I need to print from my mobile but i can not make any wireless printing from my mobile by my hp printer.
Please guide me & advice.
Cloud printing & e printing is needed but I dont know how to ensure my printing.
Thanks.

Hi Mohammed,
The Deskjet 4620 Series supports wireless printing and ePrint, it is listed as the Deskjet Ink Advantage 4625 in the list above.
If the pritner is not yet connected to your wireless network, follow the steps below to configure it by using WPS if your router supports that, otherwise it will require a computer to connect it to your wireless network:
http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c03161978&tmp_track_link=ot_faqs/top_issues/en_u...
Once the printer is connected to your network, folloe these steps to use the ePrint service:
http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c03204374&tmp_task=setupCategory&cc=us&dlc=en&lc...
If you need any further help, be sure to clarify what mobile device you are using.

First, ask in the forum for the program you are using
This forum is about the Cloud as a delivery process, not about using individual programs
If you start at the Forums Index https://forums.adobe.com/welcome
You will be able to select a forum for the specific Adobe product(s) you use
Click the "down arrow" symbol on the right (where it says All communities) to open the drop down list and scroll
Second, do a complete scan with a good anti-virus program to be sure your computer is clean... I use Norton, there are others

  • Added HP ePrint printer to Cloud Print so why do I still need my PC running?

I added the email address of my HP LaserJet Pro M1536dnf Multifunction Printer to Cloud Print, so why do I need to have my PC running when I print to it?  It doesn't seem to work if the PC isn't on.

    Hello Iria,
I'm sorry to hear you are encountering difficulties when trying to print via Cloud Print. I'm presuming that you mean Google Cloud Print.
To better understand the issue would you please provide me with some further information:
    1) How is your printer setup (USB cable, Ethernet, or wirelessly)?
    2) What operating system are you running?
    3) What type of device are you trying to print from when the computer is off?
I have also included links to the Google Cloud Print Support Section.

  • HP Cloud Print Driver for Windows Server 2003?

    Hello,
I have a unique (complicated) situation that I am trying to find a solution for.
    Here is the deal,
My company is trying to set up a temporary remote branch location inside a building where we are unable to wire a network. Our solution is to use a wireless hotspot. Connected to this hotspot, we will have an iPad and an HP Laserjet M525.
The iPad will be connecting to our Citrix environment over VPN through Citrix Receiver to deliver a desktop interface to the iPad. This is needed to access a few applications that are used at the branch.
The problem now is printing, AirPrint wont work because the iPad is on VPN (and its at a windows interface, not the iPad's).
I had the idea of using the HP printers built in ePrint function to print, so I set that up. So now sending at email to [email protected] prints to the HP printer attached to the wireless hotspot.
Emaling to print works, but ideally, I would like this printer to show up in the Windows Devices and Printers, so that the user can just click print, choose the HP printer, and it will print, (with a delay obviously as its sending an email).
So I downloaded the HP ePrint Windows Driver, which has to be installed on the main Citrix servers so that the users session can grab the printer and use it, turns out the driver doesnt work on Windows Server 2003.
My first attempt at a workaround was Google Cloud Print, which was fairly simple to connect to HP ePrint, but apparently the Google Cloud Print Driver doesnt work on Windows Server 2003 either.
Is there a version of the HP ePrint Driver out there that works on Windows Server 2003?
    tldr:
I would like to print to a remote HP printer that is connected to a wifi hotspot from our internal network. I need whatever software I download to be compatible with Server 2003.
I understand this is over complicated but thanks for any input.

I believe I understand your issue.  You would like to use a print driver to print to your HP ePrint enabled printer from your apps that are hosted by Citrix server.  While I believe this makes perfect sense, HP does not have a print driver that officially supports MS TS or Citrix that also supports the ePrint Cloud path.  The reason for this is the ePrint windows driver is a "dynamic" print driver (similar to HP UPD dynamic mode) that handles multiple print paths (tcp/ip, wireless direct, cloud, etc) in a single driver instance by dynamically changing the port the print queue is bound to so the port is specific to the delivery path.  For example, if printing to a network printer it will use a MS Standard tcp/ip port.  If printing to the ePrint cloud a custom port is used, etc.  Well, if you have lots of Citrix users trying to print to a single print queue, but to different destinations, the users would be colliding with each other when they print by having the driver trying to change the print queue to different print ports at the same time.
What you could do is install an ePrint print queue on the citrix server if you can control the access to that queue to just your local branch users.  Also, if you only have on ePrint enabled printer the situation is even better as only one port will be needed by that queue.  You can find the ePrint software at www.hp.com/go/eprintsoftware   You might want to download the version of the driver that supports XP as Windows 2003 is very similar print system.
NOTE:  this is not a supported environment for this driver.  You would be using it without warrenty or support and no promises are being made here.
Good luck if you choose this path and please post back the results.  Thanks!

