Any help how to resolve p:Client.UndeliverableFault issue
Thanks

  • Error 58 The specified server cannot perform the requested operation

    Hello,
    I will try to explain the situation as brief as possible. Next to our current existing MDT environment (MDT2010 on Windows 2008 R2) we are no building a new system (MDT2013 on WIndows 2012 R2). We have multiple sites and the MDT deployment share is setup
    in DFRS share so every site is getting the same deployment information and replication is done automatically. This has been working firn for 3 years with the old system and also with the new environment it was working fine in our own subnet. But when after
    i have setup the remote MDT and WDS servers it is not working in these remote sites. The images are loading fine but for some reason the win PE is not connecting to the shares on the windows 2012 server in our site. When i manuualy connect from a remote win
    PE to our server i always get the error: system error 58 has occured. The specified server cannot perform the requested operation.
    I have been doing some troubleshooting and it seems i only got this issue when i connect from win PE 5.0 to a windows 2012 R2 server in a remote subnet.
    When i use win PE 5.0 and connect to a windows 2012 R2 share in the same subnet it connects fine.
    When i use win PE 5.0 and connect to a windows 2008 R2 share in a remote subnet it connects fine
    When i use an older win PE and i connect to a windows 2012 R2 share in a remote subnet it connects fine
    When i use win PE 5.0 and connect to a windows 2012 R2 share in a remote subnet it does NOT connect and gives the above error
    The problem is that this problem also does not occure in Windows 7, after the machine was build by MDT and get into the OS i can connect without a problem to the windows 2012 R2 shares.
    Checking the event viewer on the 2012 R2 server that is hosting the shares i see that the following events are created:

    This event is generated when a logon session is created. It is generated on the computer that was accessed.
    The subject fields indicate the account on the local system which requested the logon. This is most commonly a service such as the Server service, or a local process such as Winlogon.exe or Services.exe.
    The logon type field indicates the kind of logon that occurred. The most common types are 2 (interactive) and 3 (network).
    The New Logon fields indicate the account for whom the new logon was created, i.e. the account that was logged on.
    The network fields indicate where a remote logon request originated. Workstation name is not always available and may be left blank in some cases.
    The impersonation level field indicates the extent to which a process in the logon session can impersonate.
    The authentication information fields provide detailed information about this specific logon request.
    - Logon GUID is a unique identifier that can be used to correlate this event with a KDC event.
    - Transited services indicate which intermediate services have participated in this logon request.
    - Package name indicates which sub-protocol was used among the NTLM protocols.
    - Key length indicates the length of the generated session key. This will be 0 if no session key was requested.

  • "The specified server cannot perform the requested operation" when rpc from server 2003 to Windows 7

    I am having problems where all my Windows 2003 servers cannot rpc to 2 of my Windows 7 workstations, error message is "The specified server cannot perform the requested operation".
    All the machines are in workgroup environment.
    Windows 7 workstations: desk1, desk2, desk3, desk4, desk5, desk6
    Windows 2003 servers: server1, server2, server3, server4, server5
    Windows 2008 server: server6
    From any Windows 7 workstation I can rpc to any other machines,
    \\desk1\d$, no problem
    From any Windows 2003 server I can rpc to all the machines exception desk4 and desk5, they give the "The specified server cannot perform the requested operation". However, desk4 and desk5 can rpc to any other machines (including the Windows 2003
    servers), no problem
    From Windows 2008 rpc to desk4 and desk5 also no problem.
    I also have no problem rpc between any of the Windows 2003 servers,
    \\server2\d$ from server3, no problem.
    I turned off the firewall at desk5 and desk4, just to try, but didn't help, same problem. This show firewall is not the cause of the problem.
    Desk4 and Desk5 used to run Windows 2012 for 1 year and recently I downgraded them Windows 7 Professional x64. When they were running as Windows 2012, those Windows 2003 servers have no problem rpc to desk5 and desk4.
    The issue is thus lying between desk4 and desk5 with Windows 2003 only\
    Any suggestions?

