Can I have mannual condition value as zero in Sales order

Hi
I need to enter a mannual condition type in sales order in %, but it should not give me any value and it should be zero. In Pricing procedure I haven't maintained any values in from & to column, but then it is taking the value either from the base price or from some other value. Can any one tell me how to control this....and get zero as value in sale order though I enter in %.

What is the function of the condition type if its effect is not to be evaluated in the pricing screen.
anyways if thats the case, in the pricing procedure you can specify the counter no. in the from and to fields related to the condition type.
you can enter the counter no. of the base price on which you want the percentage of the particular condition type to be executed.

    In our client we have different Price condition types for based on scenario wise. Ex: Domestic Sales (ZPR1) and Export Sales ZPR2. I have maintained separately value fields for each price condition types.
    We are booking some financial charges, and interest on working capital etc., this cost we need to transfer to COPA each Material wise based on sales revenue.
    For this purpose we have created one COPA Assessment Cycle.  Tracing factor is Sales Revenue and receiver is Materials.
    In COPA Assessment cycle we can give only one base means ZPR1 related value field or ZPR2 related value field.
    For this reason we have created one new statistic condition type,  what is amount there in ZPR1 that amount will updated automatically in statistic condition place and so that we can give once one trance factor in COPA Assessment Cycle. We have assign this statistic condition all pricing procedure
    Now my problem is in MTS scenario statistic condition values updated correctly. But in MTO scenario sales order settlement time statistic condition values not updated.
    So is it possible update during sales order settlement time statistic condition values.
    Please give me suggestion.

    As you said is correct.
    But in our client we have around 9 Plants and each plant manufacturing product are different. Client Requirement is in COPA Report they need see each product wise sales revenue. In this way we mapped product wise value field.  System already mapped one guy in this way earlier. Now I am doing some changes for relevant to month end activities.
    Some financial changes transfer to COPA each plant wise on Material. Here sender is cost center and receiver is Material. Base is Sales Revenue.
    Please suggest me is there any alternative.

  • Condition value is Inactive in sales order

    Hi Friends,
    I am facing the following problem,
    In the sales order, it is picking  all condition records as per pricing procedure and calculates perfectly. But in the header net value field it is not updating. It is showing one condition record value only.
    During analysis I found that the all records is inactive except which one is updating in the net value field  and reason is "Y - Inactive because of Subsequent Price."
    Please help me to solve this issue.

    Dear Dilip
    For information, when you have a condition record showing as
    inactive it is because you have a base price condition record
    somewhere below your discounts.
    Check your condition records below the discounts, are
    there any of condition class 'B'? If yes, then that is why they are inactive.

  • Condition Value(KONV-KWERT) for Sales Order

    Hi Experts,
    I have to print the condition value for ZTDC Condition Type from Header Value, currently it is getting the data from line item level. I am getting condition no document (KNUMV) from VBAK table and checking that condition no document in KONV table to retrieve the Condition Value(KWERT) but it is picking item level data.
    We need to get the condition value for the header level.
    Please help me.

    Try using table KONP (condition at position level) and KONH (condition at header level).

  • How to Update the New Condition values for list of sales orders

    Client requirement is they have set of old Sales Orders to be executed. But the material prices have been revised in the meantime. Now they want to update the current prices in the sales order before proceeding further.

    Though Lakshmi suggested you the right option, it may not be carried out for Sales Documents in random and will be much suited for Sales Documents with continuous sequence like 00010, 00011, 00012, 00013, etc.
    If you want to New Pricing to be carried out for Specific Lists of documents like 00010, 00017, 00043, 00057, etc, then you can do by following option:
    Go to Transaction "MASS", Select the Table - VBAK and Field - PRSTD and proceed by entering the Sales Documents Lists to carry out New Pricing.

  • Header condition type value not displayed in sales order output

    Hi gurus,
    I have observed a strange issue regarding a header condition in a sales order.
    we have a set up like following:
    1. If the Header condition XXXX is used in sales Order then this value should be printed on sales order output.
    2. If the Header condition mentioned in above point is not maintained in sales order it should print the total price of all line items.
    Though i have maintained the header condition value in Sales Order Header its not displayed in SO output.
    That is , I have a sales order and it has one HEADER condition type entered with 3500 USD.
    In fact this value is used for some business purpose and is being printed on the sales order output for a specific output type.
    But where as in a sales order this header condition value is not getting printed on the output though I am using same data as of the sales order which is having the header condition value printed on its output.
    According to business,we must have the header condition value printed on  sales Order output.
    Please suggest how to proceed.

    Not sure if you are using costom smartform to print invoice, if yes then ask developer to debug and find the root cause and fix it.
    You might need to give him condition when it shuld be printed and when not.
    You can take reference of another output type for which it is printing

    Functinal speciciation for Abaper need to give as
    1. SE11 - EKKO u2013 contents- PO number, take doc. condition no.
    2. SE11 - KONV u2013 contents -  doc. condition no.
    3. Take condition value against condition type "FREIGHT" & Item no.

    First of all in SAP sales orgs are assigned to distribution channels and the combination of sales org and distribution channel which is called distribution chain is assigned to plant
    There is  no direct link  between sales org  and plant or distribution channel and plant
    So  sales org  and plant combination doesnot exists and
    it is only sales org and dist channel combination which is  called as distribution chain only exists
    Nowhere in SAP we are assigning sales org to plant
    It is because sales org alone doesnot make sense and its combination with dist channel only makes sense
    because sales org is a selling org and the distribution channel is the route to sell and this combination has only to pick the material from plant to process sales to customers
    The relation between sales org and distribution channels is many to many and also vice versa
    Multiple sales orgs can be assigned to one distribution channel and
    Multiple distribution channels  can be assigned to one sales org
    Similarly the relation ship between Distribution chain (sales org+dist channel) to plant is also many to many and vice versa
    Similarly plants from other company codes can also be assigned to Distribution chain to facilitate intercompany processes
    In whatever way look at it the multiple distribution channels can be fit anywhere

    We can't assign credit control area to the sales organisation
    Sales area will be assigned to the Credit control area
    Only one credit control area will be assigned to each sales area.
    More then one credit control area will not be assigned to single sales area.
    But one Credit control area we can assign to more than one sales areas.

