Cannot use JAVAFX 1.3 feature TOOLTIP on Polygon

Question

Well i've made one Star icon from Polygon Class:
As show in below:
Polygon {
                            points : [ 5*rate,18*rate,
                            6*rate,12*rate,
                            2*rate,8*rate,
                            9*rate,6*rate,
                            11*rate,1*rate,
                            14*rate,6*rate,
                            21*rate,8*rate,
                            16*rate,12*rate,
                            17*rate,18*rate,
                            11*rate,16*rate]
                            fill:  fillColor
                            stroke: strokeColor
                            strokeWidth:2
                            onMouseClicked:function (e:MouseEvent){
                                setFavourite(e.node as Polygon,mess);
    }But i want this polygon to use Tooltip (showing Favourites). How can i do this in JavaFX??
