Cannot see iTunes Connect for App Submission
I remeber last year I had signed up for a free iBooks account to publish my book. Now today I bought the membership for iOS developer programme, but whenever I go to submit my app to the iTunes Connect website, I only see books and not the apps option. Please help...
Usually it's because you are not connecting to the internet via wifi.

Additional things to try.
Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.

Another thing to try - Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
This works for some users. Not sure why.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.

First question, why you're showing the screenshot from the iTunes? I understand that the account is the same, but why "iTunes in the Cloud"?
Second, I don't have "Hidden Purchases" neither in Mac App Store nor in iTunes Store account. In iTunes account view there is only "there are two devices connected with this Apple ID...".
In Mac App Store there is no "iTunes in the Cloud" nor "Mac in the Cloud" anything like that. -

Check USB connections

To narrow down the issue, you can also change up your hardware:
Use another USB cable.
Plug your cable into a different USB port on your computer.
Try a different dock connector (or no dock).
Add (or remove) a USB hub between your device and computer.
Connect your computer directly to your Internet source, with no routers, hubs, or switches.
If you see your error after changing your USB connections, continue to the next section to troubleshoot your hardware.

I just got an email from apple, that I can access iTunes Connect. I've already downloaded the iTunes Connect Mobile app but I'm not able to logg in with my Apple ID, although it just works fine when going to itunesconnect.apple.com. What could be the problem?

You may need to wait just a bit longer for your new account's information to migrate across the backend.

You can't. Apps are DRM protected & tied to the account used to originally purchase them. Contact iTunes support & request they add the apps in question to your download queue for your new account. Explain the situation & most likely, they will do so:

iTunes account is not the same as iTunes library.
iTunes account is what you use to purchase from iTunes.
iTunes library is what is on your computer.
You can have items from multiple iTunes accounts in one iTunes library. -
Cannot install "iTunes Movie Trailers App" on new iPad
Hello all,
I just got the new iPad (3rd Gen.).
I am trying to install the iTunes Movie Trailer App (http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/itunes-movie-trailers/id471966214?mt=8)
For some reason, after clicking the install icon, I get an error Pop-up screen that says "Action could not be completed".
I have installed plenty of other Apps with no issues at all.
Is this App only for U.S. users (I am from Canada)?
I suspect it is something like this because my son also cannot install this App on his iPod touch.
Any ideas?

Nevertheless, it should be able to say "Not available in your region" before I even get the possibility to download.
Like for example, if I go on the MTV website, I cannot view their videos, they give a proper message.
For sure they would be able to do the same in a more user-friendly message.