    Hi,
    I have a user in our Hong Kong office that is unable to open a distribution group she has added to her Groups. She gets the error message "Cannot perform this action, and the cause is unknown. Contact your support team to investigate."
    I can add the group and expand it, so can some of her colleague, and some cannot. Her colleagues who can have the same client and global policy settings as she does.
    I read in a similar thread that this could be resolved by confirming the server times on Lync, AD (domain controller checked and Exchange but they were all correct and in sync.
    The global policy is set to 250 max contacts - but does a DL count as 1 contact, or does it count all the people within the DG? I am getting HK to confirm she does not have too many contacts but I dont think this is the issue.

    You can run the command Test-CsGroupExpansion to test the ability of a user to employ group expansion.

  • Windows Server 2008 Server Manager - The WinRM Client Cannot Process the Request.

    Hello,
    I have recently purchased a Dedicated Server, and I have installed Windows Server 2008 R2. I want to use Server Manager because I don't really have that much experience with command line commands, so I wanted to use server manager, I can remotely connect
    to my server but when I use Server Manager I get the error "The WinRM Client Cannot Process the Request, if the authentication scheme is different from Kerberos..." I haven't set up a domain between my PC and the Dedi, as I do not know how/or know
    if this is applicable in this situation.
    Thanks for your time!

    HI, I have Forefront 2010 for Exchange installed for an Exchange 2007 SP2 running on Windows 2003 x64 SP2. Exchange has all roles installed on the same server.
    When I try to save any change on Forefront I got the following message:
    Microsoft Forefront 2010 for Exchange is unable to perform the requested function. This may be because Forefront services are unavailable. Ensure that all Microsoft Forefront services are running and that WindowsPower Shell is functional
    Well, our FF services are running and PowerShell is functional. I checked some forums and found some problems when there is entries in the IP Allow / Block lists in Exchange UI. I removed those entries but problem remains.
    Any ideas would be appreciated.

    In my case, I was able to work around this issue by using  PowerShell directly.  For example, to run an on-demand scan for all mailboxes, this worked:
    #open EMS
    $aliases = (get-mailbox -result unlimited).alias
    Add-PsSnapin FSSPSSnapin
    set-FseOnDemandScan -MailboxList $aliases
    Start-FseOnDemandScan -EnableVirusScan $true
    Windows 2008 R2 SP1
    Exchange 2010 SP3, RU9
    PowerShell 4.0 present on the machine (though EMS runs PS 2.0)

    Louis,
    This issue may occur if the Outlook registry key is corrupted. When other programs try to use the Outlook Simple MAPI interface, they cannot retrieve the required information from the registry.
    You must first remove the corrupted Outlook registry key, and then perform a Detect and Repair operation to have Outlook rebuild the key. To do this, follow these steps:
    Click Start, and then click Run.
    In the Open box, type regedit, and then press ENTER.
    In Registry Editor, locate the following subkey in the registry: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Clients\Mail\Microsoft Outlook
    Select the subkey, and then press DELETE.
    Click Yes.
    Quit Registry Editor.
    Start Outlook.
    On the Help menu, click Office Diagnostics.
    Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the repair.
    Important: Above section, method, or task contains steps that tell you how to modify the registry. However, serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you follow these steps carefully. For added protection, back up the registry before you modify it. Then, you can restore the registry if a problem occurs. • Controllers not re-directing client requests to ISE

    Please find attached a simple BYOD/ISE document I uploaded to kick start my new Wireless setup. Its all configured on my ISE sever and Controller as per doc.
    My setup:
    3600 AP's
    Internal 5508 Controller
    DMZ 5508 Controller (acts as a DHCP server for wireless clients)
    Controllers have established connectivity (mobility acnhors), as a client I can connect fine to my new SSID get a DHCP IP address back from DMZ WLC and at the moment can connect out to the Internet fine (using no WLAN Security as a test). So this part is working.
    I have now followed the document configured ISE, enabled AAA on the Internal WLC only and used the AAA override setting on WLAN as in the attached document.
    I connect to SSID expecting to be redirected to my ISE Guest Portal, nothing happens other than connecting to Internet WebPages.
    My question is, if I have followed this document correctly why is the Internal WLC not redirecting client requests to ISE, is this because my mobility anchors need to be re-configured, perhaps the AAA/ISE config needs to be applied to my DMZ WLC not internal WLC?
    I would prefer the Internal WLC to redirect the login to ISE, doesn't make sense to traverse through the DMZ Firewall onto DMZ WLC back into the Internal Network again to the ISE to authenticate.
    Or am I missing something additionally to this document to make sure clients are directed to the ISE Guest portal login.

