I want to buy an app, but I can't because I forgotten my security questions which I can't reset because I didn't mention a rescue mail box...
I have already bought apps and games, but from my iPhone 4S, here i want to do it from my iPad 2, that's why it asks me security questions.
Please help me.
PS : The App is Pages.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then the steps half-way down this page should let you reset them : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312

When I go to buy an app that isn't free it asks for my security question but I don't know what my security question is so I go to change it and it said it will send the info to this email that I don't even have. What do I do?

I forgot my answers to my questions. I am trying to buy an app and it says i need to answer my security questions but i forgot my answers. Can i change them or somehow find out what my answers were?You'll have to reset them. Go to https://appleid.apple.com, click on manage your account on the right, sign in, click on Password and Security on the left, look for the link to reset your security questions to the right. This will send a reset email to your rescue email address.

You can edit or delete your rescue email address at My Apple ID. To edit your rescue email address:
Navigate to My Apple ID using your web browser.
Click "Manage your account"
When prompted, sign in using your Apple ID and password.
Click Password & Security
You'll be asked to answer 2 of your 3 security questions before you can make any modifications. If you are unable to remember your answers, you can choose to send an email to your rescue email to reset your security questions.
Note: The option to send an email to reset your security questions and answers will not be available if a rescue email address is not provided. You will need to contact iTunes Store support in order to do so.

I know my apple ID password but apple will not let me make any purchase without my security Questions, which I can not remember the answers to which is crazy as I have already made purchase and have £10 on my account still to be redeemed!! Please help

How to reset your Apple ID security questions.
Go to appleid.apple.com, click on the blue button that says 'Manage Your Apple ID'.
Log in with your Apple ID and password. (If you have forgotten your Apple ID password, go to iforgot.apple.com first to reset your password with a password recovery email)
Go to the Password & Security section on the left side, and click on the link underneath the security questions that says 'Forgot your answers? Send reset security info email to [email]'. This will generate an automated e-mail that will allow you to reset your security questions.
If that doesn't work, or there is no rescue email link available, then click on 'Temporary Support PIN' that is in the bottom left side, and generate a 4-digit PIN for the Apple Account Security Advisor you will be contacting later.
Next, go to https://getsupport.apple.com
(If you see a message that says 'There are no products registered to this Apple ID, simply click on 'See all products and services')
Choose 'More Products & Services', then 'Apple ID'.

Apple collects the revenue for the developers keeping 30% of the sales price to cover credit card fees, hosting fees, DRM, collecting and paying applicable sales tax, etc. It isn't possible to charge 3rd party apps to your carrier's monthly bill, and your carrier probably wouldn't be interested in handling this for free if this were possible.
