Cannot reference startAI.sh on a new connector

Hello, we are developing a new Datasync connector starting from sampleconnector example.
We have written down some code in AppInterface.py (a simple web service that open up and receives data port 80).
If we manually start startAI.sh the web service works fine. Otherwise if we simply start the connector from Web Admin UI, the UI says that connector is started but the web service is not.
We have not find anywhere in documentation and configuration files how to reference startAI.sh and assuming that folder structure and filenames are relevant to the connector configuration, can you tell us how to configure our connector to start the correct startAI.sh?

Hi, i've checked the logs file suggested by you, and i haven't found any problem.
I've attached on this post, the AppInterface.py, in this file i develope two class, the ApplicationInterface(GenericApplicationInterface) a class invoked from Connector and SyncFromInfinityServer this is my web service.
The web service, takes a input string and save it to file, on /tmp/incoming/sample/, and later the connector poll this directory and read the file and send it to engine Data Synchronizer.
If i call the AppInterface.py with command, "python AppInterface.py&" it work, but if i launch the AppInterface.py with Web Interface of Data Synchronizer the Web Service doesn't work.