    After you configure web authentication, if the feature does not work as       expected, complete these troubleshooting steps:
    Check if the client gets an IP address. If not, users can uncheck             DHCP Required on the WLAN and give the wireless client a             static IP address. This assumes association with the access point. Refer to the             IP addressing issues section of Troubleshooting             Client Issues in the Cisco Unified Wireless Network for troubleshooting DHCP             related issues.
    On WLC versions earlier than 3.2.150.10, you must manually enter             https://1.1.1.1/login.html in order to navigate to the web             authentication window.
    The next step in the process is DNS resolution of the URL in the             web browser. When a WLAN client connects to a WLAN configured for web             authentication, the client obtains an IP address from the DHCP server. The user             opens a web browser and enters a website address. The client then performs the             DNS resolution to obtain the IP address of the website. Now, when the client             tries to reach the website, the WLC intercepts the HTTP Get session of the             client and redirects the user to the web authentication login page.
    Therefore, ensure that the client is able to perform DNS resolution             for the redirection to work. On Windows, choose Start >             Run, enter CMD in order to open a command window, and             do a “nslookup www.cisco.com" and see if the IP address comes back.
    On Macs/Linux: open a terminal window and do a “nslookup             www.cisco.com" and see if the IP address comes back.
    If you believe the client is not getting DNS resolution, you can             either:
    Enter either the IP address of the URL (for example,                 http://www.cisco.com is http://198.133.219.25)
    Try to directly reach the controller's webauth page with                 https:///login.html. Typically this is                 http://1.1.1.1/login.html.
    Does entering this URL bring up the web page? If yes, it is most             likely a DNS problem. It might also be a certificate problem. The controller,             by default, uses a self-signed certificate and most web browsers warn against             using them.
    For web authentication using customized web page, ensure that the             HTML code for the customized web page is appropriate.
    You can download a sample Web Authentication script from             Cisco Software             Downloads. For example, for the 4400 controllers, choose             Products > Wireless > Wireless LAN Controller > Standalone             Controllers > Cisco 4400 Series Wireless LAN Controllers > Cisco 4404             Wireless LAN Controller > Software on Chassis > Wireless Lan Controller             Web Authentication Bundle-1.0.1 and download the             webauth_bundle.zip file.
    These parameters are added to the URL when the user's Internet             browser is redirected to the customized login page:
    ap_mac—The MAC address of the access point to which the wireless                 user is associated.
    switch_url—The URL of the controller to which the user                 credentials should be posted.
    redirect—The URL to which the user is redirected after                 authentication is successful.
    statusCode—The status code returned from the controller's web                 authentication server.
    wlan—The WLAN SSID to which the wireless user is                 associated.
    These are the available status codes:
    Status Code 1: "You are already logged in. No further action is                 required on your part."
    Status Code 2: "You are not configured to authenticate against                 web portal. No further action is required on your part."
    Status Code 3: "The username specified cannot be used at this                 time. Perhaps the username is already logged into the                 system?"
    Status Code 4: "You have been excluded."
    Status Code 5: "The User Name and Password combination you have                 entered is invalid. Please try again."
    All the files and pictures that need to appear on the Customized             web page should be bundled into a .tar file before uploading to the WLC. Ensure             that one of the files included in the tar bundle is login.html. You receive             this error message if you do not include the login.html             file:
    Refer to the             Guidelines             for Customized Web Authentication section of             Wireless             LAN Controller Web Authentication Configuration Example for more             information on how to create a customized web authentication window.
    Note: Files that are large and files that have long names will result                 in an extraction error. It is recommended that pictures are in .jpg                 format.
    Internet Explorer 6.0 SP1 or later is the browser recommended for             the use of web authentication. Other browsers may or may not             work.
    Ensure that the Scripting option is not blocked on             the client browser as the customized web page on the WLC is basically an HTML             script. On IE 6.0, this is disabled by default for security purposes.
    Note: The Pop Up blocker needs to be disabled on the browser if you                 have configured any Pop Up messages for the user.
    Note: If you browse to an https site, redirection does                 not work. Refer to Cisco bug ID                 CSCar04580 (registered customers only)          for more information.
    If you have a host name configured for the             virtual interface of the WLC, make sure that the DNS             resolution is available for the host name of the virtual interface.
    Note: Navigate to the Controller > Interfaces menu                 from the WLC GUI in order to assign a DNS hostname to the                 virtual interface.
    Sometimes the firewall installed on the client computer blocks the             web authentication login page. Disable the firewall before you try to access             the login page. The firewall can be enabled again once the web authentication             is completed.
    Topology/solution firewall can be placed between the client and             web-auth server, which depends on the network. As for each network             design/solution implemented, the end user should make sure these ports are             allowed on the network firewall.
    Protocol Port
    HTTP/HTTPS Traffic
    TCP port 80/443
    CAPWAP Data/Control Traffic
    UDP port 5247/5246
    LWAPP Data/Control Traffic (before rel 5.0)
    UDP port 12222/12223
    EOIP packets
    IP protocol 97
    Mobility
    UDP port 16666 (non secured)                        UDP port 16667 (secured IPSEC tunnel)
    For web authentication to occur, the client should first associate             to the appropriate WLAN on the WLC. Navigate to the Monitor >             Clients menu on the WLC GUI in order to see if the client is             associated to the WLC. Check if the client has a valid IP             address.
    Disable the Proxy Settings on the client browser until web             authentication is completed.
    The default web authentication method is PAP. Ensure that PAP             authentication is allowed on the RADIUS server for this to work. In order to             check the status of client authentication, check the debugs and log messages             from the RADIUS server. You can use the debug aaa             all command on the WLC to view the debugs from the RADIUS             server.
    Update the hardware driver on the computer to the latest code from             manufacturer's website.
    Verify settings in the supplicant (program on             laptop).
    When you use the Windows Zero Config supplicant built into             Windows:
    Verify user has latest patches installed.
    Run debugs on supplicant.
    On the client, turn on the EAPOL (WPA+WPA2) and RASTLS logs from a             command window, Start > Run > CMD:
    netsh ras set tracing eapol enable
          netsh ras set tracing rastls enable
    In order to disable the logs, run the same command but replace             enable with disable. For XP, all logs will be located in             C:\Windows\tracing.
    If you still have no login web page, collect and analyze this             output from a single client:
    debug client
    debug dhcp message enable
    debug aaa all enable
    debug dot1x aaa enable
    debug mobility handoff enable
    If the issue is not resolved after you complete these steps,             collect these debugs and use the             TAC Service Request Tool (registered customers only)          in order to open a Service             Request.
    debug pm ssh-appgw enable
    debug pm ssh-tcp enable
    debug pm rules enable
    debug emweb server enable
    debug pm ssh-engine enable packet

