Calling L_TO_CREATE_SINGLE using NCO 3

Question

I'm attempting to programmatically invoke the L_CREATE_TO_SINGLE to emulate an LB12 command after successfully calling a BAP_GOODSMVT_CREATE to retreive a document no. Although the method returns me a TO number it doesn't appear to link back to the material document number leaving a quantity of material in UML_ZONE. I guess I'm missing some inportant parameter(s). To assist here's a fragment of the code I'm using:

The move in question is an on hand stock to floor stock move. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
Please check the WM config for the Warehouse / Movement type(Tx. OMLX) . There we have option to give as immediate confirmation. This may be the reason for TO getting confirmed when created.
U can this by creating a transfer order for the same movement type manually in TX. LT03. After you save if the To is confirmed then its a config setup @ Warehouse / Movement type.
