First of all, which version of PC Suite you are trying to install? Latest i guess is Nokia PC Suite 6.86.9.3. What is your OS? PC Details etc., Give full information so that your issue will be discussed. If you are unable to install PC Suite, uninstall Nokia Connectivity cable driver, PC Connectivity Solution. Run some reliable PC cleaner (which will clean ur pc by uninstalling unwanted registries on your PC...Beware of the cleaner you are using). Once you uninstall the above, then try to reinstall the Nokia PC Suite from Nokia site. By the way which handset you are using

You are welcome to post any specific errors you are able to discover within your installation log to this discussion. Since you are using Windows then Exit Code 15 could mean one of the following:
Installer database is corrupted
Update pending to your operating system
Improper permissions set for the Media.db
The installation log file should provide additional insight into the exact error you are experiencing. Please make sure to use the find command to look for the words 'ERROR' and 'FATAL' to locate the relevant error messages.

Cannot instal pc suite to my mac - 6500

I REALLY NEED SOME HELP QUICK
i need to give my mobile for a repair, and that is why i need to back up all my contacts and photos to my laptop.
i have tried to download the mac suite suite but then there was no mobile moddle "compatible" as they said to go with the software, then i tried the pc and it downloaded but i cannot install it which is very disappointing.
my mac is OS X version 10.4
can anyone tell me what to do next? or how can i go around this problem?

Nokia's PC Suite will not install on your Mac as it is designed to run on Windows. You will need to install: Nokia Multi-Media Transfer to connect to your Mac. http://europe.nokia.com/get-support-and-software/download-software/nokia-multimedia-transfer, you will also need iSync to sync the contacts and calendars: http://europe.nokia.com/A41423551.
Also, I am not sure but your Mac OS version is rather old. Mac OS is now up to 10.5.6 and many of the Nokia applications for Mac OS are not compatible with the older Mac OS's.

Cannot install developer suite

Hello,
I have Oracle 10g installed at my PC. This installation was done successfully. Yesterday I downloaded the developer suite 10g because I want to write some GUI with forms. When I start the universal installer and in the dialog box (specify paths - something like that) I push on the button next but nothing happens. Can someone help me with this problem so I can install developer suite on my PC.

Specify a new home and path before pushing the Next button.

Cannot install Nokia Suite

I'm getting the follwing error for a couple of files when installing the suite:-
"Something's gone wrong. module c:\program files (x86)\Common Files\Nokia\Tss\Communication API\cmn_usbdcm.dll failed to register. HRESULT -2147010895. Contact your support personnel"
I have tried to uninstall/re-install. I have manuallay deleted all Nokia folders and run cccleaner to remove Nokia registry keys.
Any idea what to try next?

Could you check your Intermediate CA certificates the following:
1) Please go here:
http://www.verisign.com/support/verisign-intermediate-ca/code-signing-intermediate/index.html
to update your Intermediate CA certificates.
2) You will see 2 boxes with garbled text - one primary and one secondary.
3) Please copy and paste the text each into a text file using a text editor
such as notepad. Then save those files with a .cer extension.
4) Then import those certs into Windows by right clicking on those .cer files
and selecting Install Certificate from the menu.
You can also try to download it again the complete Nokia Suite installer package.
If it does not help, Could you please attach a screenshot here in this post?
It will help investigating the problem more quickly.

Cannot Install eLearning Suite on Windows 7

Since I have not been able to get a straight answer from Adobe, I'll try here. I get an error message that my system does not meet the minimum requirements of XP or Vista, but I'm running Windows 7. Can anyone tell me if this application is compatible with Windows 7? I find it hard to believe that it is not, but I'm at a standstill.

I'm using the eLearning suite on a Windows 7 laptop since months, but it is 32-bit. I just ignored the message when installing. You do have to run, at least Captivate, as an administrator. In the Captivate-forum some problems, more specific with the 64-bit version have been mentioned. Anyway be sure to install all the released updates, because they solved a lot of issues.

