Check Warranty Status - wrong product
Similar to this question I have a Check Warranty Status message on my screen which I can't get rid of without clicking something - trouble is, it's for a product I don't own. I have a HP laptop but not an all in one printer. Is this message genuinely from HP? If so, why do they think I own this printer? How can I get rid of the message?
Thanks I'll look into it - but is it a good idea to uninstall it? My concern is that this is for a product I do not own, therefore might be a scam.

I did use the serial number of my ipod to check on Apple website but there is no result for my ipod. They required me to provide the purchase date, which I don't know because my ipod is a 2nd hand device. I tried to reset my ipod and activate it again but it doesn't work and itunes gives me an error message.

i have purchased my hp pavilion (p018tu) laptop on 6th of feb 2015 , but now as i am checking my warranty status it shows standard waranty ends on 11/15/2015. as it would be rightly end to be on feb of 2016.

User Exit in VA02 for Warranty Status field change
Hi Gurus,
Can any one pls suggest the user exit that gets trigerred when there is a Warranty Status Field change in the Repair Order of Order type ZRAS and when the change occurs it has to update the work center of the Corresponding Service Order.

Apple does not fix iPhones, they replace them if covered by warranty. That means you'll be getting a refurbished unit. -
I ordered the full creative cloud on sunday and received an order number but still can't open any of the programs. When i check the status of my order online, it says it can't find it. Is this normal after 3 days? I tried asking in a chat window instead of the forum but no one answered and after about ten minutes my screen restarted and closed the chat window down. It seems a little frustrating not knowing what happened to my order and not being able to contact anyone. Is all this usual with Adobe or are they just having technical problems this week?

For checking the status changes, you can use the table: JCDS
It is linked to the prod.order with its object number.
The system statuses are in TJ02 and TJ02T tables. User statuse are in TJ30 and TJ30T tables.

Std web shop behavior if a Wrong Product is input in the Sales Order page
Hi Experts,
In a B2B/BOB web shop, when a product is entered into the sales order screen manually, does the system run a standard validation as to check if the product exists in the product catalog ? Is there any documentation on this kind of standard web shop behavior ?

Where are you seeing the dump? There will not be any dump in the defaulttrace file when a wrong product is entered.
ideally on the jsp it says check product number. this is the std behavior. Below error message will be shown
At least one item is faulty; check faulty items before continuing. Go to first faulty item
Product xyz was not found.

Material Has wrong product hierarchy when entered in sales Order VA01
Hi,
Material -1300 - has a wrong product hierarchy.
If you search for product hierarchy via Tcode mm03 - basic data1 you will find the following hierarchy: 00P4SU000D8400600H
However if you enter an order with Tcode va01, enter Material 1300 - in the item tab Sales B - sales order picking up the wrong hierarchy 00PCSU000D8400600H. But in the sales order Product hierarchy should be 00P4SU000D8400600H.
How it could happen by picking up the worng product hierarchy. Can any one help me with regard. And how to resolve it.

Please check in MM03 ---> Sales: Sales org 2 ---> Product Hierarchy.
If on plant level it is wrong maintain may be this type of issue generated.

Dear ALL,
I'm working on SAP BPC 10.0 NW version.
So, I'm launching a script logic for a particular company, actually working on the currency translation but unfortunately I got an error "Error checking work status".
I did enable the Work Status in my model, and I did also put 2 Controls in it. But, I'm very sure the 2 Controls are all pass which I could also see the same from Control Monitor.
Any part which I could have missed out or any steps I have to work on in order to skip the error?

Finally the problem was bigger than I thought; the user uploaded data from previous period and it’s affected the currency conversion, because it is configured at periodic way
The access member profile for each group was configured wrongly, too
We fix this point and the currency conversion and the work status pass OK

I found a related note.
1945016 - "Error checking work status" when executing package
Symptom
There is "Error checking work status" in the status log after executing clear package:/CPMB/CLEAR.
Environment
SAP BusinessObjects Planning and Consolidation, version 10 for SAP NetWeaver
Reproducing the Issue
Run clear package:/CPMB/CLEAR
Set check work status when clearing as YES. ("CHECKLCK"=YES)
Check detail status log
CauseWork status is not set or not found for the "to be cleared" data.
Resolution
Try to change the work status of the data in EPM and check if system pops up with "work status not found".
If yes, check in work status table (you can get the table name by running program UJ0_GET_GEN_TABNAME) if there is default work status assigned.
If yes, check UJW_STATCODE table in SE16, incase the line which contain field ORDERN=0 is missing, run program: UJW_UP_INSERT_0_STATE to insert this line.

One day after i purchased this laptop i checked the warranty status ( in http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/document.do?lndocid=LOOK-WARNTY#sw ) and it was said the warrany will expired onJuly 2011 , and then i went to IBM service center to have my warranty date updated to November 2011 because i purchased this laptop in Nov 2008 .
However today i tried to check the warrany status again but the site said that my warrany status could not be found , how come ?
Please somebody help me ,

The terms are pretty interchangeable in this day and age. Also MFP (Multifunction device) The 5675 is both a copier and a printer, they just add a network card and PDL interpreter to the copier to make it a printer. There is no chance that when looking up your serial number you are seeing someone elses printer status.
