Cisco 2801 Auto Attendant
hello
I have 2 Cisco 2801 running CME 4.3 and will be converter to SRST Routers, but they''ll have T1 card, because they used to has FXO card with 4 lines now they will have T1, but I wonder witch solution for auto attendant should I have for those routers especially the Unity Express.
Thanks
Before switching to CM, think twice, because you will gain a lot of complications, consts, and loose nice features and flexibility if you do that.

Cisco TCL auto attendant without dial extension number
Hello, Im trying to use the TCL for auto attendant from the file its-Cisco.2.0.1.0.tcl but I need just the auto attendant prompt and not the extension number. At this moment I can do that but I listen two prompts (en_welcome.au and en_enter_destination.au) and I need just to listen the first one.

What's wrong? Verify and compare Cisco 2901 config after loading old config from Cisco 2801
Hi Cisco Community / Friends,
I am new to this site though I have cisco account for many years. I am a CCNA ,I passed my certification on January 2013 I seldom use and utilized my skills on networking becuase of my type of work. I am Project Eng'r working in a System integrator company . Anyway, I would like to ask assistance on the configurations of my Cisco router for this gov't projects.. Here's the situation.
We have a new project for the VSAT Comm'n of Coast Watch Station , The VSAT was installed 7 years ago. The VSAT was only used for a year by this Gov't agency because of subscription issue. Now, they wants to revive and use their VSAT facilities for the Coast watch monitoring. Now, some of this routers are working up to now and for some site are already defective so I need to replace the old 2801 router with a new equivalent model which is Cisco 2901. My plan was just to load the old config into the new Cisco 2901 router. However, after loading it to the new router, I am a little worried because I've got some errors received. I load the old config by copying the old files, edit it in notepad, and load the config using Secure CRT (terminal emulator). When I copy the old config of cisco 2801 to new router cisco 2901 , below are the command not recognized on Cisco 2901. What's wrong ? What are these commands for?
Appreciate your comments and help on this matter.. Thank You very much
Note: I Attached the original config from Cisco 2801 and the other file is the config after I load the config file to Cisco 2901.

From Cisco's website:
The Modem Management Interface (MMI) is software that enables auto-provisioning for the Cisco 827 routers. The MMI uses a fixed PVC to communicate with the Proxy Element (PE) residing on the digital subscriber line access multiplexer (DSLAM). Using MMI, the Cisco 827 router updates the running image and downloads the prescribed configuration using a configuration file or configuration values in a provisioning information database.
The customer premise equipment (CPE) can be automatically configured using the Cisco DSL CPE download, but it can be configured only with the image provisioning feature.
So because this is your device, you don't want to use MMI anyways.
And "priority-list" is QoS. Probably that QoS-command is old and removed, because now QoS is configured using class-maps and policy-maps. -
Multiple Schedules and Auto Attendant in UC560
Dear all,
I have configured two schedules in UC560 using CCA 3.0.1 (office_hours and break_time). I have then configured two auto-attendants. AA1 is used for office_hours and AA2 for break_time. AA1 is working fine. However, when it is break time, AA2 is not being used, instead the menu for closed hours in AA1 is used. If I swap office_hours and break_time as AA2 and AA1, then break_time is ok while office_hours settings do not work.
Internally, I can dial both AA extension numbers and get the correct prompt. The problem is when an external call comes in.
Any ideas what I may be doing wrong?Hi Tiziana,
Sorry, I should have been more specific. What you have there is the built in script editor express. You can download the standalone CUE script editor here:
http://www.cisco.com/cisco/software/release.html?mdfid=282825559&softwareid=282774364&release=7.0.6&relind=AVAILABLE&rellifecycle=&reltype=latest
Edit to add: I think there are also some sample scripts that may help you out there as well. Here is also the Unity Express Script Editor guide.
Best,

UC520 FXO To Auto Attendant Disconnect Problem
We have UC520 with FXO card, and have a problem when we point the inbound call to the Cisco Unity Express Auto Attendant, the problem is if the PSTN caller disconnect, the FXO remain off-hook for along time, and if the PSTN caller dial an extension and then disconnect the phone remain ringing for a long time.
but if we point the inbound call an extention, there is no problem and the phone stop ring when the PSTN caller disconnect.
below is the voice-port, and CUE dial-peer configuration:

Removal of Auto Attendant ....
Hi Gurus,
I am having some problems with the UC 520 namely,
1) Is it possible to remove the auto attendant?
2) I would like when people call in to the main line, it would be diverted to a voice hunt group.
The voice hunt group has already been configured as show below,

Hello,
I followed the below procedure to setup auto attendent during SRST.
http://angryciscoguy.com/jello/auto-attendant-on-srstcme-gateway-without-cue/
Can anyone help with the audio files. Is there any place where I can get the suitable audio files.
Thanks in advance
Ajey ShettyHi.
You can record your prompts and than convert them in au format with many converters available online.
Itunes can also do that.

Turn Auto Attendant into Night Mode Manually
I have set an auto attendant to automatically play the day and night mode based on business hours on Unity Connection with CUCM 8.0. But client wants to turn on the night mode manually when the receptionist is leaving before the closing hour, and turn off the night when come in early. And they still want to play the day greeting during normal business hours. Which option available in Unity Connection that can handle this. I can set up night mode manually ok, but will lose out the day greeting. How can I achieve this with both day and night greeting.
Thanks.
Dat PhamConfigure a separate call handler and have the recepcionist set CFA for this.
All she needs to turn this off/on is to set CFA to a predefined DN.
CUC can only work based on pre-defined schedules.

CUCM 8.0 as auto attendant
Hi all experts.
Can i use CUCM 8.0 as auto attendant also ? does it provides AA service ?HI,
The supported HW (HW compatibility matrix) can be found on CCO:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cust_contact/contact_center/crs/express_compatibility/matrix/crscomtx.pdf
The later versions of Cisco Unified Contact Center Express can be deployed as an application on a virtual machine on the VMWare platform running on the Cisco Unified Computing System (UCS) hardware.
This allows Cisco Unified Contact Center Express to be part of a virtualized deployment where multiple Cisco Unified Communications applications can be deployed on the same server.
Only UCS for now.

SAMHi,
It looks like you are using the default hash for the crypto isakmp policy and that your connection is failing on the phase 1 negotiation. The default hash on the crypto isakmp policy is sha. On the 2801 try adding hash md5.

hash md5

Let me know if that helps.
Thank you,
Jason NIckle