Now I am trying to re-install cs4 creative suite and I get this right at the start:

The title says it all!!

Do you actually mean Exit Code 7?
What are the other actual errors you're seeing?
     --Some of the other errors may be ones people here are familiar with
When do they occur?
    --Is the installation failing, or is the program throwing errors while attempting to start up?
Are you installing from disks or from a download?
     --Downloads can come down to your machine corrupt and may require deletion/redownload
Is W8 installing with XP compatibility enabled?
     --DWCS5 is old compared to Windows8, if XP Compatibility isn't kicking in by default, you'll need to fix that
Do you have any anti-virus programs running while trying to install?
     --Turn them off
Running the cleaner tool before attempting a new install may work...

Cannot Install CS4 suite

I have checked these forums as well as googled the problem. Nothing helps.
I have Vista Ultimate 32 bit. Trying to install CS4. It gives me 1603 error. I followed all the guidelines.
Cleaned anything with the name adobe out of the system (even plash player and reader). Even clean script found nothing to remove
cleaned temp folders.
have 30g free space.
Running the install as vista administrator
Restarted 100+ times.
NOTHING HELPS.
This is by far the worst installation package made by adobe. CS3 was soooo much more easier and never had a slightiest problem on Vista or XP.

Well after several tries I may have finaly got some of it.
Followed adobe instuctions and some other points found on the web.
Running as an Administrator,
First uninstalled the previous attempt of cs4 web premium.
Downloaded and ran Windows Cleanup tool.
Ran Adobe's Cleanup utility for cs4.
Ran Disk cleanup,
emptied my Recycle Bin.
Turned off UAC and Mcafee's firewall and antivirus after restarting my system.
All programs appear to have installed with the exception of Adobe Air which came up with an error during installation. Not sure how this will effect my programs, but I was able to open Photoshop and Dreamweaver. I will have to test them out and see if they work. But at least I was able to get this far.

There's no 64 bit TWAIN so you need to use the 32-bit version of Photoshop. Personally I'd recommend that you use the scanner software as a standalone application and forget TWAIN, which is rapidly becoming obsolete and more or less abandoned everywhere. All it does is call up the very same scanner software, only from within the PS UI, and tying up Photoshop in the process.

Thank you for your reply. However, YOUR solution did not work.
I created a completely new admin account. Everything was fresh -- totally virgin. And, exactly the same occurred. The installer program completed about 50% of its run,and then froze up. It failed to initialize, and I was referred to an onsite help page that has been discontinued ... that is no longer supported.
What can I do?
I have purchased AN EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE DVD from Adobe, had it sent to me in Thailand, and it will not install in my computer.
Please provide me with the technical support that I need.

Cannot install Adobe AIR and CS6 suite

Lets start with: i am the build in local admin account! i did run as admin! and as far as i know i got rights on everything.
Windows 7 SP1 64bit.
I did try selective boot through msconfig, and i did try it also in safe modes in the most minimal state.
Creating a shortcut with the "-uninstall" string obviously not work, because there is no more installation of Adobe air or CS6 products installed on my machine.

I googled my cute little hiney off, for almost 2 full days now.. spent alot of time in the Win7 register and in deep hidden windows folders.
As far as i know i completly removed Adobe Air and CS6 products.
Also tried the adobe creative cloud cleaner tool everyone is talking about, but it not even start on my machine?!
Why the hell! i cannot install Adobe AIR or CS6 Products?

If I am getting it correctly, both requires same ARM version, and Hardware Vector FPU.
But I have found many devices, where Adobe Flash is installed and running. (If market does not show Adobe Flash, device manufacturer provides flash apk which works)
But can not install Adobe Air. Market does not show Adobe Air.
Is there any way to sort this out?
I get feeling that as Flash is more popular software, people have got patched version for the same. But for Air, it does not exist.