  • Condition type not coming in sales order

    Hi,
    we have a condition type Z026. The issue is that  it is not set in the order but the condition records exists. The pricing analysis shows that condition reocrd is missing but the fact is the condition record is there. The acess seq is Z026 and there are many tables in the acess sequence.
    The first table in the access seq is 906 and the condition record exists but still the system says that the condition record is not found using  cond preliminary step (header fields like customer/sales org/div). the cond record is maintained for  relevant sales org/dist channel/customer/material. cond preliminary step means that system first looks for the header fields but everything is there.
    The condition is active and the conditon is created on 21.7.10 with validitity from 21.7.10 to 31.1.2010 and the pricing date in sales order is 27.7.10. so everyhting is fine but yet the condition is not coming in sales order
    what could be the issue.

    Now try creating a sales order with 20.07.2010 as the pricing date. It will work. Create another order with 21.07.2010 and it will not work. If so, it is due to the validity date. When you give 21.07.2010 as validity date and there is already another record which was valid on that date, the gap of one day can happen and we have experienced this. There is even an OSS note explaining this concept, which makes sense business-wise.
    However you check the scenarios I have mentioned. If the behaviour is as I have mentioned, then you have to change the pricing date of your problamatic sales order to one day earlier, or move the validity date one day earlier.

  • Material Assessable value in Purchase and Sales order.

    Dear Experts ,
    Case A : How Can we pass on material assessable value from PO to Sales order when Assessable value varies dynamically from one vendor to another vendor for same material.
    For Example :
    Let say we are procuring material X , Quantity 1 from Vendor A at the cost of Rs.1000 and the excise duty on the same will be 10% i.e 100 Rs.
    Same material X procured , quantity 1 from Vendor B at the cost of Rs.2000 and the excise duty on the same will be 10% i.e 200 Rs.
    Now when I create a sales order for two quantity for material X and SP is 5000 Rs. So which value I have to base on for calculating excise Duty and how can we justify for two quantities.
    Case B : I have been to J1id screen and there we can maintain one assessable value but in actual Assessable value is getting varied and using this technique how can we make sure that , Particular vendor stock which is holding XXX and YYY assessable value stock to be picked in sales order.
    Request you all to advice me on the above mentioned requirement.

    based on my knowledge ,  your process is job work process, in job work process maintain the this flow,
    first case : please check your sale order customer details , because on one vendor can assign to your customer ,
    goto xd02 , check general data- at control tab, here assign vendor, based on you requirement ,
    will take vendor A stock ,  you assign vendor for you sale customer,
    and you want vendor B STOCK , you can assign for vendor to your sale order customer,
    and also check you vendor details(XK03)  , their is any customer,
    CASE2: TAKE yyy stock  it means ( the second vendor it can assign  you customer), in j1id you maintain the material assemble value , based on date please check, and also check , in j1id at material and  chapter id based , based on you material and chapter id combination , it activate subcontr's  icon check ,
    so please check you xd02 for vendor, xk03 for customer , j1id  assemble value material chapter id subcontr's icon ,

    check in NACO transaction if you have assigned access sequence to your output ytpes and if you have ticked checkbox "Access to output conditions" - otherwise it will not even try to access condition records.
    From help :
    Access to output conditions
    Indicates whether the system determines the output by searching for valid
    condition records.
    Procedure
    If you want the system to search condition records for the appropriate
    output, mark the field.
    Note
    If you leave the field blank and if you are processing sales, shipping,
    or billing documents, the system automatically determines output from
    information stored in the customer master record.

  • Can system produce one single invoice for bulk of sales orders?

    I have a few questions with regards to sales orders per Billing.
    1) Can the system cater for creation of only ONE Invoice for about 8,000 sales orders in one click of VF04?
    2) Is there a limit of sales order to be created in ONE Invoice? If there is, how much is the maximum limit?
    3) If can, will there be any performance issue to the system? Waht are the impact that we should be aware of?
    I've tested billing for lesser sales orders (execute VF04 for 5,427 s/orders only). However, the system still produce 2 Invoices and yet still has remaining 407 sales orders not processed.
    i have read the discussion about Billing line item here Re: Maximum no of lines in the Invoice but the issue is still uncleared to me.

    My appology for the above post. I have double check the bill and found the split analysis as mentioned by G.
    As this is my first time encounter the split scenario, would appreciate if anybody would share the knowledge on how to tackle my issue here. I found tHE split analysis as follows:

    2) I assume that Country of Destn, Region and Country of Sls Tax Id data is taken from Customer master data but why does it takes Ship-to-Party customer master data? Can i change it to take Sod-to-party Master data?
    3) I believe i need to change the Origin sls tax no from A (Ship-to-Part) to C (Sold-to-Party) but can anybody pls help pointing out the tcode or menu path to do so? (TQ!).
    4)  believe also should point #4 above be resolved, Ref Doc No. and Payment Ref No. will not be an issue anymore.

    I am facing problem in pricing procedure. I have created new condition table(LIFNR & ROUTE), included Vendor(Fwd Agent) and Route in condition table with sales area. I have added that condition table in access sequence and assigned access sequence to condition type. Then Condition type added into pricing procedure and assigned pricing procedure to document type.
    In sales order I've added route and fwd agent but while checking in analysis system does not determine route and fwd agent.
