Changing the Date in an Activity of the Interaction Center WinClient

Hi Experts
I am working with an activity in the Interaction Center WinClient and i need to change the Date To of the Activity depending on the Reason i choose in the document.
I found out that in CRMD_SERV_SLA - Maintain Availability and Response Times you can set the an specific time depending on the reason of the activity you are working on, but i don't know how to change the Date To of the Activity when i select a specific reason, which already have the respective duration value defined in the transaction mentioned above.
I would appreciate the help on this issue and it sure will be rewarded with points.

Hi Alberto,
You have to user a header level badi, i.e CRM_ORDERADM_H_BADI
Here in you can access your activity and can use CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN to change the date.

  • Filling Activity fields from the Interactive Script WinClient

    Hi Experts,
    I am working with Interactive Scripting (CRMM_TM_SCRIPT) and I already defined my interactive script. I am also creating Activities after I finish with the Script in order to register a case. I am doing this by defining an Action Type CIC-AB which calls an Action Box in the Interaction Center WinClient. In the Action field I define the name of the Activity I want to call from the Action Box of the Interaction Center.
    When the Agent receives a call, he navigates in the Interactive Script in order to clasify the case he is treating. At the end of the Script, the case needs to be register following the clasification made by the Agent, and that’s why we are calling an Activity. The thing is that we don’t want the Agent to fill again the information he just defined in the Script in the Activiy, so we want to fill certain fields of the Activiy I am calling with Information of the Interactive Script I used before, in order to save time to the Agent that Register the Case.
    Can anyome shed some light on this issue?

    You can create an activity.i.e., you can create an Order from the Interactive Script if you already created the Script structurethen follow the below steps

    Procedure: 
    T-Code:  EWFC0
    Path: SPRO&#61664;IMG&#61664;Customer Relationship Management&#61664;Customer Interaction Center&#61664;Visible Components&#61664;Action Box Settings&#61664;Define Configuration Profile for Action Box.
    1. Choose F4 help to select one of the Action Box profiles you have created and you want to adapt and choose change.
    2. Mark the Action box Configuration and create a new Action Box Group by choosing Create transaction group.
    Enter a group ID, description and icon for the new transaction group and choose Continue.
    3. Mark the new transaction group and create a new Action Box transaction by choosing Create transaction.
    4. Enter a transaction ID.
    5. Enter a Transaction Definition section, select Workspace.
    6. In the Transaction Definition section, select Workspace.
    Two additional fields will appear.
    7 Choose F4 in the Workspace field to select the Script.
    8. Choose F4 in the profile field to select the Interactive Scripting profile that you created in the previous steps above.
    9. Enter a Slot Name if desired.
    10. Choose Continue.
    You are automatically taken to the Maintain Data Flow screen .No data flow parameters need to be maintained for the Interactive Scripting workspace.
    11. Choose Back.
    12 Choose Save.
    Note:  Since Only Workspace of this type can be open at once, you will need to close the Automatically Created Interactive Scripting Workspace before launching the Interactive Scripting Action Box call.

    the only standard way can be seen in note 813540.
    In CIC0, when you select for business partner and "Select related
    business partner screen" appears for this BP, there is a list of icons
    below this screen. There should be also "Change layout" button (
    between "print" and "Choose layout" buttons). When you click on the
    button "Change layout", you may choose additional fields as described
    in the Note. I saw this fields (hidden) in your systems, so the Note is
    implemented already. Add these fields from 'hidden' section to 'Line 1'
    section. Click 'copy' button and fields should be there finally
    visible. I hope it helps you a little bit.

    The best way is not to touch the standard HTML template for BP Search ('CRM_CIC_SEARCH_DISPLAY'), but maintaining your own HTML for BP search (Z* HTML template) and making use of the same over the Contact Search profile.
    You can copy and customize the Standard HTML-Template
    CRM_CIC_SEARCH_DISPLAY in the following ways:
    1) Copy the HTML-Template CRM_CIC_SEARCH_DISPLAY in Transaction SMW0 (0 - zero)
        in your HTML-Template with named Z*
    2) Export to a local pc and customize the HTML-Page as per your need.
    3) Import to your HTML-Template Z*
    4) Map the fields in transaction CRMC_CIC_SEARCH_CNTR.
    5) Assign the new search-template in transaction CRMC_CIC_SEARCH_RULE.
    Sorry, there aren't another way to remove the ibase from standard bpsearch.

  • MM 335 "You want to change the profit center...'

    Hi guys,
    in a material master I have the field profit center blank and I want enter a value but the message MM 335 '"You want to change the profit center but material stock still exists"...I have implemented OSS notes for release 6.03 but the message continues to go out..the stock for the Plant in which I want enter Profit center does not exist, is it correct that this message goes out?In your opinion which is the correct way to update material master?I have tried to transfer all stock present in all Plants on which that material is opned with mov type 309 but the message go out again..It is a strange thing , I don' think taht the unique way is to chenge the nature of message from E to W..

    Stock may be there still under Plant Stock and  Storage Location stock, in previous period.
    TO make it Zero do the following things
    If previous period stocks exist, you can make a withdrawal posting as follows:
    1. Post the same amount to current period stock (for example, using movement type 561) so that previous period stock and current period stock are identical.
    2. Make a withdrawal posting in the previous period for the stock together with posting date (for example, using movement type 562).
    Hope the steps will help to resolve the problem.

