Compatibility of MSXML 6.0 with SDK 1.1

Hello all,
I have installed MSSQL server 2005 on my system.With it was installed MSXML 6.0.For integrating the analysis services to the OBIEE,I need to get the SDK installed.So I was wondering if SDK 1.1 is compatible to it or not?
Any help would be appreciated....
Thanks
Susane

COuld you please provide some sample code to connect to lite
database. Can test it using emulator?
I have been struggling to connect to Oracle lite using eVB. Any
hints on this would be of great help.
Thanks
I've developed an application (a kind of PIM) using Microsoft Visual Embedded C++ and the PocketPC SDK. (I've done the
development for an Ipaq)>It works very fine.

  • Copying COA between different localisations with SDK

    Hi,
    I am trying to setup some extra companies on a different server with different localizations.
    One of the main task that I want to achieve is to copy COA to all these new companies.
    With a bit of codeing with SDK I have successfully post one account on the new companies.
    I just wanted to know if there is any known issues/compatibility issue before I go ahead and copy complete COA list.
    Any help will be highly appreciated.
    Regards

    Hi,
    I think there is no issue except the professional user component license. Is the new database located in the same license server ?
    As an info, you could use COA DTW template to import the COA into new different localisation database. The other is using addon copy express.

  • MouseOver in TileList with SDK 4.1

    I recently switched over to SDK 4.1.  I'm compiling with the compatibility mode on.  I have a TileList with several components inside of it.  I want one of the components to appear on mouseOver of the tile.  The issue I'm experiencing is that when I mouse over the tile, it highlights, but the components I want to show up do not display until I mouseOver one of the child components inside of that tile.  This worked fine with SDK 3.5.  Any help as to why I receive this behavior is greatly appreciated!

  • EJBs in Oracle 8.1.5 with SDK 1.2.2

    I am trying to get our Java Application - formerly a 1.1.7 - which accesses EJBs in the database (8i - 8.1.5) running with the new JDeveloper 3.0 with SDK 1.2.2.
    After some Exceptions that remind me of missing classes I get to the point where I do the .lookup() of the bean:
    MyFirstHome home = (MyFirstHome) ic.lookup( beanURL + beanName );
    This results in a NotContextException under 1.2.2.
    Everything works just fine under 1.1.8 with JDev 3.0 and I can lookup the bean and access all the beans methods without any problems.
    Are there still classes missing or do I need to reconfigure the database to work with 1.2.2?
    I'd appreciate any help.
    Thanks,
    Thomas Janausch

    The 8.1.5 EJB client libraries (the aurora ORB client libraries) will not work with a JDK 1.2.x client. No workaround at present. Since the 8i R2 (8.1.6) RDBMS will include JDK 1.2 support, help shouldn't be too far off.

  • Does Stage3D work with SDK 3.5?

    Hi,
    I'm in research for GPU enhancement for current project based on Flex SDK 3.5 (with Flash Builder 4.0.1).
    It causes runtime error as following.
    VerifyError: Error #1014: Class flash.display::Stage3D could not be found.
    If I changed SDK to 4.6 and nessesary settings (target Flash player version, parameter in html template), it works fine.
    But with SDK 3.5, I could not figure out how to workaround.
    It is for large enterprise application, 3.5 is hard requirement.
    Is there any way we can use for Stage3D feature with SDK 3.5?
    Thank you very much,
    Naoki

    It worked!
    Thank you very much. It was very helpful.
    I did not realized to specify 2 location of version setting in same page.
    Following is my summary.
    ======
    How to set up Stage3D enabled development environment with Flex SD 3.5
    Environment
      Target Flash Player 11.4
      Flex DSK 3.5
      Flash Builder 4.0.1
    Flash Debug Player download page for debugging.
      Download and install from following:
        http://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html
      We need PlayerGlobal(.swc) file for target player version.
    Copy above playerglobal.swc file to following
      C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Flash Builder 4\sdks\3.5.0\frameworks\libs\player\11.4\playerglobal.swc
    Flash Builder project setting / ActionScript Compiler
      1) Use a specific SDK as "Flex 3.5"
      2) Use a specific (Flash Player) version as "11.4.0"
      3) Addtional compiler arguments as "-locale en_US -target-player 17"
      Ref) http://sleepydesign.blogspot.com/2012/04/flash-swf-version-meaning.html
    Edit auto generated project/html-template/ files for Rendering Mode
      Ref) http://gamua.com/starling/first-steps/
      Editing on Flex SDK 3.5 file did not worked for me.
      So I copied Flex SDK 4.6's /html-template/ files and added following 2 lines to index.template.html file.
        For script tag
           params.wmode="direct";
        For object tag
           <param name="wmode" value="direct" />

    Should automation.swc still work with sdk 3.0.0.477? The automation .swc files that come with Flex Builder 3(C:\Program Files\Adobe\Flex Builder 3\sdks\3.0.0\frameworks\libs) are not present in the latest releases. • Using TLF with SDK 3.5 - 1014 error

    Hi
    I have followed the steps outlined at http://opensource.adobe.com/wiki/display/tlf/Using+TLF+with+Flex+3.2 to import TLF to user with SDK 3.5. I have verified that I have the latest swc. I get no compile erros but at runtime I get
    VerifyError: Error #1014: Class flashx.textLayout.elements::TextFlow could not be found
    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I have never use TLF with SDK 3.5.
    After reading what you have said, I guess you are setting SWCs in your project as "runtime shared Library", but there is not a RSL link( or not a correct RSL link) in the configuration file named flex-config.xml in SDK 3.5, to download the SWF or SWZ successfully in the runtime. You may solve the problem by setting libraries as "merge into code"

  • No Flex Charts with SDK 3.5

    Hi guys.  I am experiencing a problem with not being able to use Flex's chart components with sdk 3.5
    I have Flex Builder Professional.
    Charts work with the 3.0 and 3.2 SDK but not 3.5
    Am I missing something?

