Changing Infinity dates - Eversley exchange

Hello
I've been reading these forums and I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on the continually moving dates for Infinity availability in my area. I'm attached to the Eversley exchange which according to the BT Infinity map has been enabled.
I've been waiting for the last year to get Infinity and it looked promising after calling BT sales on the 25th June, apparently it was going to be available today, the 1st July.
The problem being that having phoned today I was told that it wasn't going to be available until the 1st of September. It seems very odd that within 6 days the availability date would have moved back two months.
Sorry if this seems like a bit of a moan but any help in understanding why the dates keep on changing would be much appreciated.

as has now been posted many times the dates given are place holders (estimates ) there are many reasons for delays for example the local power company not connecting power to the new cabinets also many places have problem's with blocked and collapsed cable ducts that need clearing and in some cases need replacing before the fibre can be laid also not all the installed in an exchange area are activated at the time the exchange is activated and indeed they could be anything from weeks to months later that September date could become either earlier or later also not all cabinets can be activated for fibre due to technical reasons

    I have the following scenario , Am creating a report on one Calculation View: CV and have done some analysis where I have pulled in some dimensions and kept some background filters.
    Now I have to generate the same report on another Calculation View: CV2 ( Similar to structure of CV ) and compare the reports. Is there any way to edit copy the previous report and change the data source? Can you guide me on that?

    Hi,
    You can exchange the calc view by clicking on the button next to the data source name in the tab "components", but when you do this, the new data source will overwrite the settings and filters from the previous data source. So no, there is not a supported way of exchanging the datasource and keeping the filters of the previous data source.

    Hi, On sap menu search "Accounting-> Financial Accounting-> Travel Management-> Travel Expenses-> Periodic Processing-> Payment via Data Medium Exchange (DME)-> Change Country Grouping"
    when i try change to country finland, the following error appear :"For coutry version 44 no payment program is implemented". I need to know if exist a program for data medium exchange to Finland?

    You can go to SE80 -> "Choose" package - PC44 where <b>44</b>is for Finland. You`ll get programs.

  • Pdf extension changes to .dat when send a file via e-mail from adobe acrobat 9

    to convert a file from microsoft word 2007 to PDF and send as an attachment via e-mail from adobe 9, the file is received with the extension changed to. dat, so recipients can not open it.
    Can anyone help me with this.

    What is the OS of the sending computer?
    What mail client?
    I receive plenty of files on my PC as .dat files, which come from Mac user(s), rename the extension to what I think they ought to be and have no further problem. (I cannot change the senders email settings where the problem originates)
    If the receiver knows it is a pdf file, they can drag it into Acrobat, but renaming the extension serves future use.

  • Not able to change the data of test data containers in production system

    Dear All,
    We have created eCATT scripts in Development SolMan System and moved the transports to Production SolMan System.  Customer wants to change the data at Test data containers and run the scripts in production system but we are not able to edit the data. 
    May be the reason is SCC4 transaction code has set the below option.
    Changes and transports for client-specific Objects
    u2022 No changes allowed
    Customer doesnu2019t want to change the above option and wanted to change the test data containers to give different datau2019s and run the eCATT scripts.
    Could you please let me know the solution for this?

    eCatt has the feature where you don't need to transport the scripts or test configuration to our target system. We can keep all our scripts and test data in Solman and run this script any other system in your landscape using the System data container and target system.
    Maintain the production as one of the target system in System container in Solman and point that system while running the script. Change the test data in Solman to run this script.

    I have update tax details in GRPO but while copy to AP invoice system pick posting date/ document date as system date and if i change the date the screen refresh and the tax details i have updated it change. that i do not want.
    Is there any option so that GRPO date will copy in ap invoice so that i need not to refresh the screen

    Please provide an example for tax details. Make note on these,
    1. Whenever copy GRPO to AP invoice, posting and document date is system date. This is default design system
    2. If you change these dates in AP invoice, your payment to vendor leads to confusion.
    For example:
    You have received items on 25-03-2014. But vendor raised invoice on 03/04/2014.

  • Changing color of a field after changing the data using OOPS ALV.

    Hi Experts,
    I have displayed three fields (price, no. of products and total amount) in my ALV grid using OOPS.
    Then am changing the data in either price or no. of products fields. When I click ENTER key the value in total amount changes correspondingly. Am able to achieve till this point.
    Now I have to change the color of the three fields( price, products and total amount) of the affected row alone and not the entire set of rows in the output grid.
    Please provide suggestions.

