Can't Reset Game

Question

Hi! I'm working on a simple game. At the moment I'm trying to get back to the game menu when the game ends, then allow the user to be able to start the game again. Here is an image of my game menu, [http://www.cppjj.com/game/gameMenu.jpg]
Right now, when the game ends, I'm able to get back to the main menu by a mouse click on the gameOverImage. I'm able to select all the menus except when I try to start the game again, it doesn't start. I have been on this for awhile and couldn't figure it out why.
Any help would be nice, THX.