    I found out that the library is not bundled with the SDK itself and has to be downloaded separate.  I downloaded the library here http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flex/sdk/datavisualization_sdk3.5.zip

  • Pragma error when compiling with SDK X

    Hi,
    I am trying to compile my plugin application (which compiled fine with the previous sdk) using the SDK X, but receive errors in CAVAlert.h on the exception handler construct DURING, HANDLER, END_HANDLER.
    The errors are listed here:
    Headers/API/CAVAlert.h:156:3: error: 'suppress' was not declared in this scope
    Headers/API/CAVAlert.h:156:3: error: 'warning' was not declared in this scope

    To compile against to SDK X all I did was:
    1) Used PIMain.c from the SDK X API directory.
    2) Changed ACRO_SDK_LEVEL=0x00090000 => ACRO_SDK_LEVEL=0x000A0000
    3) Changed the include directories to point to the new SDK X directories
    Is there another directive I must add to get the plugin to compile with SDK X?
    My preprocessor list is as follows:
    ACRO_SDK_LEVEL=0x000A0000
    HAVE_W32API_H
    PDMETADATA_HFT=1
    PLUGIN=1

  • Does oracle jdbc driver 9.0.1 work with sdk 1.4?

    Hi All Experts...
    Does oracle jdbc driver 9.0.1 work with sdk 1.4.1? Ever since i have moved to 1.4 i am having problems. I keep getting the No Suitable Driver error or NoClassDefFoundError. I have everything in the classpath and i have also tried command line but to no avail. The JVM just refuses to pick up the classes12.zip file from the classpath.
    The oracle site mentions that the 9.0.1 driver is for jdk 1.2 & 1.3 but it does NOT mention that it is NOT for 1.4.1. The site very explicitly mentions that the 9.2 driver is for 1.4.1. SO i am a little confused.This question may be stupid, but nevertheless,If i have to upgrade my driver from 9.0.1 to 9.2 then does that mean that i have to upgrade my DB as well?
    Experts..please help.. THanks

    Thanks a lot, as usual, MOD.
    Now only if i can get my JVM to pick up the classes12.zip file from the classpath. I dont know if you read my previous posting today.

    Hi, Salah.
    Use "Exec" in your query to run procedures.
    SAPbobsCOM.Recordset     oRS;
    oRS = (SAPbobsCOM.Recordset)pCmp.GetBusinessObject(SAPbobsCOM.BoObjectTypes.BoRecordset);
    oRS.DoQuery ("EXEC YourStoredProcName");

              I need transform an object draft (purchase invoice) to one final with SDK.
    I want make a massive approving puchase invoice in draf mode.
    How can i do that???
    CGM

    Hi,
    Different DI API Versions handles different XML versions.
    see ocompany documentation or you can use the following to reach version 2.
           oCompany.XmlExportType = SAPbobsCOM.BoXmlExportTypes.xet_ExportImportMode
           oCompany.XMLAsString = False
    You can define in the xml file the version. Even if you have an older version it can work also.
    I have put here a stocktransfer, but i have found a Purchase Invoice
    Here is version 1/2 from 2004ABC versions up to 2007AB ... I had a full function for you.input is the draft absentry.

  • Create a crosstab with hierarchy in the middle with SDK

    Here is how our crosstab looks like:
    <Hierarchy>      |  <measure1>  |  <measure2> |  <measure3>
    -----------------------|---------------------|---------------------|----------------
    Level 1                |          254         |           212        |           22
      Level 1.1           |          200         |           111        |           14
        Level 1.1.1      |           54          |           101        |            8
    Level 2                |          13           |             0          |            0
    This is our requirement:
    <measure1>   |  <measure2>  |        <Hierarchy>       |  <measure3>
    --------------------|---------------------|------------------------------|----------------
             254         |           212        |          Level 1              |           22
             200         |           111        |             Level 1.1        |           14
              54          |           101        |              Level 1.1.1    |            8
             13           |             0          |         Level 2               |            0
    Is this possible (with SDK)?

    Thats possible, check the simplecrosstab demo of the sdk (renderTable function).
    You have to look up whether the
    dimension has
         members with
              hierarchy nodes
                   and levels,
    then render it the way you want

  • Image slideshow with sdk

    Is it possible to have image slide show on iphone 2.0 with SDK APIs?
    I have a set of images downloaded from the web.
    Also, it seems that the photo library APIs are intentionally left out. Any workaround on that? e.g, adding a few images from my folder to the library.
    Thanks,
    Wayne

    Check out the sample code from the UICatalog. There is a view controller that shows a slide show of images using an image array. It also uses a slider to adjust the time the images are held for.
    I am using it for an app that I am working on but I think I am trying to get it to do too much. Once I go past 15 images in the period of a second it crashes the phone. If anyone has any ideas I would greatly appreciate it.
