Can I tweak a Firefox.app to launch with a specific profile?

I have read http://spf13.com/post/managing-multiple-firefox-profiles-in-os-x/ and https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Multiple_Firefox_Profiles#Using_the_profiles, but neither answers my question:
I'm on MacOSX, and I have two Firefoxes in my /Application folder: Firefox.app (version 25) and one I have renamed to FirefoxLatest.app (currently version 27). I need Firefox.app to stay on version 25 because of stuff™ in my development environment.
I want Firefox.app to start with the "lite" profile, and FirefoxLatest.app to start with the "default" profile. Is it possible to add/change something in e.g. Info.plist or application.ini in these app folders so that these apps start with the wanted profile?
Using profile_manager won't work in this case.

Thank you for contacting Mozilla Support. You should be able to use the script creation guide in the first link you posted to do what you're trying to accomplish.
The two scripts should call:
/Applications/Firefox.app/Contents/MacOS/firefox-bin -p lite
and:
/Applications/FirefoxLatest.app/Contents/MacOS/firefox-bin

You need professional or enterprise. You can only produce single issue, non-newsstand, applications with Single Edition.

Why I can't find the Firefox app in the IOS app store?

Hello I am almost 10 years user of FF, long back with my PC and now with my MAC.
and I'd love to have installed on my Iphone/Ipad and pair the explorer together so, all my bookmarks/passwords/sites, be all in one place my FF around all my IOS devices.
But I could not find it on the App store?

The closest Mozilla got to having a web browser for iOS was a experiment called Junior back in 2012 however it did not use the same gecko engine as the browser Firefox and SeaMonkey uses due to the Apple restrictions. It was never made available to public.

WDA app not launched with SSO when called from portal

Hi,
we have configured our systems so that our portal (NW Portal 7.0) is issuing logon tickets and ERP6.0 is receiving them in the backend for single sign-on.
When launching a SAP GUI for Windows transaction (System admin->Support->SAP Application) to test if the SSO is set up correctly, all goes well and I'm able to call e.g. SU01 with logon tickets from the portal.
My problem is that when calling a Web Dynpro for ABAP application in the same backend system from the same portal, I get an error "SSO logon not possible; logon tickets not activated on the server" and need to login manually when starting the application.
When looking at the WDA app URL, I see http://<backend server>.<domain1>.com/... and the portal is sitting on http://<portal server>.<domain2>.com. Could it be a problem if the backend system is in another domain? And if yes, how come the SAP GUI for Windows launch then works (related to an http connection and domain relaxing?)? How to go forward and make it work all right?

I think this issue is caused by the mechanism of Fast app resume, please refer to the following reference:

Had the same problem. It was my nod32 firewall that was blocking the firefox.exe file.
Try to rename the firefox.exe to firefox1.exe and run it. In my case it ran withouth problems. I didn't had nod32 gui opened and so it didn't ask me if i want to block firefox.exe so it just blocked it. When i ran nod32 gui it asked me if I want to block it and I clicked no, now it starts normal.
So check your firewall or anything else that could block your firefox.

How can I get the Firefox browser to work with my high speed internet?

You didn't tell me it was a user name password issue.
Open Keychain Access. (Applications/Utilities)
Select Passwords on the left.
Delete the Delta keychain.
Now from your Safari menu bar click Safari / Preferences then select the Autofill tab. Make sure: User names and passwords is selected.
Navigate to the Delta site. Login with your user name and password. You should be prompted to save that info to a new keychain.

Can you build an iOS app on windows with dreamweaver and submit it to the apple store?

In dreamweaver and then submit it through phonegap build to the apple store.

I have an app in the App Store that I designed in Photoshop, developed in Dreamweaver CS6, and packaged with Adobe PhoneGap Build. The first three steps - design, development, and packaging I did on a Windows computer. But I used a Mac for my developer certificate and provisioning profile, as well as the finall step of preparing and submitting it to the App Store through Application Loader.

You'll also need an Apple Developer account, and an Intel-based Mac running Mac OS X Snow Leopard or later to develop and distribute iOS apps. If you're building an app for a client, you'll use their developer account for the submission process.

How can I get my Firefox persona to work with the new version of Firefox?

Everything was working fine, then my computer automatically updated Firefox and my persona background disappeared. It's listed as enabled on the add-ons backgrounds under add-ons manager. I have Foxkeh tail wag. I went and reinstalled it but it still doesn't come on. I went to the firefox personas page and tried to install a different persona. NONE of them work now. How can I get my persona background back?

Firefox will not launch, unable to open profile manager.

When I try to open Firefox, my (taskbar?) shows that firefox is trying to open, but then it disappears, does not open, and no error message is visible. I am unable to access the profile manager via terminal as directed on the troubleshooting guides.

I don't think you did anything wrong. You have the same symptoms that a number of us have seen. Looks like a bug. I am guessing that the beta testers for Lion Server were mostly power users that didn't make many changes through the new server.app. Those of us that are rookies that are trying to setup home servers for iTunes, software updates, etc. are running into problems with the set-up. No solutions that I am aware of have been found yet.

If Restrictions are not set, you can also try resetting your iPad by simultaneously pressing and holding the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons until you see the Apple Logo. This can take up to 15 seconds so be patient and don't release the buttons until the logo appears.
Try again to see if the problem persists.

Why can't I access the APP web site with my iPad3??

I just purchased an iPad3 and really like it. I tapped the APP icon to load a few APPs but it would not open. I get the grey-white page with an hour glass spinning. After a few minutes the page closes and kicks me back to the iPad desk top. I tried this several times with the same result. I'm talking about wanting an APP so you go to the APP web site and browse for your APP. When you find one you like you down load it. There is an APP icon that is already loaded on computers, lap tops, iPhones, and iPads.

Can you un-do firefox remembering your password for a specific website?

Firefox has remembered a user name and password on a site that shows my visa number. I do not know how to un-do it.

Can I change the default app to 'open with'?

Because of the degraded functionality of Numbers v3.0 (in my opinion; at least currently) I want OS X 10.9 to default to opening my spreadsheets with Numbers v2.3. I can see how to do this each and every time I open a spreadsheet, but can I default to this situation?
