Change purchasing output control (from sapscript to smartform) Qusetion!

I want to print a Purchasing Documents by smartform.So i look for system standard program "SAPFM06P"->FORM ENTRY_NEU.
In this form i found 2 function:'ME_READ_PO_FOR_PRINTING' and 'ME_PRINT_PO'. who can tell me the useful of function?(is it standard print function to sapscript?)

These are the Std function modules that are used in print programs
'ME_READ_PO_FOR_PRINTING'
will fetch the data from different PO related tables that is required for the script/smartform printing
and 'ME_PRINT_PO' the fun module will print the PO printing.
go to the respective fun modules source code and can find the more logic and documentation for them

Hi,
I'll be migrating ZZMEDRUCK (customized copy of the standard form)that is in sapscript to smartform. I'll be doing this manually since some of the layout/format was changed by the user. Now do i have to create a new print program aside from the ZZSAPFM06P so that it will call the new smartform that i will make? Do i have to create a new output type? Or i dont have to do this and just change the configuration in M/34?

TCode smartforms--> Utilities --> Migrate SAPScript form
This will copy hte SAP Script form into smart forms.
But this will not solve the purpose.
YOu will have to map the print program accordingly.

Change of price control from "s" to "v" in the material master

Dear All,
Due to business requirement, we would like to change the price control for FERT items in the material master from "S-Standard Cost" to "V-Moving Average Price". This change we would like to do only at sales plants (Non-Manufacturing Locations). Very few materilas are having the stock on the date of the price control change
I would like to know is there any SAP Note / Any of you are having such experience? Please arrange the same.

i am not sure about any program but through MR21 you can change tthe Price in material master.
If stock is available system will hit to closing stock of the material for price change in case stock is not available it will hit price difference gl account.

I want to link an existing application form with Sapscript (Trans. EFRM) to a Smatform.
(So, I want to use my EFRM with a Smartform instead of a Sapscript)
Is it possible... (I don't want to copy manually my EFRM ;o)

States whether the form is an application form to be prepared by a SAPscript or SmartForm.
Use
The form type is assigned when you create the application form and you cannot change it.

    How to implelment the Docking Contorl at SAPScript or Smartforms Preview Screen.
    As we know, When SAPScript or Smartforms Preview is a full screen to display. my requriment is Split the screen to add own functional on the letf, like Docking Contorl eg. Navigation Tree.

Change of Output type from WE01 to WE03

Hi,
I have assigned the GR with collective slip WE03,when I use Tcode MB90 i m not able to list all the material documents eventhough collective slip and print is active.I checked in MIGO transaction,output type was WE01.
How to change the ouput type of already posted GR's from WE01 to WE03.

MB02 select your mat document and click the message tab and maintian your out put type.
If you want always this output type MN21 maintain the output type.
NACE also assign your smartform to your output type.'

User exit to change Purchase requisition created from VA01

Change VL70 to Smartform (from SapScript)

I need to change the form output on VL70 from SapScript to SmartForm. I converted the SAPscript to a SmartForm but I can't figure out where the SAPscript is being called from to call the new SmartForm. If anybody could give me some assistance I would be grateful.

Sap script will have a Driver program, and this both Driver program and Script will be configured in the NACE transaction, so for this smartform you need a Driver program to call the Smartform(Generate the function module and call the function module) ..

Changing an output type for SmartForms

Hi all,
I have a picklist that I changed from SAPScript to SmartForm. I am trying to edit the output type EK00 to use the SmartForm. I am using V/38 to edit EK00 but I can't figure out the right properties. Right now I have the FM name (/1BCDWB/SF00000017) as the Layout Module, the SmartForm name (ZPCC_PICKLST_STD) as the SmartForm. Also, under Pricessing 1, I have the print program (ZRVADEK01), FORM routine as (SMARTFORM_PRINT) and Form as (ZPCC_PICKLST_STD). Is there anything else that I need to change? When I try to use EK00 it is still looking for a SAPScript instead of a SmartForm.

Matt, thanks for the reply. I just tried what you posted and it still gives me an error. I get a popup that says "WRITE_FORM is invalid, OPEN_FORM is missing.
Could my problem be that the old SAPScript and the new SmartForm have the same name? Below is the configuration:
Layout Module: nothing there
SmartForm: ZPCC_PICKLST_STD (name of the smartform)
Processing 1:
Program: ZRVADEK01
FORM routine: SMARTFORM_PRINT

EDIT: I do not have any SAPScript functions (open_form, close_form, etc...) in the print program. I took the preconfigured print program for SDPIK_L (preconfigured picklist) and added our custom logic.

Change PO output folder in Mac

Hi all,
I am using SAPGUI for Java 7.20 on my Mac. While trying to download PO in PDF format using ZPDF, I get a message "PO converted and saved to C: Drive".
As there is no "C Drive" on Mac, I cannot find the PO anywhere. I have also tried searching for it.
Is there any way to change the output folder from "C Drive" to Desktop or any other location on Mac?

SRM 7.0 Output for changed purchase order documents

Hi all,
if we change purchase orders we like to send a PO output document for changed purchase orders only if we change certain PO fields in header or items.
What is the functionality in PO - Header - Output - Order and Send Immediatelly ? We thought that this function is the solution!
But independent we press the button <Order and Send Immediatelly > or button <Order> the system creates allways an output document in any cases of PO field changes which will be sent to a supplier (fax, email). How we can control that a PO document only will be created in cases we define ?

we like to control the output because PO changes for G/L account, cost centre or change from account assigment order to cost centre are not interesting for the supplier and in this cases a PO document should not be sent to the supplier. This was the main reason why we like to use function <Order and Send Immediatelly>.
So I would like to clarify the requirement:
1. Automatic created output document if a new PO will be created
2. Automatic created output document if a PO will be changed but no output if the following fields will be changed:
e.g. for G/L account, cost centre or change from account assigment order to cost centre
So we come back in our discussion to table: BBPV_COMP_FIELDS. There are entries for POO = PO Output and POR = Version comparison for Purchase Order.
Question: Can I use structure name: BBP_PDS_ACC for our requirement. If yes which field-names I have to maintain in detail in this table. If possible I need the entries in detail.

Output Message from Purchasing Value Key

Hi All,
Can anyone tell me how to configure the message and the output parameters for the time defined with the Purchasing Value Keys? What are the steps needed to create the message and to add an output?
Any help would be greatly appreciated and ofcourse rewarded.

My observation is if purchasing value key is either blank or U (if it exists in the system as it can be kept or deleted) in the material master, the values from purchasing value key U is adopted in STO automatically. If purchasing value key is other than blank or U in the material master then the values from exact purchasing value key (from the material master) is adopted in STO.
Need to have clarification on this whether it is controlled by configuration or it is hard coded in the system that Item Category U should pull purchasing value key U in STO if not getting purchasing value key from the material master.
It would be great if some one can assist in this matter for clarification

CHANGE THE OUTPUT MEDIUM FOR SRM PURCHASE ORDERS

We are using SRM 5.0
I tried to change the SRM purchase order's output
medium from 'XML' to 'Print' using a function module
'BBP_OUTPUT_PO_PARAMS_SET' within the BADI 'BBP_ECS_PO_OUT_BADI'. Though it changes the
output medium and chooses the right radio button
at the UI interface level (i.e)
Purchase order Header->output->
radio buttons(print,email,fax,xml)
It still holds the output medium as 'XML' at the
Document output log and process the document as 'XML'.
Is there a way to update the output log to hold the changed medium i.e (print)
