Cannot Deliver as low on stock

Hi all,
I have support case. The problem is we can't deliver because we don't have enough stock, but we don't want any availability check which is why we use item category ZBN. The schedule line category is L1 which doesn't have availability check, but does have requirement.
I suggested that they change the material MRP type to ZD (No planning), but this haven't solved the problem.
Can you suggest some possible solution.

Dear Bawa
You mean system to allow negative stocks.  If so, few options are available
- Go to OMJ1 and select the box against the respective plant.
- The other option is In VD51, for the customer and for a material, there is a field Item Usage If you maintain PSHP then you can do post goods issue even stock is not available
-  If you maintain item category as TAX in sale order, system will not check whether stock is available or not.  You can post the goods issue.
For all the above, please test a scenario, check with your FI people and after their concurrence, proceed accordingly.

    Hello.  Can anyone help me with this error.  When creating a down payment request from a sales order with a billing plan, I get the message 'Down payment amount cannot be higher/lower than the preset value' and the document isn't released to accounting.  When creating the sales order, I included a condition type that I created.  The billing plan then calculates the down payment request value with the total sum i.e net value plus condition value.  Upon creating the down payment request in VF01, I get this message.  I did a test and noticed that, if the condition is not included in the sales order, the down payment request is created without errors.  How do I correct this?  Thanks for you anticipated response.

    As you are getting error, 'Down payment amount cannot be higher/lower than the preset value' ,please check the total value of the document.So in the sales document ,billing plan check what is the invoice value for the first billing date , also check what is the sales order value.Secondly what is the condition type that has been created and for what purpose it is being used.

  • Document made by Pages cannot deliver through gmail

    I just bought Mcbook pro, first time to use apple.
    The documents made by PAGES, attached in the gmail, and send it, delivery fails
    warning says the gmail cannot deliver.
    However JPG or PDF files attached go through no problem.

  • [SOLVED] CMD Error: CMD cannot start. Low on memory ...??

    Dear developers,
    Greetings!!
    As, I have selected command processor and console window from the catalog item that is necessary to run the command prompt on the WinCE platform. But, when I run the command prompt I got the following error :
    CMD Error
      CMD cannot start. Low on memory or too many console window open. Please close the some console application and try again.
    But, I only got this error when I try to open the console window second time. First time when I click, nothing appears on the screen and I try to open in second time and then I got the above error. 
    Any one knows the reason for the occurrence of this error???

    Try changing the console output to '0' instead of COM port in registry as below.
    HKey_LOCAL_MACHINE\Drivers\Console\OutputTo to 0

  • Why does Verizon hide the fact on their network an iPhone cannot deliver simultaneous voice and data

    For me the breaking point was when the local Corporate Store clerk lied to be about their return policy.  He even documented the information he gave me and that didn't matter to management or corporate.  I made a decision to switch to the iPhone and was specifically told I had 30 days to evaluate weather I could make the transition from android to iOS.  If I couldn’t for any reason, I could just return the phone and pay the $35 restocking fee and we were then free to choose from one of the many androids.
    After weeks of challenges and countless hours spent with first tier then second tier then a product specialist we all came to the documented conclusion that the iPhone, on Verizons network could not support data and voice at the same time... Every other smart phone on Verizons network could and always has... the IPhone on ATT's network can support both voice and data at once... but Not On Verizons network...
    Each tech I spoke with seemed shocked and in utter disbelief that this could be so. They blamed ATT for harboring special privileges hold over from their exclusive relationship with Apple.  Which is not true.  Then they blamed Apple for delivering handicapped phones to Verizon on purpose. Well, with an Apple Product Manager on the phone listening in on a Verizon Tech giving me this among other excuses why I could not be on the phone and using google at the same time,  the Apple Rep finally jumped in and very politely cleared up any miss information the Verizon tier 2 support rep was fumbling out.
    So after I had done everything in my power to make the phone work the way I had understood it would.  And had every reason to believe it would.  As did every Verizon rep I spoke with at first until they did a little research and found Verizon had deliberately been hiding this fact from customers.  So I conceded to go back to the Android world for now and let Verizon sort out this glaring deficit hopefully in the near future…  Though every support rep concluded that there was no mention of this being fixed or even a problem so not to hold my breath…
    I couldn’t have been more shocked or infuriated when I went to exchange the “still in the plastic mint condition iPhone” I was told I had to have brought it back in the first 14 days… I pleaded and argued, even directed the manager to the notes entered in verizon’s own support documentation regarding my case and he said “well I see here where you were told that but that rep was wrong”.   That may be so but I based my entire testing and evaluation timeline based on the dates the rep clearly and admittedly told me!   The store manager said there was nothing he could do. 
    Now I mentioned I’m a Network Solutions Provider and being able to be on the phone doing a support call and using my cellular internet at the same time are an absolute must for me to be able to preform my job.  Every Verizon smart phone I have ever owned had been able to do this.  Now I am told I am STUCK in a two year contract with an inadequate  device that I cannot exchange and therefore functionally useless to me. 
    Verizon corporate nor the store manager cared one bit about my position.  They stood behind a little register tape that by signing my credit card receipt I now owed them two more years of my life and now they could care less weather I had a functioning solution or that I had been a loyal customer for over 17 years. Or that I had brought entire small business offices to them for cell services. Just stood there and held a copy of my receipt and said, well  you signed it so here is what it will cost ya to get out of it! 
    He got out a calculator and started running numbers for what I would have to pay to fix this situation… What I would have to pay to even leave Verizon and go get cell service from someone else.  It felt dirty … seedy… like being at some 3rd world used car lot where some shyster had gotten someone wrapped up in a contract and now was going to squeeze the life out of a customer even though they couldn’t’ even deliver the service they implied you were going to get in the first place. 
    In 30 years of being a small business owner I have never encountered an organization that had less integrity or more unscrupulous business practices… 
    I see post after post of Verizon  Customer Support  reps answering threads… funny I haven’t found one where a user honestly thanks the rep for actually helping them out…….  Please Verizon Customer Support, show me you actually can look at a situation and see an equitable solution where a Customer and the Share Holders can both win…..

