Commmission to Sales Employee or Commission agent

Dear all,
if i have to given commission to sales employee or comission agent then how is it possible.
Also if HR is not implemented then how Sales Employee will created.
Plz send some solution for the same.

    I am having a problem and need your solution. Pls, help me, thanks for advance.
    My customer's company have a sales process with commision agent. It mean they pay the commission fee when selling some goods. In this process:
    - They post a invoice to customer: (SD module)
    Dr: Receivable acc
    Cr: Revenue
    - They receive a incoming invoice from Agent: (MM module, they buy a agency services)
    Dr: sales expenditure
    Cr: Payable
    You know, SAP is intergration system, so Incoming invoice should go along with Sales process. It mean SAP will automatically create a Purchasing order (to purchase agency service) when sales man input a Goods on SO (with specific Item Category).
    It seem like to third-party process. But the problem is: when u input material A in SO, SAP will use "Transfer Requirement" to create a PO for material A (Third-party process). But in sales process with commission agent , how to SAP craeate a PO for service B (agency service) , when u input material A in SO ??? Can we do configuration for this???
    Tell me if u have other approach, this key-factors are: Incoming invoice from Agency should go along with Sales process.

  • Incentive / Commission to Sales Employee Or Sales Representative

    Dear SD friends,
    I am working on a scenario wherein we have to make incentive payments as a % of sales value to a sales employee .
    I think that we can use rebate agreements to accomplish this.
    I have gone through the SAP Incentive and Commission management application and find that it is too cumbersome for only this scenario.
    If any of you have done similar configurations, kindly help.

  • Fixed sales employee commission fixed amount wise

    Hi,
      We can set the commission only on the based of percentage. My requirement is that I want to fixed the commission based on per quantity.
    Example : If I have a sales employee S1 and fixed the amount 5 Rs. per quantity.
    Whenever I do any transaction it will automatically calcualte the commision on 5 Rs. per Quantity.

    Sales commissions can be configured frm SD if they are simple in nature. This is done through rebates. If the commission and management is complex in nature then it can be done through ICM ( Incentives and Commissions Management )
    The following procedure details the configuration of the Sales commission for Employee. The problems could e at any one of the following steps.
    You need to create a partner function for sales employee, a copy of the standard partner function available in SAP. Then do the appropriate partner determination, that is assignment to the sales document and item partner determination procedure. Next step is to create master data for all your sales employees as Vendors, assign these masters you created to the sales order at item level.
    We can see the orders sales employee wise in VA05 provided we add the sales employee partner function in the index list under sales and distribution, sales, lists, set updating of partner index.
    In the  pricing procedure, we need to maintain a condition for sales employee commissions and choose whether you want to enter the commissions percentage manually or prefer automatic determination. Here we need to get an input from the client as to whether they have fixed or variable commission percentages.
    Create an accrual account key for this and assign it to the condition type in the pricing procedure and remember that the condition type in the procedure should be statistical and not relevant for printing.
    Next step is to make the settlements after the Invoices have been posted and the relevant commissions accrued to a G/L Account.
    Now settlements could be manual as well as automatic. If you choose to make automatic settlements, there needs to be a ZREPORT which makes a vendor payment posting or if the settlement is manual, you need to might be run a BDC periodically to post the invoices for the so called Vendors (Sales Employee)

    Normally you define a condition type at the item level of the sales order to calculate the amount of commision for an employee.
    This can be found if you go to table - KONP - KSCHL.
    This is an item level conditions table. What ever commision is assigned to that particualar condition type at the item level of the sales order can found in that table contents.

  • Setting Sales Employee Commission

    Hello All -
    Can we adjust commission for a sales employee for a specific Business Partner?  For example, for some Business Partner's that the sales employee is responsible for they get a 10% commission...for other BP's they get an 8% commission, etc.
    Please advise how to do this.

    If we have both the Set Commission By Sales Employee and Set Commission By Customer checked then is the default commission the commission by sales employee if we do not set a User Defined Commission? 
    We do not want to go through and set User Defined Commission for every BP -- just a handful.  The rest we would like the detault to be the Sales Employee Commission.
    Please advise.

    First of all you need to capture the sales employee name in the sales order.
    You can do this through creating the Sales Person with transaction PA30/20/40
    add the same sales employee in sales order.
    You can extract the report based on the sales employee and sales and pay them.
    If your company does have HR module impletemed , you can capture the sales employee name in the additional fields provided in the sales order.

  • Commission Agent condition type

    Dear All,
    I have to map the commission agent sale and I have created a new partner and assigned it to header level of the sales order. Problem is with the pricing - How to add the commission agent condition type in pricing - what type of pricing condition type I need to select. I tried with the condition, i have created, but it is getting added to the price and if I make it statistical, finance person will not come to know, what is the commission we need to settle to the agent. Morover, the prices are not flowing  to the invoice.
    Kindly let me know how to map this pricing?

    First you should assign the commission agent to sold to party customer master as one of the partner functions.
    Next for commission amount, have the condition type with "A" for the field "Calculation type" in V/06 with Access Sequence as K307. Also maintain as "C" for the field "Manual entries"
    Next in V/07, tick all the combinations under the tab "Exclusive"
    .......................same i did.
    Next assign this condition type in your pricing procedure with respective Account Key and Accruals. For this, you can even consider creating a new Account Key and Accruals. For information, Account Keys are created in IMG path SD --> Basic Functions --> Account Assignment / Costing --> Revenue Account Determination --> Define and Assign Account Keys.
    ..............Here constraint is how to maintain accrual as no column in the condition record.It is only availble in the rebates.This I tried but i didnot get any solution.Except this everything is fine
    Next in VK11, you maintain the required percentage of commission and save.