  • "Cannot perform operation, connection is closed" with Open MQ 4.4

    I am using Sun MQ 4.4 with Glassfish 2.1.1 on Red Hat 5.7.
    I am able to install glassfish cluster and all the instances are running fine. But, when I try to send a message to a topic, I get following exception
    javax.jms.IllegalStateException: [C4062]: Cannot perform operation, connection is closed.
    at com.sun.messaging.jmq.jmsclient.ConnectionImpl.checkConnectionState(ConnectionImpl.java:2468)
    at com.sun.messaging.jmq.jmsclient.XAConnectionImpl.createSession(XAConnectionImpl.java:105)
    at com.sun.messaging.jms.ra.ConnectionAdapter.createSession(ConnectionAdapter.java:383)
    Following is part of the stateless EJB where I am creating the session.
    @PostConstruct()
    private void init() {
    if (connectionFactory == null) {
    if (log.isTraceEnabled()) log.trace("Connection factory not set. Retrieving from server context.");
    InitialContext ic = new InitialContext();
    connectionFactory = (ConnectionFactory) ic.lookup("jms/testConnectionFactory");
    if (log.isTraceEnabled()) log.trace("Creating JMS connection.");
    connection = connectionFactory.createConnection();
    @WebMethod()
    public void send(){
    Session session = null;
    session = connection.createSession(true, Session.SESSION_TRANSACTED);
    I am trying to install these on a couple of new machines. Same application works on other machines so I am guessing this is a configuartion issue somewhere on these servers.
    My question is what would be a good way to find the cause of this failure.
    I have turned on log level to finest for ejb-container, jms, RA through glassfish Admin console, but no useful information.
    Also, I don't have the name of the servers in DNS yet. I am using IP address for specifying instances.
    Any suggestions ?
    Thanks
    Vineet

