CHANGING ACCOUNT MANAGER

How do I have my account as the owner?  I am the only one on the account set it up but still not listed as the owner?  Help

Go to your profile and view all - where it says Account Owner  None  it should have a link to the right where it says Change Account Owner - click on that then enter your billing account password and billing zip code and it should set you as the account owner.

    Hi All
    I need to change some GL accounts that are not open item managed to open item managed...
    However, all these accounts have balances in them and wouldnt let me change it...
    And there is no way the customer will clear these balances... so is there any possibility for me to change the master data for these GL Accounts?
    Will using the &sap_edit function in SE16n for table SKB1 be the correct way to go about it?

    Could you brief me about the issue or correct if I am wrong:
    1) GL Account managed as non-open item amanegement.
    2) you want to manage as OIM.
    In this situation.
    1) Make the GL Balance ZERO by transfering GL transcation to another account..
    2) Switch on GL as OIM.
    3) Retransfer transcations
    What ever transctions you are transfering now, may be cleared through F-31.

  • How to change myself to account manager from account member?

    Hi,
    I've been to the Verizion store where me and my dad activated our cellphones to change my role to account manager(since me and my dad's phones were activated by my uncle-in-law, which means my phone lines are his sub-account or something).
    we went there since i'm moving to Louisiana and just wanted to change the billing address, so we talked to the employee at there and she simply put me as an account manager or something, but when i checked my verizon today, i'm still an account member.
    Can anybody tell me what i have to be an account manager? or just wanna know how to change the billing address..

        Hey Mrpark121,
    Being an account manager is extremely convenient.  It allows you to view the bill and make account changes without the account owner present.  It also means you are doing something right, because the account owner has placed that trust in you to make those changes.
    If you are listed on the account as an account manager you can call in and have the ability to discuss the account in complete detail and make changes.  The only changes you cannot make are adding or removing an account manager as well as add, change or delete the billing system password.
    You would have to be given that same access online.  Right now you are an account member so the information you are allowed to see is limited.  For steps on how to make you an account manage through My Verizon, visit http://vz.to/ZIaxkY.

  • Changing the managed account to Admin

    while trying to set the parental controls on my iMac 2006 (OSX Lion), it has changed my current User (only Admin Account) to a managed. It did not ask me for creating a new user account. after restart I realized that my user account is under parental controls and I cannot change them a the unlock button is asking me for a Admin user password and my admin has been changed to Managed.
    on trying to change any settings the Lock doesnt unlock as it keeps asking me for a admin user password. Tried changing Parental settings and user settings. Same Issue.
    any options to change the user settings without unlocking ? or via a root user or something ?

    I have only 1 account. (which used to be admin and is now managed)
    when i go to parental control it only shows me that 1 account and I cant click on anything everything is locked up.
    opening session windows? do u mean the log in screen ? Tired loggin in there typing root as the user and the first install password.

  • Lightroom 4.1 crashes every time I try to launch the email account manager

    Running Lightroom 4.1 64bit edition on Windows 7 Ultimate.  Ivy-Bridge 3770, 16Gb Ram, Crucial m4 SSD. 
    Crashes every time I do the following:
    1) I right click on an image in the library or develop module and select "Email Photo"
    2) In the From drop down list - select "Go to Email Account Manager". Microsoft Outlook is also listed (I think i played around with outlook in a previous on a previous install, probably lightroom 4 beta, but not the current one). 
    Lightroom imediately hangs.

    I tried re-installing but it doesn't seem to fix the issue (it appears that there are some settings or something that are persisting).  A completely clean install in a virtual box VM (windows 8) comes right up and gives me the option to select a new email account (sending pictures works fine).  Any idea how to completely clear the email account settings so i can start over with setting this up. .  ?

    thanks for answering. No, it crashes anyway. I tried changing the identity plate color in all different modules. I was able to change it once when I had just bought a new computer and installed Lightroom, but now I can't. I wonder if there are any cache files or anything causing this. Unfortunately I don't know enough about this to fix it myself. I wondered whether LRB is causing a problem simply by having it installed, but as I said, after I removed it from the Web Galleries folder, the problem still occurred. Is there any way to recreate the identity plate in Photoshop (same font and size etc.) and reimport it into Lightroom? I need to finish my website and my name is sol light, it is barely legible. Any fix or workaround would be appreciated.

    Click on F2 in Web UI in the relevant field.
    Get the Technical Details such as  names
    Component
    View
    Context Node
    Attribute
    Go to TX bsp_wd_cmpwb
    Give the Component name and Enhancement set
    Go to corresponding view.
    Doubleclicking on view on the right side u get structure of the view.
    Expand Context
    then expand relevant  context node
    then relevant attribute
    you can find the GET_I_ATTRIBUTE Method
    method GET_I_ATTRIBUTE.
        rv_disabled = 'TRUE'.
    endmethod.
    Check if rv_disabled = 'TRUE'
    if then change rv_disabled = 'FALSE'.
    Before  seeting  rv_disabled = 'FALSE' check the condition for which you want to make it disabled.

  • Account Manager Question

    If I am the account manager can anyone make changes from their phone?  I have recently noticed that my other lines phone calls are not showing up.  They are there and it tells me how long they were on the phone but there is no phone number.

    Give it 24-48 hours; the numbers will show up or it will show that the calling # was restricted or unavailable.
    I see the same thing on my account - calls are listed, time and duration, but the numbers are blank for a day or two.  It eventually fills in the details.