  • Unable to change the data in PSA

    Hello All,
    I have a delta failure because of invalid characters in one of the field and now i wanted to change the PSA. I have deleted the request from all data targets and started changing the error record, it is not showing all columns from PSA hence i am unable to change the data in required field.
    Could you please let me know how will i see all columns from PSA. Thanks

    Hi Ashok,
    To increase/decrease the number of columns that are displayed on the menu from the Settings option select Change display variants
    Also if you want to see say all the failed records you can sort the order of the data using the Status column

  • Unable to change the data source of SAP system

    Dear all,
    We have install SAP netweaver EHP1 standalone java on oracle 10.2.0.5 on windows 2008 R2.
    while installation i have given the central SLD system as solman,
    By mistake i have deleted the system from SMSY.. now when i createed the system manually i am unable to change the data resource as SLD due to this i can start my SMD configuration
    Request please let me know how to resolve this issue.

    Hi Paresh,
    You can proceed with deleting your SAP system from SMSY (along with connected technical content such as AS Java definition) and the run the LANDSCAPE FETCH through transaction SMSY_SETUP to have the correct definition of your SAP system in SMSY.
    Following this, you could use the addon Landscape Verification (a new thing I learnt today!!!)  to check the correctness of transaction SMSY. The following link details the Landscape verification 1.0 for SolMan:

  • Change posting date during UD Reversal

    Hi All
    During working with a UD reversal program by using SAP note 175842 i came to know that the posting date only comes as the current date.
    If Today i am  reversing  the UD of a batch which is 15 days old (Example-15.02.2014) then the posting date in the material document will be of today.
    But my requirement is that, date should be the actual inspection lot creation date ie. 15.02.2014 . I have already discussed with the technical team , as
    per their understanding no option is there to edit the standard program.
    Please help me in this regard, is there any option to change the posting date.

    Hi,
    I understand that you are looking to make 322 movement today but need posting date/ document date in past. I tried my reversal program and I could achieve this. While making the UD reversal, change the date which is required.
    In following case, I made the 321 today but in back posting date i.e 15.02.14. For this, refer Document date.
    Then again, while making the reversal, I entered the backdate (20.02.14) and same is appearing for the document. Refer 322 movement.
    Ofcourse you need to allow posting in previous periods using MMRV.
    If you need something else, please come up again.

  • Change delivery date on sales order -- change of Billing date on item

    Hi,
    We are trying to change a delivery date for a sales order's item, if we do so normally the billing date on that item's billing tab will change automatically also.
    Now, for a specific sales order the billing date in the billing tab is not changing.
    We compared 2 sales orders .. the same statusses - no blocks - ... and with one it works (changing of the billing date) and with the other it does not work..

    Check the following.
    If invoice dates are defined for the customer, the system proposes the billing date from the invoice date calendar. If no invoice dates are agreed, then the actual goods issue date is formed on the basis of delivery related billing. In order related billing, the billing date of the order forms the basis of the billing date.
    If you are billing services, the system proposes the date of services rendered. You can change the date manually in the sales document.
    If you are using a billing plan to bill a project, the system can propose billing dates for the billing plan on the basis of planned or actual dates in the corresponding milestone.
    In a billing plan for a maintenance or rental contract, you can specify rules by which the system determines billing dates on the basis of other dates in the contract.

  • Crystal ActiveX Runtime Lib: Change text data source path at run time.

    We have some PCs running Crystal Reports 10 and some running CR 9 and 8.5. For each PC, we set up a System DSN ODBC data source (in Control Panel - Administrative Tools) for pulling data from text files to
    generate reports.
    Recently we wrote some routines (see the Visual Basic example at the
    end of this message) to change the path of the data files at runtime.
    According to the Crystal Reports Technical Reference Guide, we may use
    the method LogOnServer() of an Application object or an DatabaseTable
    object. However, we find that this does not work: the PrintOut()
    method only pulls data from the default path as configured for the
    System DSN, not from the path passed as the third parameter of
    LogOnServer(). It does not return any error message.
    We have also tried to use SetTableLocation() method, and it still does
    not work.
    Would any experts examine our code below and advise what we are missing? Thanks.
    For the following VB example, we have:

  • Any one knows how to change "TransptnPlanng date" in delivery document?

    Could any one provide the BAPI/FM that can change "TransptnPlanng" date/time in inbound/outbound delivery documents?
    I need to update the dates only in ABAP program based on external information.
    I tried WS_DELIVERY_UPDATE with the following parameters setup:
    VBKOK_WA-VBELN_VL = target delivery number
    VBKOK_WA-TDDAT = "12/12/2009"
    VBKOK_WA-TDUHR = "12:12:12"
    (for the other fields in structure VBKOK_WA, I leave them blank)
    DELIVERY = target delivery number
    After run the FM in test mode, no error returns but no data updated in the delivery... (dates not change)
    Do I need to specify all the other fields for the delivery (like delivery date, line item details etc) even though I just want to update two fields in the header of the delivery?

    BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_CHANGE works in this case (just to change the date)
    Need to put "X" on the date field on structure BAPIOBDLVHDRCTRLCHG and need to use table BAPIDLVDEADLN with correct date type to update.