    Hi Tom,
    I used the demo/helloworld/helloworldmessage.java sample.
    By the way, I should add that the broker log contains lines like:
    [B1066] Closing [email protected]:2461 because "[B0061]: Client exited without closing connections"
    Is this what one would expect for a connection.close() ?
    It almost seems that this is happening only when the connection is nulled explicitly or the connection object is destroyed.
    One last thing:
    I was led down the garden path. The reason for the server being thread starved was that there were indeed connections not being closed/nulled.
    Thanks in advance,
    Patrice

  • Why am I getting ExchangeWebServices Inbox Error: Error, ErrorServerBusy. The server cannot service this request right now. Try again later

    I recently switched my application that uses EWS from an on-premise Exchange Server to Exchage Online through Office356.
    The process worked just fine for several days, then I started getting the following errors;
    Error accessing [USERNAME] email account.; ExchangeWebServices Inbox Error: Error, ErrorServerBusy, The server cannot service this request right now. Try again later. -->
    This has been happening for the past 14 hours now.
    I contacted my Office365 support team and they acted like they had never heard of the Exchange Web Services API, so no help there.
    I can access the mailbox using the O365 web portal and I can access the mailbox account using the Outlook 2013 desktop client. The issue seems specific to EWS
    My program is a Windows service, written in VB.Net. It connects to EWS, goes to the user account inbox, iterates through the inbox extracting attachments from messages, then moves the messages to a saved folder below the inbox.
    I created the wrapper for EWS that I can reference in my project code using the following, run from an elevated VS2012 command prompt;
    wsdl.exe /namespace:ExchangeWebServices /out:EWS.cs https://outlook.office365.com/ews/services.wsdl /username:[email protected] /password:p@ssw0rd
    csc /out:EWS_E2K13_release /target:library EWS.cs
    I bind to EWS in my class, using the following code;
    Imports System.Net
    Imports ExchangeWebServices
    Public Class Exchange2013WebServiceClass
        Private ExchangeBinding As New ExchangeServiceBinding
        Public Sub New(ByVal userEmail As String, ByVal userPassword As String, ByVal URL As String)
            ExchangeBinding.Credentials = New NetworkCredential(userEmail, userPassword)
            ExchangeBinding.Url = URL
        End Sub
    The error that is logged gets triggered when my code makes a call to the following method;
        Public Function GetInboxMessageIDs() As ArrayOfRealItemsType
            Dim returnInboxMessageIds As ArrayOfRealItemsType = Nothing
            Dim errMsg As String = String.Empty
            'Create the request and specify the travesal type.
            Dim FindItemRequest As FindItemType
            FindItemRequest = New FindItemType
            FindItemRequest.Traversal = ItemQueryTraversalType.Shallow
            'Define which item properties are returned in the response.
            Dim ItemProperties As ItemResponseShapeType
            ItemProperties = New ItemResponseShapeType
            ItemProperties.BaseShape = DefaultShapeNamesType.IdOnly
            'Add properties shape to the request.
            FindItemRequest.ItemShape = ItemProperties
            'Identify which folders to search to find items.
            Dim FolderIDArray(0) As DistinguishedFolderIdType
            FolderIDArray(0) = New DistinguishedFolderIdType
            FolderIDArray(0).Id = DistinguishedFolderIdNameType.inbox
            'Add folders to the request.
            FindItemRequest.ParentFolderIds = FolderIDArray
            Try
                'Send the request and get the response.
                Dim FindItemResponse As FindItemResponseType
                FindItemResponse = ExchangeBinding.FindItem(FindItemRequest)
                'Get the response messages.
                Dim ResponseMessage As ResponseMessageType()
                ResponseMessage = FindItemResponse.ResponseMessages.Items
                Dim FindItemResponseMessage As FindItemResponseMessageType
                If ResponseMessage(0).ResponseClass = ResponseClassType.Success Then
                    FindItemResponseMessage = ResponseMessage(0)
                    returnInboxMessageIds = FindItemResponseMessage.RootFolder.Item
                Else
                    '' Server error
                    Dim responseClassStr As String = [Enum].GetName(GetType(ExchangeWebServices.ResponseClassType), ResponseMessage(0).ResponseClass).ToString
                    Dim responseCodeStr As String = [Enum].GetName(GetType(ExchangeWebServices.ResponseCodeType), ResponseMessage(0).ResponseCode).ToString
                    Dim messageTextStr As String = ResponseMessage(0).MessageText.ToString
                    Dim thisErrMsg As String = String.Format("ExchangeWebServices Inbox Error: {0}, {1}, {2}", responseClassStr, responseCodeStr, messageTextStr)
                    errMsg = If(errMsg.Equals(String.Empty), String.Empty, errMsg & "; ") & thisErrMsg
                End If
            Catch ex As Exception
                'errMsg = String.Join("; ", errMsg, ex.Message)
                errMsg = If(errMsg.Equals(String.Empty), String.Empty, errMsg & "; ") & ex.Message
            End Try
            If Not errMsg.Equals(String.Empty) Then
                returnInboxMessageIds = Nothing
                Throw New System.Exception(errMsg)
            End If
            Return returnInboxMessageIds
        End Function
    Since the code worked just fine for several days and then suddenly stopped working with a server busy error, I have to think that this is some type of limit or throttling by EWS on the account. I process several thousand emails per day, in chunks of 300
    at a time.
    But I have no idea how to check for any limits exceeded. I am nowhere close to my O365 mailbox size limit. Right now, there are over 4,000 messages in my inbox, and growing.
    Thanks in advance for any ideas you can offer.
    Dave