  • Pre order? account manager?

    I'm trying to pre order the iphone 6 PLUS but it says I must be an account manager. Only my dad and I have Verizon accounts and neither of us are the account manager. I put in our billing zip code and last 4 digits of social security hoping that would be the billing account password but it was not. We do not know the billing account password so how can I please change to account manager in order to pre order the Iphone 6 PLUS?

    Oh no, sorry to hear you are experiencing service issues when you try to place your order. In order to place an order you would need to have an account setup as the account owner, if neither numbers are setup this way, please contact customer service to ensure you have full access of the account.

  • Can't add account manager

    I've recently returned to Verizon after a disastrous and short lived relationship with Sprint. My wife and I had to terminate our contract with them because of several issues and because she was the one that cracked first, she was the one that got to call and scream at them. Since I was the account owner and she was halfway across the state at the time there was a great deal of confusion over trying to get her access to the account so she could even discuss the problems we were having, let alone try to make changes to the account (which ended in our leaving their service). I am again the account owner for Verizon and I was quite thrilled to see that I could designate account managers on My Verizon, which would prevent such difficulties in the future. A couple days after getting the account started went to do just that online.
    I changed the billing password with no problems, but when I try to complete the process of designating her as a manager I get an error message saying that I cannot do that online and I should call customer service. Not 'You cannot do that online at this time' or 'That service is currently unavailable online' but a straight up 'You just cannot do that online.' I get as far as putting in her name, number, and address, and when I hit continue - error message. I've tried three times in the last two days, with the same result each time. Sure, I could call customer service or go to a store, but isn't enabling it as a function within My Verizon supposed to make it easier? I've even gotten a welcome email promoting it as one of the things I should do to set up my new account, along with things like setting up alerts for data usage and paperless billing.
    I don't like calling customer service for cell service providers because I have never had a good experience with any company in doing so, and going to the Verizon store is always at least an hour visit while I wait for the two people ahead of me to finish their business. I love the convenience of managing my account online, but if you're going to promote that I do so, maybe you should actually make it so I can, rather than have me chase my tail trying.

    That's great that you need to be with Verizon for 30 days before it becomes available. I have been with Verizon for several years. I am trying to setup account managers in my Verizon, I have a request pending from an account member to the account owner to become an account manager. Every time I, as the account owner, click accept on the request, I get the same error message. "Assign Account Managers
    This option is temporarily unavailable in My Verizon. Please contact Customer Service at (800) 922-0204 if you'd like to add, change or remove Account Managers.
    We apologize for the inconvenience."
    This same error message has been showing for months. The last rep I spoke with de registered all of my my Verizon login accounts so that they can be re registered. How do I get my lines setup as an account manager?

  • Access error when changing Account data

    Several users with same role (inside sales) are getting same error (Access Denied - SBL-DAT-00278) when trying to change account owner info or converting a lead and associating it with an existing account.
    The roles and access profiles are correct and have not been changed. Could this be the result of specific field changes?
    Any ideas?

    You have implemented the BADI  HRXSS_PER_BEGDA which results in this error
      ESS scenario's will allow data creation/modification starting
      from a Default Start Date.  By default this Default Start Date
      is set to Today's date.  To further explain, when the Default
      Start Date is set to Today's date ESS User can create or
      change a data record valid starting from Today's date
      or future date.
      It is possible to customize this behaviour.  Business Add-in
      HRXSS_PER_BEGDA is available.  Parameters like molga, pernr,
      infty, subty and begda can be used in different combinations
      for customization.  For further informatio, please

      Personnel Management -> Employee Self-service -> Own Data ->
      Change Default Start Date.
    Check your use case subtypes as well

  • How do i change a managed user to an administrator on mavericks?

    I thought that I had two users that were both administrators on a MBP.
    But one of them is a "Managed" user and if I'm signed is as the administrator, I'm not able to change the "Managed" user to an "Administrator"
    I don't see "Managed" as a type of user when creating users.
    I'm obviously, confused.

    I looked into this a little more carefully.  It's not the Guest account.  It clearly indicates "Managed".
    Searching for more information, this is something related to Parental Control, but I can't seem to get this account to take on the characteristics of either an administrator or user role.

  • Logging into Digital Voice Account Manager Page

    I was wondering if anyone can help me with this.   We just got our Digital Voice activated and no matter how many times I sign into www.verizon.com/fiosvoice, it only takes me to a page explaining the service with no links to click on to get into the account manager itself.  I don't see any use to having this service if I can't sign into the page where we can pick our options and activate them or vice versa.  We've tried logging onto the main verizon.com page for residential and there are no options there nor any links to take us to any.
    I've tried calling Verizon numerous times and get little or no help at all.....frequently put on hold and left there or cut off after a lenghty wait.  This is no way to treat customers if they want their business to grow.  I'd appreciate knowing if anyone else has had this problem.

    Hey Morse, did you create a username and password to allow you to sign in the manager page because you need to setup account before you can use it, try creating a username and password to see if its works for you then.

    Yes. Go to System Preferences->Users & Groups->select his account, make it an admin one, log into it, and then repeat, deleting your account. Do note that to do this correctly, you should go through the steps outlined in What to do before selling or giving away your Mac - Apple Support. Also, it's illegal to pass on any OS X upgrade you installed via the App Store. Since it's tied to your AppleID, your grandson won't be able to do any updates, unless you foolishly give him your AppleID credentials—never recommended.