  • Change the profit center in the material master

    dear All,
    we need to change the profit center but the system is not letting because the is stock.
    i was thinking if we issue this stock on any cost center, change the profit center and then cancel the issuing material document ...
    what do you think ,,,, would this effect the accounting badly ?? if so,, please recommend other ways

    ever thought about how the posting are made in the other modules then? We dont live on an MM island, so a solution  has to cover the requirements of the connected modules as well.
    if you had received stock to a material with profit center A, then value is posted to profit center A.
    if you change the profit center  in material master to B while you have stock, the value of earlier receipts will not move from profit center A to B, they stay at A.
    The next goods issue for this material is made against the profit center B.
    this results in having a postive value at profit center A (which will never go away) and having a negative value at profit center B (because you had never received to profit center B what you just issued)
    Because of this you should not change the message settings.

    you cannot issue anything in the prior period if everything is already issued in the current period.
    One should obtain the quantityof previous period in material master accounting view.
    Finally you have to have zero stock in current and previous period before changing profit center.
    How you approach this is based on the fact if the current period stock is bigger or smaller than the previous period stock.
    if current period stock is bigger, then issue previous period stock with previous peiod date, and issue remaining stock in current period.
    if current period stock is smaller than previous period stock, then you have to write on the delta in the current period, and subsequent issue the total stock in the previous period.

    Goods issue to cost center or goods movement 309 to a dummy material will both affect accounting and create accounting documents.
    of course, if everything works well then you will get  accounting documents with opposite value after you have changed the profit center and you write on the quantity again.

    We have an requirement of changing the profit center in FI/CO Document while doing MIRO which is different than the one which is posted at the time MIGO.The system is not allowing us to do this and the field profit center during MIRO is not changeble mode and the business requirement is to change this through any SAP enhancements or program.
    How can I do this ?
    Is there is any standard BADI or User Exit is available for this.
    Pleease help me in this and will give valuable points.

    Use the BADI INVOICE_UPDATE and try with this. Otherwise you try to create Enhancement point to implement your code.
    Note: Inside BADI we can't change the runtime value. So, try to use enhancement point.

    our client they want to change the work center in production order.according to production version work center also they are changed.so while change the WC,all the default value has be changed as per routing what we maintained in routing.At present we have to enter the manually change the W.C as well as set up time and operation time enter manually.Any other option to do the automatically capture value from routing while change in Work center in production order.pl help me on this.

    Thanks for reply. I am maintained in diff value  maintained routing , Ex :First routing i have  work center 'X' value maintained as a setup time in 15 Min's and operation time 10 Min's
    second work center 'Y' I have maintained as set up time 10 Min's and operation time 30 Min's,
    Now I want to change the work center in production order as a 'Y' so whatever value maintained in routing , it has to be changed automatically (10 min's and 30 Min's), but system will not change only old value only picked (15Min's AND 10 Min's).
    Now I think you get to know what the client requirement, kindly do the need full.

    By "game center account", do you mean Apple ID?
    If so, you can change it.
    1. Tap settings and navigate to iTunes and App Stores
    2. Tap "Apple ID" and then tap "Sign Out"
    3. Log in with a different ID.

    If this SO is processed partially - i.e. transactions happened - You cant change it
    You can use ABAP and change it in Debug mode, but not advisable... Better to short close the SO and open a new SO for Balance qty

    This PRCTR field is stored in VBAP (i.e., SO line item table)

    In a report, I must change the cost center for Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order.
    In my opinion I must use the bapi: "BAPI_REQUISITION_CHANGE" and "BAPI_PO_CHANGE", but I don't know how to use.
    Is this correct ?

    I'm making a interactive PDF in inDesign (CS6). Problem is, when I export the file in to a interactive PDF, everything looks good except when I  want to type in the text field (interactive) the font is in Times New Roman. I want another font. So my question is, how can I change the (interactive) font? I tried a lot of things, but I can't find the solution.

    @Renzo – in Acrobat Pro you have an option to format the form fields.
    Under the tab "Appearance" there is "Text" with "Font Size:", "Font:" and "Text Color:".

  • HT4314 How do I change the Game Center login name...I've has issues with getting GC to align my iPad game to the iPhone correctly.

    I have been playing a game on the iPad (called D.S.F) &amp; then wanted to link it to my iPhone with Game Center.
    The problem is when it tried doing it...It asked me to choose a game name on the iPhone and I used the one I was using on the iPad but it didn't like as it said the name was taken.
    So I set another name up and then thinking I could simply change the required name in DSF game settings to align the game but instead the game fully reset itself and I lost the existing game levels I was on the iPad.
    After uninstalling the game on both devices &amp; reloading them a few times, I established that when I turned off Game Center and reinstalled the game on the iPad then I got the game reloaded picking up from where I was initially.
    The short of this blurb is that somehow I need to change the Game Center name for the game I'm playing so it links correctly and I'm not sure how to do that.
    It's the name in Game Center that's linked to the iPhone new game that is the problem and it's the one I need to correct.
    Any advice?

    Go to start menu
    Type REGEDIT into the search
    Select find under the edit tab
    Type the exact name you wish to correct
    correct every entry by clicking on the entry> and then clicking edit>select modify>then correct only the portion of the name you wish to correct> then click ok> go back to edit and click find next> repeat the process for each entry in the registry until the screen says finished>restart windows and plug in your ipad. ENJOY