    All the API's EWS, MAPI, ActiveSync,Remote powershell are throttled on Office365 (based around what 1 particular user could resonably do). If you have had a read of this already i would recommend
    http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/office/jj945066(v=exchg.150).aspx
     You can't adjust or even find your current throttle usage so you have to try to design your code around living inside the default limits. If your using One Service Account to access multiple Mailboxes (or if that account is because used across multiple
    applications) that can cause problems. In this case using EWS Impersonation is good solution as described in
    http://blogs.msdn.com/b/exchangedev/archive/2012/04/19/more-throttling-changes-for-exchange-online.aspx (this basically means the Target Mailbox is charged instead of the Service Account).
     Looking at the code one thing I notice missing is your don't appear to be paging the results of FindItems, also have versioned your requests to Exchagne2013. eg ". When the value of the
    RequestServerVersion element indicates Exchange 2010 or an earlier version of Exchange, the server sends a failure response with error code
    ErrorServerBusy. If the value of the RequestServerVersion
    element indicates a version of Exchange starting with Exchange 2010 SP1
    or Exchange Online, and the client is using paging, EWS may return a
    partial result set instead of an error"
    To Page FindItems Correctly you should use the IndexedPageViewType class and page the Items at no more the 1000 at a time eg something like
    IndexedPageViewType indexedPageView = new IndexedPageViewType();
    indexedPageView.BasePoint = IndexBasePointType.Beginning;
    indexedPageView.Offset = 0;
    indexedPageView.MaxEntriesReturned = 1000;
    indexedPageView.MaxEntriesReturnedSpecified = true;
    FindItemType findItemrequest = new FindItemType();
    findItemrequest.Item = indexedPageView;
    findItemrequest.ItemShape = new ItemResponseShapeType();
    findItemrequest.ItemShape.BaseShape = DefaultShapeNamesType.IdOnly;
    BasePathToElementType[] beAdditionproperties = new BasePathToElementType[3];
    PathToUnindexedFieldType SubjectField = new PathToUnindexedFieldType();
    SubjectField.FieldURI = UnindexedFieldURIType.itemSubject;
    beAdditionproperties[0] = SubjectField;
    PathToUnindexedFieldType RcvdTime = new PathToUnindexedFieldType();
    RcvdTime.FieldURI = UnindexedFieldURIType.itemDateTimeReceived;
    beAdditionproperties[1] = RcvdTime;
    PathToUnindexedFieldType ReadStatus = new PathToUnindexedFieldType();
    ReadStatus.FieldURI = UnindexedFieldURIType.messageIsRead;
    beAdditionproperties[2] = ReadStatus;
    findItemrequest.ItemShape.AdditionalProperties = beAdditionproperties;
    DistinguishedFolderIdType[] faFolderIDArray = new DistinguishedFolderIdType[1];
    faFolderIDArray[0] = new DistinguishedFolderIdType();
    faFolderIDArray[0].Mailbox = new EmailAddressType();
    faFolderIDArray[0].Mailbox.EmailAddress = "[email protected]";
    faFolderIDArray[0].Id = DistinguishedFolderIdNameType.inbox;
    bool moreAvailible = false;
    findItemrequest.ParentFolderIds = faFolderIDArray;
    int loopCount = 0;
    do
    FindItemResponseType frFindItemResponse = esb.FindItem(findItemrequest);
    if (frFindItemResponse.ResponseMessages.Items[0].ResponseClass == ResponseClassType.Success)
    foreach (FindItemResponseMessageType firmtMessage in frFindItemResponse.ResponseMessages.Items)
    Console.WriteLine("Number of Items retreived : " + ((ArrayOfRealItemsType)firmtMessage.RootFolder.Item).Items.Length);
    if (firmtMessage.RootFolder.IncludesLastItemInRange == false)
    moreAvailible = true;
    else
    moreAvailible = false;
    ((IndexedPageViewType)findItemrequest.Item).Offset += ((ArrayOfRealItemsType)firmtMessage.RootFolder.Item).Items.Length;
    Console.WriteLine("Offset : " + ((IndexedPageViewType)findItemrequest.Item).Offset);
    if (firmtMessage.RootFolder.TotalItemsInView > 0)
    foreach (ItemType miMailboxItem in ((ArrayOfRealItemsType)firmtMessage.RootFolder.Item).Items)
    Console.WriteLine(miMailboxItem.Subject);
    else
    throw new Exception("error " + frFindItemResponse.ResponseMessages.Items[0].MessageText);
    } while (moreAvailible);
    The support people should be able to help you as long as you can get past the first level. The EWS Managed API has a RequestId header that gets submitted with requests
    http://blogs.msdn.com/b/exchangedev/archive/2012/06/18/exchange-web-services-managed-api-1-2-1-now-released.aspx . In theory they should be able to take this and then from the Logs tell more information about why your request failed etc.
    Cheers