    Well if this information was as ubiquitous on the web as you suggest, I am puzzled why it took three weeks of troubleshooting with many levels of Verizon support before we collectively concluded this was the situation...
    Regarding Reading what I sign... Thanks for that advice though in this situation I was handed a stylus and told to sign a Signature Pad at the check out counter... ONLY AFTER I signed (for the purchase only)  was I presented with this return policy conveniently nested in a 3 foot long reciept consisting of paragraphs of Helvitica 6 type set info...   I made the assumption that the sales person could correctly  answer a direct question regarding the policy I  inadvertently signed for when authorizing the credit card charge...   Even more concerning is that when by my actions and constant communications with Verizon, my intent was clearly based on the information I had gotten from the sales rep.  and if I was given misinformation it would seem Verizon could show some integrity and support the situation with some equitable solution rather than hiding behind contracts collected from sales staff who do not tell customers the truth.....

    We purchased and installed an Exchange server 2013 and a domain name ''alaa.com''. Just before purchasing the domain name, we installed exchange, we kept almost everything in default setting and we added an MX INTERNAL Send Connector. We were able to send and
    receive internal mails. However, when we purchased the domain name and configured the MX record to point to mail.alaa.com the following happened:
    1/ we can send external mails
    2/ internal mails leave the Drafts folder but never delivered (sent but not received).
    3/ Cannot receive mails sent from the internet. However we receive an email from [email protected] that says this:

  • Disconnect/Reconnect Media (replacing low res stock)

    I have a handful of stock video in a my project.  I have been using the watermarked preview files from the stock media site, and now I have my purchased non-watermarked files that I need to replace in my edit.
    What is the easiest way to do this?
    FCP7 I would simply swap them out by "reconnecting media" and point it to the new file and it would connect to it fine since it had the same duration.
    I can't seem to figure out the best way to do it here.

    You should be able to relink, so that the library clips point to the new files - assuming both versions have the same type of video and audio in them.
    Where is the media stored? Inside the library? Or on a separate folder?
    If the watermarked versions are on a folder and not inside the library (what is called "external media") you need only delete them - which will cause the clips to appear as offline (a red rectangle with a yellow warning triangle). Then just use the Relink command and point a folder containing the new versions.
    If they are inside the library, then you need to basically do the same thing. The clips will be inside a folder called "Original Media" inside a folder for the event, inside the library package. The easiest way to locate them is to control-click in the browser and choose "Reveal in Finder". Then you can delete them as before - but since you'll be changing the contents of a library in the Finder, you should make a backup of the library just in case.
    If you have created optimized or proxy media using the trial versions, you'll need to delete that as well (File->Delete Generated Event Files... or File->Delete Generated Library Files...)