  • Setting Up Google Chrome Features for Cloud Printing from an Android Device

These steps are organized for optimal setup procedure and to decrease the time it would take to set this option up from start to finish. This is a lengthy process and is more for possibly troubleshooting issues that may arise during the setup of Google Chrome's Cloud Print feature. However, if you have an Android phone or tablet and are interested in being able to print virtually anything at anytime from anywhere from your phone to any brand of printer regardless of setup, there is a way. And this is how:
Open/Install Google Chrome onto a computer
Sign in with personal email to access the same Google Chrome account you intent to print from
Download Google Drive as an external storage you can access from anywhere
Open Google Chrome Settings (three lines stacked on top of each other)
Scroll down to the bottom of settings and click "Advanced Settings"
"Sign in/add printers/manage printers" are three of the print options you may see here
Follow this link for information on:
adding a classic printer to this option:  https://support.google.com/cloudprint/answer/1686197?rd=1
how to add an HP ePrint email:  https://www.google.com/cloudprint/learn/printers.html#info-hp
on registering the email of that printer (HP registration page):   https://www.google.com/cloudprint/learn/setup-hp.html
    8.  add the printer to this section of Google Chrome
    9.  at the bottom of the page you will see "Send a test page/print test page" (that will be useful later)
    10. at the top of this page is the option to share this printer with other Google Chrome users
    11. Open Google Drive from www.google.com (likely displayed at the top of the webpage)
Can create a new document of any file type, upload, draw, etc
Leave computer on if intending to print from off the network or another location
The next steps are in regards to printing from a mobile device:
    Install/open Cloud Print App
Add personal email account associated with Google Chrome
Select printer management if on the same network as the printer
Select Web tab and Google Drive if not on the same home network
Find earlier test page in Google Drive Documents
To locate other documents one could find many applications within this app or
In another app like Documents To Go, you can select to send previously saved documents (like one might send an email on the Android) to the Cloud Print app to open, view, and print
Print Test Document – this function means the printer has officially been added now
In Google Drive, but within the Cloud Print app, you can select the printer that was added to this network or from "Printer Management Options."
There are many ways to determine if your printer is still connected (offline, ready, etc.) but after confirmation that the printer is available, print jobs rest in the print queue until the printer receives the command to print.  Then the documents are stored and available for reprinting.
Converts most print jobs to .pdf but prints most file formats from other applications as well
    In Printer Management advanced settings
You can add a contact from the phone to use this printer
    Set as default
See an extensive page of setup and printing options
*After a test print while the computer was off the document did not print and the printer appeared offline until approx. 4 min after computer was rebooted, then the document printed automatically.
Also if a document does not print, the troubleshooting guide on the phone suggested logging out of Google Chrome Cloud Print but I was unable to find that option it was suggesting (unable to log out)
To completely finish adding any additional Google Chrome accounts that wish to share this printer using the suggestion in step 10, you must log into the email that was added and select ADD PRINTER from within the email that was sent for the confirmation and follow the link and instructions on how to do this from your email.
Google Chrome and Google Drive support Windows, MAC, and Linux
You can also change share options, privacy settings, etc. but if you choose to go with the two-step verification process, you may not be able to add your Google Chrome email account to the app without a 16 digit code generated within Google Chrome Privacy Settings for your app (not recommended)
Now you have the option to also email any document to either the Cloud Print App or HP ePrint from the phone/tablet without actually accessing the app first.  Locate the document, press the menu button for more options, select "Send to" and a list of available apps will appear.  Choosing Cloud Print or HP ePrint sends the document or photo directly to the "print" function within the apps, instead of opening the app first and then searching for what it is you want to print.

This document is to assist others in understanding and troubleshooting Cloud Print. This took me many hours to get setup, troubleshoot, and prepare a document that is simple and easy to understand. These are literally step-by-step instructions on how you could be able to print from any Android device to any printer connected to a computer that has Google Chrome.  You would then be able to use the Cloud Print App without having to use HP ePrint to print to any printer connected to any computer (USB or wireless) basically allowing you to print virtually anything from your Android.

  • Chromebook won't print last page (Google Cloud Print)

I have an MF6160dw. When I print from my Chromebook, the printer will print everything but the last page. The printer shows an error.

