Config workflow server fail

Question

when i Run the Workflow Configuration Assistant,i give the user as owf_mgr and pass 123,and the sys and system password!the cmd windows prompt:
all the user test success and creating workflow scheme this may take 10mins;
please check this file install state
and stop here,no message and no prompt
why??
