Cannot cancel subscription.

I went in to cancel my subscription within 30 days but it will not let me cancel because it's saying I have a free trial which is not true because I have record of paying for it on 1/15/15.

Please confirm how did you purchase it as there are no records of any transaction of any CC registered to this Adobe ID, if there is any other Adobe ID, please let us know to assist you.

    Apparently I signed up for "Skype Pro" about a year ago, though I don't remember doing so.  I was using Skype a lot so it didn't bother me.  Recently, I logged in to try and go back to a free account, and under "My Accout" it says I have no subscriptions.  However, I have been charged for this subscription for the past 12 mounths.
    In the email "We've delivered your order" I tried clicking the link to unsubscribe, but it brought me to a unresponsive page with an UNSUBSCRIBE button: clicking the button does nothing....(I tried multiple web browsers, all of them up-to-date).
    Any idea what's going on here?  I really wish I could talk to a person to work this kind of thing out, and I instead was compelled to remove my auto recharge info to make it stop.  I'd like to add it again for making calls, but not if I can't control the charges being made.

    Need help cancelling my skype premium subscription. Every time i try to cancel it leads me to a "facing technical difficulties" page??? It's been the same for over a month now and skype is still billing me.

  • Cancel Subscription doesn't work !!!

    1) On a expired Skype Number subscription, Skype keeps trying to charge the Credit Card 2) Even worse, it doesn't let the end user remove the Credit Card. It claims that it is required to cancel subscription first, but when the option is selected, nothing happens! 3) Hence, the subscription cannot be cancelled and the credit card cannot be removed. 4) The Support Contact Page doesn't offer an option to report issues like this. What is going on here?????  

    1.  Skype numbers are subscriptions so they will renew.  The renewal is billed 3 days before the subscription ends and continues to attempt to bill with the information on file for those 3 days.  If the payment doesn't go through it will resort to cancelling the subscription due to non-payment. 2.  You need to add a new credit card or cancel the subscription.  You can add a new credit card at any time.  You can cancel the subscription at any time.  If for some reason certain buttons don't work right, try another web browser.  The issue may exist with your web browser or a plug-in you have installed. 3.  You can't delete any credit card in use by a subscription unless you cancel that subscription.  If  you have another credit card on file you can switch payment of that subscription to that credit card.  You will then be able to delete the card on file as well.  This is rather common and makes sense to me.  Paypal subscriptions work the same exact way. 4.  You can contact Skype Customer Service but I believe that they may just walk you through the same exact process.   Skype Customer service can be contacted by filling out a Support request options on the Support Request page. https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA1170

    I have subsbscribed to this app, what is an app with access to some newspapers and magazines online, but I have decided to not continue suscribed, but, that is my problem, there is no way to unssuscribe to this service (I cannot cancel the subscription but they can take my mone monthly from me).
    Let me explain the ways I have followed to cancel the subscription:
    Mail and call to Orbyt client service, they claim the sign on was made thru iTunes, so, they say they are not able to cancel my subscription. Contacted apple, they claimed is 'itunes store' and not apple which has to cancel the subscription, no way to contact itunes store staff to request to cancel this subscription. so, my question is this.
    Is there a way to cancel the subscription to this app thru itunes, a way to contact 'itunes store' people to request them to cancel the subscription?

    Great! I finally found how to cancel the subscription, but is a little tricky, and hard to find, anyway, hare is the solution I found to share with the most as possible:
    In iTunes, go to account details, and there is a section to cancel automatic subscriptions!!!

    I am being sent in a vicious circle in an attempt to cancel our subscription & get refund, this has been going on for over a week. Skype needs some serious actual customer support! I continue to get emails that I CANNOT reply to which gives me a link, which takes me BACK to a page I've already SUBMITTED 3 TIMES!! If Skype won't put down the month and year I created our account, how am I supposed to know? Anyone else document that from about 10 years ago? Wow, giving me serious thought as to remove Skype account altogether. I've wasted valuable, cannot afford it......time on this and am back at square one.     I'm sorry you are frustrated trying to find the option to cancel your account. It is not obvious anywhere I could find your answer...
    So, I went to the fount of all SKYPE wisdom, the SKYPE website, and clicked the HELP link at the top of the page. At the very top of the page is a SEARCH BOX, and I entered a query, "CANCEL ACCOUNT". The query returned 50 results, but the very first one answers your question. And I clicked on the top link.
    I found an answer to your question, and step-by-step instructions on how to go about executing the cancellation. (You will need to be logged into the SKYPE website, with your normall account creditionals, when you try to access this link.

    Subscription recurring payments are taken 3 days in advance unless you cancel on your account page.

    I have subscribed for Adobe Creative Cloud Student and Teacher Edition for one year term. The Creative Cloud doesn't seem to be working as it keeps showing "No Internet Connection". I've tried for many times by uninstall and install again and again. I've also tried to turn off firewall settings and all these things but still doesn't seem to be working. You cannot cancel the subscription by yourself. WHAT A SCAM. Then I called the support team. But NO ONE accepts my calls. I have called for many times yet still no representatives to answer my call. I am so frustrated. Can someone help me? It would be better to provide solutions on how to solve the internet connection issues because I don't really want to cancel subscription.

    Tried that by shutting down via the power button only as the normal shutdown was nixed by the open window issue.  It did not help.  Found a very similar question in the discussions and it recommended "Force Quit".  That worked and the update works normal and the window is gone.  Thanks!

    Error 'cannot cancel document with a down payment that was drawn to invoice.  We need to void a check and are getting this message.  We also get message when trying to cancel the outgoing payment.  The AP Down payment is closed, and the AP invoice is also closed.  Is there a way to 'undraw' the down payment on the AP invoice?  How can this be voided?  Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.