  • Set PO item of one vendor deliver to quality inspection stock ?

    I would like to know is there any posibillity to add some information on vendor master or PIR or something else , so that the related PO item will be set to quality inspeiction stock automatically ?
    here, we won't to set QM indicator in material master, as those materials will not be checked normally, only for the new vendor, we expected the inspction check for one specific period.

    Purhcase order Item level delivery tab you can select stock type as quality inspection. So that whenever you do GRN it will go to quality stock.
    While doing GRN, where tab manually you can select quality. That time also it will go to qulaity stock.

  • Cannot able to see project stock in sloc

         i did po for project materials with acct assgnmt "p" and for a wbs element. I have received that materials with mov.type 101. but after completing goods receipt, if i go and check in mmbe..it is not showing any stocks..can anybody tell me the reason for this and where i can see project stock which i have received.

    hi,
    PO made with acct. asgn.  "P" will be shown as consumed against WBS element.  If you want to bring quantity to stock put acct. asgn.  "Q" in PO.  After GR, the quantity can be seen in MMBE against the WBS element.

  • Cannot up or low my sound on mac

    When i try to click on the butom to go up the sound it shows me a messagem like a circle with a crossed line, and when i try to go down its the same,

    Go step by step and test.
    1. System Preference > Sound > Output > Internal Speakers
        Highlight  Internal Speakers / Headphones
        Make sure that Mute is not enabled.
    2.Plug in and  remove the headphone.
        If you see red light in the headphone port, plug the headphone
        in and out of the port 5 or 6 times to flip the microswitch inside.
        Sound output may be stuck in the digital mode.
    3. Reset PRAM.  http://support.apple.com/kb/PH4405
    4. Reset SMC.     http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3964
        Choose the method for:
        "Resetting SMC on portables with a battery you should not remove on your own".
    5. Applications > Utilities > Audio MIDI Setup
        Audio Devices window
        Side Bar
        Click the Built-in Output.
        Under Mute any of the boxes checked? If so, uncheck it.

  • Cannot clear blinking low ink lights on Deskjet F4180

    printer won't print.  Attention black light is blinking and E light is on.
    Installed refilled cartridges and still have the problem.  Is there a solution

    Hi Conniejb, and welcome to the HP Forums.
    I see you are having ink issues.  I would like to help with that.
    These issues and errors can be caused by having refilled ink.  HP does not recommend using anything but HP genuine ink.  I would recommend installing HP genuine ink. 
    I would also recommend referring to this document on Blinking Lights.

    Ideally not recommended.
    Still if you wish to go for it, follow the steps indicated below
    1)  Go to OMJ1 and select the box against the respective plant
    2)  Also go to TCode OMSY, Tick the box "ABp" (Allow Back Posting) for your Company Code, so that you can control postings in the closed period.
    3)  And finally, go to material master and select Plant data/ Storage2 view, tick the box "Neg. stocks in Plant".

  • 3rd party stock with fully delivered status in PO(without GR)

    Dear Gurus,
    Currently we are having a 3rd party stock scenario with the below steps:
    1. Create a third-party item in a sales order. The system automatically creates a PR for each third-party item in the sales order.
    2. Entering a PO to Vendor with reference to the requisition third-party item.
    3. The vendor deliver the goods to the customer directly. (We did not post a statistical goods receipt in Inventory Management)
    4. Enter the invoice receipt in Invoice Verification
    5. Create a billing document in SD.
    Problem::
    - When checking the PO status in the header tab, the PO is still shown as "not delivered" (or outstanding). 
    - This has affect our customised PO reports which is using "delivery complete indicator" as one of the key to control of the PO status.
    Need resolutions:
    - How do we change the PO status to "fully delivered" for 3rd party stock?  (Without setting the delivery complete indicator manually?)
    - Is it possible to have the "delivery complete indicator" set automatically in PO upon MIRO or Billing document is generated.  (The user don't want to post a goods receipt in IM). 
    - Any user exit?

    As your report for PO is customized you can easily include the logic that can
    identify  third party PO (from account assignment, Item category fields in EKPO)
    now after getting the PO ( and line item ) check EKBE table for LIV document (VGABE =2) and
    compare the Qty (MENGE) with PO line item quantity if both are same then consider that as
    "closed" or " not include in list".
    {and if you want to check the billing document too you can use VBFA table (sales document flow ) to check billing is done or not
    against sales order number
    to get the sales order number use EKKN table to get the sales order number( VBELN) for PO and item no }