    Finally create an order and if the commission is fixed for specific customers, you can automate this or input manually wherever applicable, so that the respective amount will be transferred to FI as and when you generate billing.
    ......................How can we automate this as it is not picking for employee?Manually it is ok for maintaing this but there may be chances of giving more commission for the employee.One more thing is this employee sales commission is not a discount in the sales order.So It was made as manual and statistical in the pricing procedure.

  • Sales Employee Incentive

    Hi,
    I have a typical case of a Sales employee eligible for an incentive on the billing document. I have created a Condition type (Item level) ZSEM by copying the Agent Commission since this is not in the standard process.
    In the pricing procedure (given Requirement Routine as 24 i.e. In the Billing Document and Calculation Type as 7 i.e. Percentage Variant), if I keep this as Statistical, this value is not getting posted to A/C's and if I don't then this value is adding upto the total Net value.
    My need is this value should accrue in one account and at the end of the month I should be able to run a report and disburse incentive to this employee whom I created thru FI route as a Vendor.
    Kindly suggest a solution to this issue.

    " as i understand ZSEM keeping it statistical is not passing to Accounting ".
    I am sure it goes to accounting still. You can also confirm this with the FI. As well when you release to accounting, you can see this in the billing document > account determination analysis.
    Even you can pass this value to CO-PA also for costing purposes by assigning this condition type to value fields through KE4I.
    Make sure you have an acckey attached with this condition in the pricing procedure. Even if you mark a condition as statistical it releases to accounting provided you have assigned an acckey to it in the pricing procedure and have done required revenue account determination in VKOA. Keep a different GL account so that you can clearly know whats the condition value.Otherwise you can pass this condition value to a sub total field and use it for any further processing with the help of abapers.
    Not only for a sales employee, even incase say we have depot sales managed by a third and pay commision to him for example 0.5 % on the turnover made, we can have a condition type determined in the sales order and capture the value. We need to keep it statistical only to ensure it doesnt effect the net value calculation.

    2) Commission liability to be generated at invoice level

    5) service tax and TDS appllicable on commission.

    Hope you have set the condition type for commission as Accrual and assigned the Accrual Key in pricing procedure.  If not, change the configuration accordingly as the commission amounts should not be posted to FI immediately.
    Fetching Service Tax and TDS, your pricing procedure should have separate condition types for these two which should be placed below your commission condition type and the From-To step numbers be assigned as that of step number for commission.  Coming to approval process, explore the Workflow functionality.

    As for my Business i need to configure the Commission Agent (Broker) its a textile Industry. In this there is not standard for each customer can have more 2 and also maximum percentage is 2% (Total Percentage) this percentage will be divided into based on the situation for example one sales order contains 4 brokers here 2 % divided into 1%,03%,02%,0.5% there is no fixed percentage but total % is fixed ie 2%
    If My  Broker has a vendor i assigned Partner Function Vedor to Customer Partner Functions
    1.I created Condition Type V/06 (ZCOM )
    2. XK01, I Created those brokers as vendors.
    3. In V/07, i maintained  access sequence with the combination of Customer / Vendor
    4. In V/08, assign those condition types after tax condition type.
    5. In VK11, i maintained the required percentage.
    Coming to the Payment how Company will settlement the payment because every 3 months they will pay the commission amount to the broker
    AND also we have to think about the one point " Some times Customer return the goods that time the commission amount will be reduced bcoz customer has returned the goods"
    How we r going to adjuct the Commission amount in the System and also how to settle

    Hi Prasanna,
    Following is the steps you need to follow for your issue. I have not tried it on the system but you can try it.
    Step1:
    Create customer in XD01. Say the customer code is 100000
    Step2:
    Create Vendors in XK01. Say Vendor codes are 1, 2 and 3 (these will be used as your brokers)
    Step3:
    Assign Vendor 1 to customer 100000
    Step4:
    Create a Condition Table in V/03. Say condition table 999. Before creating the condition table make sure that Vendor is there is the field catalogue. If Vendor is missing then you need to first add Vendor in the field catalogue.
    The condition table should be created as a combination of Customer (Key field) and Vendor (footer field).
    Step5:
    Add the condition table 999 in your access sequence, say ZACO.
    Step6:
    Now create 3 condition types ZCOM1, ZCOM2 and ZCOM3. Make sure that these condition types have Conditoin class A and Calculation type as A.
    Step7:
    Assign the access sequence ZACO to the condition types ZCOM1, ZCOM2 and ZCOM3.
    Step8:
    Now assign these 3 condition types to your pricing procedure (check if you need to assign them after taxes or before taxes)
    Step9:
    Now using T.Code VK11, create a condition record for ZCOM1. The record would read as Customer 100000 and Vendor 1, 1%.
    Next, for condition type ZCOM2, maintain a conditio record as customer 100000 and Vendor 2, 0.5%
    Next, for condition type ZCOM3, maintain a condition record as customer 100000 and Vendor as 0.5%
    Step10:
    Now create a sales order of say order type ZOR, for customer 100000, then vendor 1 will be automatically determined. But the other vendors will not be determined. You have to manually assign them. There is no other option as far as i know.
    This way all your 3 condition types ZCOM1, ZCOM2 and ZCOM3 will be determined in sales order since the customer is 100000 and Vendors 1,2 and 3 are maintained in the sales order.
    If you assign only vendors 1 and 3 the only condition types ZCOM1 and ZCOM3 will be determined.
    Please test this scenario and let me know if this works so that I can explain how to do the settlement. You need to do a very small and simple enhancement for settlement. But I would like you to first try this out and update the form if this is working fine.

    Commission Agent  places sales order to company but ship to party is different. Commission is given to agent on sales value in every 3 month.