Hi mlourie. I will be able to assist you. The #822 error usually indicates an issue with the format of an image file. So that I can best assist you, I would like to ask a few questions: 1. Are you printing using the Google Cloud Print function or from the Google Remote Desktop? 2. Is it just one document that you are experiencing the issue with? 3. If it is one document, which format is the document saved in, and is the last page saved in a different format? I look forward to your reply. Hello dabbourb,
Welcome to the HP Support Forums. I understand that you are able to print from your desktop to your Photosmart D110a printer but not your Chromebook.
I am presuming that you have already connected your printer to your wireless network.  If you haven’t please follow the steps in the Installing the Printer Software for a Wireless Network Connection document.  Please click on the operating system of your desktop and follow the steps in the order presented.
When the printer is connected to your wireless network, we need to setup the ePrint feature of the printer before connecting it to Google Cloud Print.  To start please Get the Printer Claim Code.  Once you have the web services information sheet, please Set Up a Custom Email Address for ePrint.
Now let’s connect the printer with Google Cloud Print.  I have included the Setting Up and Using Your HP ePrint-Capable Printer with a Chromebook document.  I’ve also included Google’s document for setting up Cloud-Ready Printers.  Once you have the printer connected to Google Cloud Print please follow the steps in Google’s Print a page document to start printing.

  • Google Cloud Print not possible to connect with HP Printer

    Hello,
I want to connect my Officejet 8600 printer with Google Cloud Print.
I write my [email protected] adress (without @hpeprint.com) in the field and enter, I got always the error message:
"Could not get printer information from HP."
Is there a Server Problem or is the problem, that HP changed from eprintcenter to hpconnected.com?
    Can someone help me?
    Regards
    Oli

     @Zephyr-750
Depending on which Officejet 8600 you have will depend on which Google Cloud Print path you will use.  If you have the Officejet 8600 e-all in one then you will need to register it as an ePrint printer with your HP Connected account, take that ePrint address and register it with your Google Cloud Print account.
If you have an older Office jet 8600, then  you will need to register it as a classic print, directly with the Google Cloud.
Please see this support document for more information.
As for your question regarding ePrint center and HP Connected. If you are located in the: United States, United Kingdom, France or Germany - you should be using HP Connected. If you are located in another other country - you should be using ePrint center.

  • EPrint and Google Cloud Print

Based on this thread, it seems like enabling a Cloud Print Ready HP is as simple as going to the appropriate web page while logged into Google and then entering the printer's email address.
Is it that simple?  What would happen if -- for example -- you were logged into the wrong Google account?
I assume you still need to go to your list of printers and share it, right?

If you are not logged into the correct account, you are right, the feature will not behave as expected. Other than that and other than having a correct printer, it really should be that issue. Are you having any issues with it or do you have any other questions?
    Let me know!

  • Cannot connect to google cloud print

We recently bought a MF8580cdw and installed it wireless, very easy.  Scanner works great.  We are mostly Mac but I want to use my Chrome book to print.  When I try to enable Google print in the remote UI and hit Register I get message "Failed to acquire information for registration".  I see in the enable area Install CA Certificate.  When I check CA certificates there appears to be 5 pre installed.  I have checked the e-manual and don't find this error listed.  Checked on line and didn't seem to get a good hit.
Update 24 hrs later.  I Found that the SSL connection check box was not checked.  After checking this the printer registered fine and it is now printing from my Chrome Book.  I did not see any reference to make sure that SSL was enabled.  sSmple fix but hard to find.

This may or may not help some, but should help others...
I was able to register cloud print successfully last week, then today it presented an error that it couldn't connect to the server.  After de-registering and then re-registering, I received the "failed to acquire information for registration" error.
After quite a few failures, I thought the outbound IP filters I set up may have been the issue, so I disabled it.  After a few more failures, I decided to power cycle the printer (switch off, wait until all lights shut off, switch on), and this allowed for the weblink to be generated in order to register the printer with cloud print.
It should also be mentioned SSL needs to be set and generated for the printer (Admin login - Network Settings - TCP/IP Settings - SSL Settings).  I assume this is so that all information sent to the printer while printing over the internet is encrypted with SSL.
    Steps
    1. De-register cloud print if previously registered.
    2. Turn off, then back on, Cloud Print via the Remote UI (Login as Admin, navigate to Network Settings - Cloud Print Settings)
    3. Navigate to Network Settings - TCP/IP Settings - SSL Settngs and register the SSL cert for the MF8280cw (if not already done)
    4. Power Cycle Printer via the On/Off Switch
    5. Log into Remote UI as Admin
    6. Navigate to Network Settings - Cloud Print Settings and attempt registration again
If that fails, and you have IP Filtering for IPv4 on (IPv6 should be on and set to reject, unless you utilize IPv6 in your network; this is for security reasons), set it to off temporarily, power cycle printer, and attempt registration again.
Please be aware, this is not a problem on Google's end and is an issue with the settings on the printer.  If you can't find the setting causing the issue, and/or business support cannot help you narrow down the issue, backup your settings via the Remote UI (both for the printer, as well as information from the Address Book), and reset the printer settings to factory default.  This will solve the issue, albeit you will have to manually figure out afterwards, through trial and error, what setting it was that caused the issue since restoring your printer settings is likely to cause the issue to re-occur until you narrow down the problem setting(s).