  • WinRM cannot process the request. The following error occured while using Kerberos authentication: The network path was not found.

    I have two forests with a transitive on-way trust between them: PROD -> TEST (test trusts PROD). I had previously had kerberos authentication working with winrm from PROD to machines in TEST. I have verified the trust is healthy, I also verified users
    in TEST can use WINRM with kerberos just fine. Users from PROD cannot connect via kerberos to machines in TEST with winrm.
    I have verified the service has registered the appropriate SPNs. I ran dcdiag against all my PROD and TEST domain controllers and didn't find anything that would prevent kerberos from happening. I even tried disabling the firewall entirely on my TEST dcs
    but that didn't gain me anything.
    I've enabled kerberos logging but only see the expected errors such as it couldn't find a PROD SPN for the machine, which it shouldn't from what I understand, it should go to the TEST domain and find the SPN from there.
    I'm really out of next steps before I call PSS and hope someone here has run into this and could provide me some next steps.

    Hi Adam,
    I'm a little unclear about which SPNs you were looking for, in which case could you confirm you were checking that on the computer object belonging to the actual destination host it has the following SPNs registered?
    WSMAN/<NetBIOS name>
    WSMAN/<FQDN>
    If you were actually trying to use WinRM to connect to the remote forest's domain controllers, then what you said makes sense, but I was caught between assuming this was the case or you meant another member server in that remote forest.
    Also, from the client trying to connect to this remote server, are you able to telnet to port 5985? (If you've used something other than the default, try that port)
    If you can't, then you've got something else like a firewall (be that the Windows firewall on the destination or a hardware firewall somewhere in between) blocking you at the port level, or the listener on the remote box just isn't working as expected. I
    just replied to your other winrm post with steps for checking the latter, so I won't repeat myself here.
    If you can telnet to it and the SPNs exist, then you might be up against something called selective authentication which has to do with how the trust was defined. You can have a read of
    this to learn a bit more about selective trusts and whether or not it's affecting you.

    Is there a way to rebuild the component store?

    Hey Glen,
    This log shows the exact same error that is mentioned in the comments of
    this blog post, and the response is:

    Thanks.  Unfortunately, this isn't good news.  The CanonicalData key is missing.

    Unfortunately, its a small, but unrecreatable subset of data.  If this is missing, servicing is broken on the machine and the system will need to be restored from backup or PBR.
    So you will need to try a refresh or a re-install of Windows, unfortunately.
    Hope this helps,
    David
