Change sales office and sales group after delivery and invoice is created

Dear All,
after we create invoices for 60 sales order we found that the sales office and sales groups are wrong, we need to change these orders,
is there any way rather than cancel the invoices ?

Are they greyed out?? check with T.code MASS , obejct type BUS2032 and select sales header and input your sales order > execute

    Hava you replicated the sales area from R/3. If not replicate it and see wheather the sales area exist in crm or not. If yes go to Tcode OOATTRCUST and chosse SALES and doubleclick on attribute and scenario. Thre U make
    SALE     IS_SA_GRP     No inheritance     3
    SALE     IS_SA_OFF     No inheritance     2
    SALE     IS_SA_ORG     No inheritance     1
    Change it to    0
                          0
                          0
    I think it will solve.

    As per my knowledge there is no Standard Report in SAP based on sales office, sales group. and plant.
    You may create your own report using MC18,MC21 and MC24.... Otherwise ask your ABAPer's help...

    All dependents how HR data is replicated in your CRM system. SAP standard recommend to create the Org structure in manually in that case you directly go in PPOMA_CRM and do appropriate adjustment. if the org related data is coming in CRM from ERP system than would suggest to change the Org data in ERP and migrate the changes to CRM via PFAL transaction.
    There is a SAP standard report HRALXSYNC hopefully it is implemented in your project. after change please run it to in CRM.

    How system is displaying assignment, is it module pool display or list tree?
    Module pool display.

    List tree display

    Goto menu path and check it. Do not use t.code.
    If it is Module pool display, Click on new entries. Copy the entire column (Do not copy rows) from excel sheet and paste it here.
    Repeat the process for sales org. d.channel. division and sales office.
    I am able to copy entire data. I am working on 6.0

    iPhones do not have an international warranty.  Warranty is valid only for the country of purchase.  This is most likely because different countries require different iPhone models.  Not reasonable to expect all countries to maintain stock for all models.

    Note 867678 - Proof of delivery (POD), delivery and billing document will help you to understand POD flow.
    You have the tcode VLPODF/VLPODL/VLPODA, but perhaps they will not help you. So, as the before note suggests you, you can use the tables VBFA, LIKP, LIPS, VBRK, VBRP, TVPOD and TVPODG to do your own report.

  • Multiple Sales group assigned with sales office to Sales area

    I need to know whether i could be able to assign different sales groups to Sales area in BP master.
    Eg  Sale grp 1 assigned with sales office 1 to Sale org 1, DC1,DIV1.  
          Sale grp 2 assigned with sales office 1 to Sale org 1, DC1,DIV1.
          Sale grp 3 assigned with sales office 1 to Sale org 1, DC1,DIV1.
    The standard system is not allowing to maintain more than one combination if the same Sales Area. In the practical scenario, there could be more than one sales group can look after the sales in Sales Area thats attached to one sales office. Is there otherway to check this requirement?
    Another requirement is i need to read the sales group value during processing the transaction ( Remember still i have not saved the transaction and i am processing it). I have found the some BADI which is not helped me lot. Eg i am processing the lead by entering existing BP/ prospect, i need to read the sales group assigned in the transaction.
    Any body can help me out.

    As of release CRM 4.0, it is possible to use the "Enhanced Backend
    Integration Model", where you may assign a sales office to more
    than one sales org, and a sales group to more than one sales office
    However this assignments are shown in a different way as in the
    standard model: multiple assignment are not viewed in the tree
    structure but in tab "FUNCTION".
    This is the standard design of the system. You can find more
    information about this new model in symptom of the note 691015.

    Here i am using FORM USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT   user exit in the sales order to do it.
    but it is not taking this value .
    Can any one suggest me any other place i.e. user exit where we can change sales office depending on some conditions.

    You have to use userexit 'USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE' because when exit 'USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT' is called all the order data has already been submitted into update task. So if you want to change data in the order and have it saved with it you need to use 'USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE'.

    I am experiencing a issue in delta update to 0SD_C03.
    Any changes to the Sales Office in a Sales Order are not resulting in a delta update in 2LIS_11_VATIM OR 2LIS_11_VADHR.
    This is resulting in erroneous reporting when looking at Sales Orders at Sales Office Level.
    I would like to know any solution or work around for this issue.

    have made a trace after select a sales area, when the ddlb of the sales office was shown.
    it seems there is no authorization check related to sales office restriction in standard.
    you might consider to add your logic to
    Class CL_BP_SALES_CORPACCOUNTOR_CN03

    I think you should chek if there is stock.
    If there is stock qty then I assume that there is a conflict with other sales order that might have been entered before you have created the delivery.
    In this case it would be wrong to post goods on stock.
    the right way to manage this situation is to reschedule the already confirmed sales order and post your goods issue.
    TC needed : CO06 to cancel an exisiting scheduled order
    In order to have a complete overview of the order situation with the option to link in the Co06 you can also process the TC V_RA
    hope this will help however you should check your ATP settings

    I have a scenario where we does STO and then delivery against outbound and performs goods receipt. in MMBE the stock is still displaying under schedule for delivery and also in MD04 even the stock is deducted from supplying plant and performed goods receipt at receiving plant..also stock is displaying at receiving plant..why the stock is still displaying in stock for del at sending plant..in general what happens when we does goods receipt against outbound delivery or when we does against STO?

    -first with me21n i created global purchas order
    -the sales will be picked from this purchas .
    -delivery is assigned automatically to this purchas order  with user exit.
    -with vl02n in goods issue steps there is tow operations ( stock mvt 101 in purchas assignement and a normal 601 for delivery )
