my logs in the S FL market...   <Shame on them> !!!! -=Ray=-

  • Call log tab jabber client numbers listed as other

Question about the call log for j4w
All our users have 3 numbers in their Active Directory user object
    work number
    home number
    mobile number
when user A calls from any of these 3 numbers user B can see the users name displayed with either work, mobile or home depending on the number he is calling from.
if check the call log i can see  the name of User A and if he rang from his work number this is listed as Work but when he calls from his home number or mobile number it shows his name and then the word other (so you have no idea if he rang from his mobile or home number) but it is recognising these numbers belong to this user.
is there a configuration change i can make so it displays either the word mobile or home instead of other?
we are on CUCM 8.6.2 and CUPS 8.6.4 integrated with AD 2008r2.
    Many thanks

No also when client remains up and running.

  • Call log, text messages, emails, and facebook messages erasing

Last night when I realized that my entire call log and well as all of my text messages, a large portion of my emails, and some of my facebook messages had vanished. I thought I must have inadvertently done something to make that happen. The this morning when I woke up, the new text messages and calls I had made last night were gone too. Any ideas on what is happening and how I can stop it?
