Condition info for purchase order is changed or inserted today

Please can anyone suggest
How to find whether the condition information for purchase is inserted today or it has been changed today

Hi Raj
You can consider extracting the details from Change Documents.
FM: <b>CHANGEDOCUMENT_READ_WITHOUT_ED</b> can help you in this case.
Execute the FM with inputs OBJECTCLAS = "EINKBELEG", DATE_OF_CHANGE = SY-DATUM.
Check the entries in ICDPOS where fieldnames can be any of the below:
BRTWR
EFFWR
NETPR
NETWR
Hope this helps...

  • EDI1 Condition Types for Purchase Order

    Hi All,
The vendor sends a price change(855) that can be accepted automatically. The IDoc is updated but the purchase order is not updated with the confirmed price.
I found the below from SAP Market Place
    Answer:
Prerequisites for the use of the price update are:
    a) Condition types EDI1 and EDI2 must be maintained in the condition schema.
    b) The price transfer must be activated in the confirmation control key.
I have configured EDI1 and i can see a different Vendor  Price in  in INBOUND IDOC Seg E1EDP01 -VPREI AND THE 855 is posted the Application and i see the Order Ack on the PO
    T-Code M/06  : Condition Type
    Cond. class   B Prices
    Calculat.type C Quantity
    Cond.category d Confirmed purchase net price/value
Manual entries      B Automatic entry has priority
Manual entries      B Automatic entry has priority
Amount/Percent , Qty Relation ,Item Condition , Deletion check Boxes are Selected
Question 1 ) Acess Sequence is Blank
                  2)  PricingProc is Blank ( i believe we are using ZM000  PricingProc)
    T -Code  M/08
Step  90  ( Its the last Step)
    Counter     0
    Condition Type EDI1     Vendor Price
    Print  = X
    Another  question is
    1) Do i need to do anything at Vendor Level
After getiing the 855 , if i do an analysis on Pricing ,
I see  EDI1     207     Condition has been found (without condition record)
I Don't see the Vendor Price Any where in PO
I would appreciate if anyone can provide any help
    Thanks
    Venki
    Thanks

    Hi ,
    I'm sorry for the confusion.
The user creates a PO for an EDI Vendor and the PO is sent out to Vendor Immediately i.e EDI 850 and the Vendor Responds back with an EDI 855 PO Ack back and its posted to the application we get the PO Ack in the Confirmations Tab of PO.
    This works fine.
But we are try to implement the Price Mis-match .
Lets say we have Material For $10 as per Material Master and we created a PO with Material and sends out an 850 , but the vendor has increased the price between now and last order from $10 to $12 , and the vendor sends new price $12 in 855 and we are receiving into the IDOC and we want that price to show up in our PO and I believe thats the PURPOSE of EDI1 Pricing Condition.
I would appreciate if anyone can help me how to Configure the EDI1 Pricing Condition -Its Purely on Purchasing Side
    Hope i'm clear this time
    Thanks

  • User exit for Purchase order to change RESB-SOBKZ

    Hai,
The requirment is to change the purchase order's RESB-SOBKZ.
The purchase orders will be created in r/3 from APO & the same PO would be published back to APO.
I have to change the above metioned field at the time of PO save in R/3.
The RESB-SOBKZ  actually changes the purchase orders Individual & collective indicator based on its value.
Can any one know what is the user exit for this?
I have checked 'EXIT_SAPLCPUR_001' but it dosn't have the RESB related structure.
    Thanks,
    Bhaskar

    Hi,
I know this is very late reply to your query but i think this is the correct answer for which you are looking for.
you were searching in a right direction...just try to see the User Exit  EXIT_SAPLMEPI_006 on R/3 side in which you will find the RESB-SOBKZ field in CP_POSITION parameter in Changing Tab,Assoicated Type = MEPI_PO in which SOBKZ field is there on 16th position.

  • User exit after save for purchase order create/change

After generating the purchase order no (ME21) i need to save that PO no into a custom table.....can u plz tell me such user exit where i can do this???

    Hi,
       BADI ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST.
    1. Method to implement would be POST.
    2. Method POST has parameter IM_HEADER which is in reference to IF_PURCHASE_ORDER_MM.
    3. This reference has method GET_CONDITIONS.
    4. call this method to get conditions data.
    5. Make all the changes based on the logic and use method SET_CONDITIONS to change the values.
    User exit will be MM06E005.
    EXIT_SAPMM06E_012.

