Cancel Product change issues with IS-U

Hi All,
We are implementing CRM 2007 with SAP IS-U. We have the following issues On Cancel Product change:
1) The Product allocation time slice does not reset to 31.12.9999
2) The time slice on installation does not reset to that of the original value
3) Any configurable attributes that were created as a result of the product change process are not reverted back / the time is not end sliced.
Let me know if any one has encountered any such problems.

Hi, a Little late but..
This is a problema from your 3 scsm services, maybe in your principal or secundary server.  You must to restart services in an special order and delete application cache.

I think this problem is for bad performance in databases and application, so review your hardware design, and logical, so review workflow performance too.
For items when state new, you must change it to inprogress with smlets

    Hi Sreenivas,
    I would recommend that you read the Rules of Engagement and other documents in the Getting Started link (top right) before posting anymore.  Your Discussion will most likely get reported as non-specific and get removed.  If you have a specific problem with TM, please post it in a new thread with error messages, version and SPs installed, and how the error occurs and what you are trying to get TM to do.
    There are a lot of resources available in the TM Overview page which can help, so start there and maybe also look at some of the MKS (Monday Knowledge Session) recordings which should also be listed.  There are also a lot of experienced people who can help resolve issues your TM installation, but you need to provide enough information on the problems you are having.  If you are just looking for information on past problems, do a Search or simply browse through past Discussions which are marked with a green Check (Correct Answer).

  • Production Order Issue with Qty conflict

    Hi Friends,
    i have a issue with a production order fro which we built the product and the finished goods is moved to storage location, i have status set on my Production order as REL  PRT  CNF  DLV  PRC  GMPS MACM SETC. My order was for 1unit,In the quantities window , total qty shows as 1 pc and delivered as nothing (blank). Its not active were physically i can change , so how do i add the deliverd qty field by 1.And what could be the issue? PLS help Points will be rewarded.

    This Delivered field in CO02-Dates/Qtys tab will get updated automatically , when the order qty is delivered to stock.
    We can not manually update that.
    Have you checked whether the storage location stock has been increased ? In MMBE , you place the cursor on the stock qty and choose Environment - Production orders or Material Movements and check , whether a GR has been made against this order.

  • SAP BW structure/table name change issue with BODS Jobs promotion

    Dear All, One of my client has issue with promotion of BODS jobs from one environment to another. They move SAP BW projects/tables along with BODS jobs (separately) from DEV to QA to Prod.
    In SAP-BW the structures and tables get a different postfix when they are transported to the next environment.  The promotion in SAP-BW (transport) is an automated process and it is the BW deployment mechanism that causes the postfixes to change.  As a result with the transport from Dev to QA in SAP-BW we end up with table name changes (be they only suffixes), but this does mean that when we deploy our Data Services jobs we immediately have to change them for the target environments.
    Please let me know if someone has deployed some solution for this.

    This is an issue with SAP BW promotion process. SAP BASIS team should not turn on setting to suffix systemid with the table names during promotion.

  • Problem in cancelling a goods issue with WS_REVERSE_GOODS_ISSUE

    I use the function module WS_REVERSE_GOODS_ISSUE in order to cancel a goods issue but most of the times it does not function as expected.
    I call the function module as follows:
      CALL FUNCTION 'WS_REVERSE_GOODS_ISSUE'
        EXPORTING

          i_tcode                   = 'VL09'
          i_vbtyp                   = 'J'

    I traced the execution of the function module and found out that, although the field LIKP-VBELN contains the delivery document sent to the function module, when the statement PERFORM BELEG_LESEN(SAPMV50A) is executed the field LIKP-VBELN loses its contents (gets cleared).
    Does anyone know why the function module does not work properly?
    Am I missing something?

  • Permission change issues with folders

    Trying to change access to some folders in my home folder. I am in my admin account. In the get info window, I see Me with RW, Staff with RO and Everyone with RO. I don't know where the staff comes from, but I can't delete it or change it to no access. the same applies to everyone, I can't change it to no access.
    I use my password to unlock, I can see the other options but nothing happens. Thanks

    1. create new employee sub groups,
    2. create new payroll area
    3. create new wage type( transport allowance) in infotype15
    4. delimit the wagetypes which may allowances will not pay future.
    5. payslip error
    6. employee getting double pay
    7. configure of new nationality
    8. configure of addtional dependents
    9. create new infotypes for schools, dependent visa's etc.

  • Issue with printing production order after changes through CO02

    Hi,
    Currently I have one issue with printing production order changes through CO02. If I go for print, all the operations are captured in printout. But after the print, if I add any new operations to this production order, and then go for print, its not capturing the newly added operations. Also, there is information popup coming "Copies will be printed for order. Original list already printed". This message effectively means, even after changes, when I go for print functionality, its just going for printing copies of original printed list.
    Can anyone help me out to get the newly added operations reflected in the print through CO02 ?

  • Mass Cancel/ Mass change of a product across all orders

    Dear Friends,
    We have a typical requirement at our client:
    1.How to cancel a product across multiple orders (Mass Cancel) ?
    2.How to change a product acorss multiple orders (Mass change in all orders)
    They had a issue with one of the product and to be cancelled due to legal requirements..but we have had the orders ready, which include other materials also.
    We now want to change one Material across all orders..how to do this? Same is the case wtih Mass Cancellation requirement.
    I request you to help us on this.

    Dear Ravi
    1)  To cancel in mass, you have to create a recording in LSMW and upload the text file
    2)  To change a material in multiple sale orders, go to VA05, input the material code and execute.  There from top menu bar, click on "Edit -- Mass Change -- New Material"

    Hi,
    1) Go to Tcode "OPK8"
    2)Select LG02 "Op Control Ticket"
    3) Double click on :List Control for Transactions" in the left hand menu tree
    4) In front of ur desired t code "co02" make the changes ( Number of prints- u can increase) 6th column.
    Try this.

    Use the trackpad to scroll, thats what it was designed for. The scroll bars automatically disappear when not being used and will appear if you scroll up or down using the trackpad.

    As some reason, I need to change issue method on some items in this Production Order, but I found that some items can be changed with a dropdown list, and some items can not be changed without dropdown list.
    Why they are different?
    What should I do to meet my users' request?

    sorry i visits forum after long time .. item category means , when create item group there are two option Service / Material if u select service , inventory come under that group only in "Back flush" other wise u can select "Manual / Back flush"

  • Issue with "timing" in Message output of Change PO

    Dear Experts,
    For change PO, We are facing issue with the Timing in message output of PO.
    i.e, For example when we create a PO - the timing in message output is "1"
    after executing ME9F, the message turns GREEN - and still the timing is 1.
    Change PO : NOW WHEN WE CHANGE A PO, a new entry of Message output appears in "YELLOW"
    Here is the issue - Now when we manually change the timing from "3" to "4", initially it appear's "4",
    but if u refer the below screenshot - once we save the application i turns back to 3.
    any idea - why this is happening.

    Hi,
    1st  make sure  which Dispatch time you want for your PO layout and restrict changing dispatch time manually in PO.
    Now use t.code:NACE, with application EF for your PO message type, Keep Dispatch time 4 in ‘Default values’ TAB  and select check of “CannotBeChanged” in Basis Data TAB and save.
    Maintain message condition record in t.code:MN04 with PO message type and keep Dispatch time 4.
    Now create PO , try to change Dispatch time  and see how system behave!