  • Problem with User exit for Purchase Order creation/change

    Hi Everyone,
I have a requirement where I have to implement an enhancement for the standard transaction(ME21N/ME22N). I need to modify a particular field of the item table (EKPO) based on a few comparisons from the header values (After save of PO). I am using the enhancement MM06E005 and its corresponding exit  EXIT_SAPMM06E_013. While debugging I notice that the value is getting changed; but as soon as the control comes out of the FM, the change is not being reflected. Hoping to find a solution for this.
    Thanks & Regards,
    Indudhar P.G

    Hi Guys,
Now I am using the BADI "ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST". But the control is not stopping at the method even though I set a breakpoint. It just saves the PO after I click save. Is this because my document type of PO is Stock Transfer Order. Can I use this BADI for STO's? and moreover how do I process each item line in this method. Does "ls_mepoitem = im_item->get_data( ).
"  fetch all the item lines?
    Thanks and Regards,

  • Output Message for Purchase order not being created Automatically

I created a Condition type for Purchase order in MN04 with key combination "Doc.Type/Purch.Org/Vendor". The problem arises when i delete this condition record. After deletion when i create purchase order in me21n for that condition type, the system gives an error.
Message no. 06261 - No message generated for output of purchasing document.
Is there anyway the purchase order message is created automatically again when its condition type has been deleted from MN04.

    Sahar Khalid

Before creating the entry in MN04 the message was being created automatically. I want the system to create the same output message as it was creating before the creation of the entry in MN04.

How to get all the condition types  for purchase order listed in the screen where we navigate from
Purchase Order->purchase order item->invoice->Taxes Push button
And I' am not saying about header conditions which we get from KONP.
I' am saying about tax conditions which will get only by entering taxcode in item Invoice tab of Purchase order item.

    Hi,
Tax condtions shd be given by functional consultants.ABAPers cant decide the tax condtions.
you can have these condtions in KONV table.
    In item level vbrp-posnr = konv-kposn.

at header level as said in the below thread

  • Activating conditions for Purchase Order workflows in EBP

    Dear SRMer's,
I am facing the following problem:
System Info :SRM Server 5.5, ECC 6.0
    Scenario 1:
All start conditions for Purchase Order in SAP Business Workflow are activated.
I created a direct procurement shopping cart (DP)  in SRM browser and ordered it, then I logged in as proffessional purchaser, changed the Price and processed the DP PO.
When Ordering, the follow on Documents are created, but says the PO is waiting for approval.  When I check for this PO in the Backend R/3 system in the Me22n (Display PO changes), I don't see the PO.
    Scenario 2:
All Start conditions for Purchase Order in SAP Business Workflow are de-activated
I created  another direct procurement shopping cart (DP2)  in SRM browser and ordered it, then I logged in as proffessional purchaser, changed the Price and processed the DP2 PO (Status is held).
When Ordering, I get the Warning message, no workflow found, contact system administrator.
Please advice what needs to be configured for the PO to be ordered successfully.
    Thanks in advance
    Raj

    Hi,
In your scenario 1, if system is saying that there the PO has to be approved, it means that you have managed the user that will receive the workitem..
Activating all PO WF is not a solution as in standard there are two many cases activated (amount, role, limit...)
I propose you to first activate only the 0 step WF and to overwrite the code inside
Just code that every PO modification should trigger O step WF thus it will be more simple to test it.
Later on, if you want to implement more complex starting conditions, you just have to modify the WF content...
    Kind regards,
    Yann

  • Starting Conditions for Purchase Order WF

    Hi all,
We have developed a Workflow (Process-Controlled Workflow) for SRM Purchase Order. The requirement we have is that if the PO is released and then changed, only the WF should start again if the amount is changed. Any other field change in the PO should not trigger WF again.
There is customizing to define which fields should trigger WF for Shopping Cart, but I don´t found this for Purchase Order:
PRO-->  SRM server --> sourcing--> Define Fields in Shopping Cart Which Trigger Workflow
    Any suggestions?
    Many thanks,

  • Invalidate condition for purchase order

    Hello,
we have a manual condition which we used in purchase orders (FRA2) which shouldn't be used anymore. Accidently from time to time it's still getting entered which results in wrong postings.
Is there a way (e. g. valid date, ...) to forbid the use of an condition in new purchase orders? (customizing, somewhere else?).
I don't want to delete it as it's still in use in some old PO's... (if it's possible to delete - don't have a clue).
    Thanks in advance.
    BR,
    Hansi

    Hello Hansi,
    Thanks for your feedback..
    Yes you can prohibit through:
Goto MEK2 transaction -> Slect the Matrial Inforecord -> enter the required details
Line item level you have option of  Validity to - give the back date.
One more thing: SPRO -> Define condtion type (we have option)  -> Master Data tab -> Valid From and Valid to option.
Please check this option also. i have not tried this..
